Проблематика проектного менеджменту складається в необхідності індивідуального підбору набору принципів менеджменту які будуть забезпечувати якість економічного розвитку. Відповідно задля реалізації потенціалу «зеленої» економіки необхідно розглянути її вихідні принципові основи.

This article concerns the evolution of philosopher and lawyer Yevhen Spektorskyi’s views on social science in the context of social thought of that time. At the end of the 19th – beginning of the 20th century in Russian philosophy appeared a strong need for a search for an alternative to positivism and Marxism interpretation of sociology, which would enable it to deal with pressing social and ethical issues. Neo-Kantian philosophy became one of those alternatives, and it had a profound influence (...) on Spektorskyi at the beginning of his academic career when he justified the importance of social sciences on the basis of the human ability to set goals. Having been disappointed in a study of oughtness, Spektorskyi turned on genealogical research into social science whose key phenomenon he believed to be the social physics of the 17th century. Spektorskyi reached a conclusion that a mechanical view on the individual and society, which was typical for the modern era thought, could not grasp all the aspects of both a person and a society, therefore, oriented towards natural sciences, social physics had failed. In his own philosophical research, Spektorskyi struggled to cohere the ideal of rational science and a possibility to examine the human as a moral being by developing his classification of sciences and critically rethinking the very basis of the social science. Spektorskyi’s works written in emigration were focused on cultural and religious issues that offered a fresh perspective on social science. He considered Christian philosophy to be an idealistic one and used it as a basis for his own version of Christian sociology that understood society in regard to the Christian ideal of an individual and community.Manuscript received 04.09.2020. Purpose. The main purpose of this paper is to consider the methodological peculiarities in the formation and interpretation of war and peace, in the context of the spiritual rethinking by humanity and the nature of social phenomena, among which a special place is occupied by the political and legal phenomena of the modern world. This involves solving the following tasks: firstly, to reveal the meaning of modern approaches in understanding the features of religious fundamentalism, and, secondly, to reconstruct the dynamics (...) of transformations in representations of war and peace, in the context of the spiritual practices of the present. Theoretical basis. The author's analysis is based on the systematic reconstruction of modern theoretical models of understanding religious fundamentalism and its connection with the subject of modern anthropological research. The resulted fact that the taxonomy of different types of religious fundamentalism includes more political, legal and economic markers does not provide an answer to the question of what the qualitative influence of the fundamentalist ideas is on the spiritual component of a person's life. Appealing to the problem of religious fundamentalism, in the context of rethinking the phenomena of war and peace, is associated with the actualization of these phenomena in the communicational, media and ideological spheres. That is why, in the context of this analysis, we take into account the main modern approaches in the provisions of religious traditions. These articulate the problems of threat to the global world in the context of actualization and return of the religious factor into the everyday life of a person, including through politics. Originality. The author proves that when analyzing the religious aspect in the reinterpretation of ideas about war and peace, it is necessary to consider, as a doctrinal component, certain types of religious belief doctrines, as well as the individual psychological peculiarities of man. These peculiarities, which are manifested in different types of beliefs, can be verified by the clues in the analysis of religious practices, which represent the meaningful components of the religious doctrine. Conclusions. The reasons for forming ideas about war and peace in theistic religions are a number of provisions related to the nature of the world and of man. They are the result of the manifestation of the act of the Supernatural Essence. In the tradition of rethinking the vocation of man in the context of fundamentalist discourse, these ideas acquire the status of spiritually determined and politically achievable goals. These are conceived in connection with the establishment of the Divine Plan, and they overcome the gap between the material world and the ideal world order. (shrink)

Oddly enough, in Ukraine for some reason it is not customary to speak of a civil religion. Some people, in view of the actualization of this phenomenon, are trying to accuse the Branch of Religious Studies of IFU of anti-confessional intentions. Some see this as a desire to find some kind of spiritual basis for possible totalitarian regimes in our country. Meanwhile, building a civil society in Ukraine should be relevant not only to the study of civil religion, but also (...) to the work on introducing this phenomenon into the process of building such a society with which it is directly correlated. Aesthetical aspects of the state are researched. Special attention is captured to the essential difference between the mechanisms, instruments and essential characteristics of the aesthetization of the monarchy prince and democratic leader. The main aim of the research is to show the aesthetical way and nature of the political power representation in different historical epochs: pre-TV and mass-communication. The methodological basis of research is the political-aesthetical approach to the political objects, comparative methods, historical method, the complex scientifi strategy, which combine (...) the theory of the political myth and rituals, the theory of emotions in politics, the discursive paradigm and theory of the aesthetical judgment. We could approve the idea, that the representation of political power and its impersonations is based on the irrational nature of the political judgment, which is itself the aesthetical judgment and formed by the same way. The main instruments of political representation are political myths, rituals, metaphors, which are realized by aesthetical tools, for example: music, art, literature and other. The aesthetical tools play signifiant role in the process of the embodied and vitalization of the political ideas, values and tasks of the political power and its personifiations. The results of this research could be used in deeper conduction of the aesthetization process and its specifi in different political systems and conditions. Conclusions of this research may be used in the theoretic reflction and in the practical policy. The main conclusions, which we can do on the basis of this article are the next. First of all, we could formulate the defiition of the political power aesthetization as the getting aesthetical experience through the political action and vice versa. Secondly, the result of the political power representation is the political judgment. Thirdly, aesthetical instruments allow the incorporate, revitalize, change, legitimize the values of the political authority and political order in the monarchy and in the republic. (shrink)

Not only quality of life and health of population depends on the level of environmental and legal culture of citizens, but persistent development of Ukraine and its national security. Social transformations and realizing the ideas of constitutional state unnecessary predict an energization of environmental mediation. Its task is to provide an adequate solution of environmental conflicts and crimes, and also to change the paradigm of participants’ thoughts of legal education. Environmental mediation is considered as a factor of development of the (...) system of legal education, that influences on the formation of high level of legal culture and citizen’s justice. It is substantiated that the environmental mediation has to be studied in the social philosophy and philosophy of law because these branches of knowledge may apply to the ideological basis of environmental mediation resolution and substantiate its role as a factor of legal education of the modern citizen. It is well-known that the legal educational aspect of studying of environmental mediation involves necessity of consideration of the general outlook and value of principles that form the basis of environmental ethics of society and citizens, and also are the foundation of environmental legal education, one of the subjects of those is the institute of the environmental mediation. The suggested eco-philosophical paradigm, according to which the leading idea of co-evolutionary development of human and the biosphere is considered as precondition and a factor of the noosphere development. It is shown that the issue of the establishment of environmental oriented personality, its ability to build a reasonable relationship with the environment, awareness of importance of affirmation of a new strategy of social and natural development and the importance of the ideas of the noosphere future of society and nature have to be thought not only by philosophers, but also by experts in the field of environmental mediation. Becoming the only elements of culture in general and legal culture in particular, they will be available for the perception of many members of society and will occupy a prominent place in their minds. It will let «to fill» consciousness of subjects and objects of legal education by eco-philosophical ideas and concepts and will become a factor of the assertion of harmonious human relationships with the natural environment and the realization of its humanistic ideals. The conclusion: environmental mediation as a factor of legal education has to affirm the paradigm of such formation of values, where there is the idea of self-worth of another person, the idea of the unity of human and nature, the search of a dynamic balance between human activities and natural biogeocenoses, overcome the human alienation from nature, developing environmental outlook and ethical and environmental imperative of human subsistence are taken as a basis. В статті досліджується концепція стійкого розвитку у аспекті основних етапів її становлення та інституалізації, а також найбільш актуальних трендів її використання у якості перспективної соціальної технології. Розкивається поняття «стійкий розвиток» як особлива форма підтримання стабільного співвідношення між соціальними параметрами людства та природним середовищем його мешкання. З’ясовані проблемні зрушення та змістові новації у розумінні та інтерпретації ідей стійкого розвитку.

Стаття присвячена дослідженню питань формування нової стратегії самодостатнього розвитку транспортно- комунікативної системи України. Проаналізовано стратегічний документ «Транспортна стратегія України на період до 2020 р.» та виявлено низку недоліків. Було виокремлено недоліки стратегічного та методич- ного характеру. Окрему увагу автором приділено недосконалості системи стратегічних документів, які регулюють розвиток ТКС, відсутності деяких стратегій розвитку галузей ТКС, проблемам фінансування, а також проблемам, пов’язаним з цільовими програмами розвитку. Вказано на проблеми, пов’язані із структурним наповненням зазначеної стратегії. -/- Статья посвящена исследованию вопросов формирования новой стратегии (...) самодостаточного развития транспортно-коммуникативной системы Украины. Проанализирован стратегический документ «Транс- портная стратегия Украины на период до 2020 г.» и выявлен ряд недостатков. Были выделены недостатки стратегического и методического характера. Особое внимание автором уделено несовершенству системы стратегических документов, регулирующих развитие ТКС, отсутствию некоторых стратегий развития отраслей ТКС, проблемам финансирования, а также проблемам, связанным с целевыми программами развития. Указано на проблемы, связанные со структурным наполнением действующей стратегии. (shrink)

Territorial identities and processes which are contributed to their decline require interdisciplinary research. The city becomes one of the main specific and autonomous objects of social and humanities knowledge, such as sociology, urbanism, economics, political science, demography, cultural studies, cultural anthropology, cultural geography. It becomes also a certain socio-cultural «knot», and it is not only methodological, but also the historical origin of the coordinates in the social space. Style is a form of presentation of the identity of any real social (...) community. Unfortunately, there are no good researchings concerning the territorial identity of Odessits. Among the most important principles that caused the decline of territorial identities, researchers call the rapid urbanization and industrialization and imperfect policies for the formation of national identity. Thanks to the accelerated urbanization, the city of the Soviet period created the type of «first-generation city dweller», which has not lost contact with the peasant subculture and psychology. They come into conflict with the meanings and behavior patterns that shapes the information society and imposes the commercialized mass culture. As a result, certain socio-cultural differences are fixed. The key problem is the comprehension of its own history, a political consensus around the assessment of its turning events. During the years of Ukraine’s independence, it was in the symbolic space of Odessa city and a new Odessa identity was made by the most active attempts of regional authorities. The program of positioning of Odessa as the center of development of transport, trade and tourist spheres, IT-technologies, as well as safe and reliable investment process «Odessa 5T» is accepted. The mechanisms for implementation of projects related to culture, branding and rebranding of Odessa is becoming urgent. Positive Odessa identity can not be associated with only one epoch or one symbol, it requires expression, incarnation in the system of recognizable characters, signs, attributes, gestures, and in a natural way should absorb the most significant symbols and images of all epochs.
