В статті досліджується концепція стійкого розвитку у аспекті основних етапів її становлення та інституалізації, а також найбільш актуальних трендів її використання у якості перспективної соціальної технології. Розкивається поняття «стійкий розвиток» як особлива форма підтримання стабільного співвідношення між соціальними параметрами людства та природним середовищем його мешкання. З’ясовані проблемні зрушення та змістові новації у розумінні та інтерпретації ідей стійкого розвитку.

В статті дається аналіз методики викладання геоцінностей у процесі вивчення соціогуманітарних наук, зокрема таких як, соціальна філософія, культурологія, психологія, соціологія, історія та інші, які мають ряд підрозділів і субструктурних елементів соціогуманітарних наук. Кожна з вище перерахованих наук вивчає свої специфічні особливості геокультури, яка об’єднує іноземних студентів, проте вносить свій певний національний колорит. Саме культура є тим об’єднавчим механізмом, який може згуртувати іноземних студентів і інтегрувати їх у певну спільноту.

Problem setting. Mass media communications play a special role in the formation of the information culture of society, they retransmit and affirm certain values, norms, stereotypes of thinking and behavior. In the conditions of the "hybrid war" in Ukraine, MMC become "weapons" for the struggle for national interests, an important tool for raising the information culture of citizens. In the domestic society, powerful MMC belong to financial and industrial groups, reflecting their political and economic interests, which unfortunately may not coincide (...) with the national ones. Mass media communication play a role in the implementation of state information policy and its information security, because of this, the ideological direction of the media becomes strategic in protecting national information interests. Recent research and publications analysis. Problems of the impact of MMC on the information culture of society, the peculiarities of interaction between the state and society, the role of the media in the “hybrid warˮ etc. from different angles are represented in the scientific works of such researchers as V. Vakulich, T. Vlasenko, D. Gallin, V. Gurkovsky, I. Lubkovich, P. Manchini, L. Smola, V. Stroyanovsky and others. At the same time, the aforementioned problems in the scientific literature did not become complex. Paper objective. In our research, we aim at comprehensive analysis of the problem of the impact of MMC on the formation of the information culture of Ukrainian society in a “hybrid warˮ. Paper main body. For developing the information culture of any democratic society, it is important to establish clear rules for the interaction of state institutions and mass media, to determine the basic parameters of the existence of the country's media landscape. MMC as the basic subjects of information security and the creators of the information culture of Ukraine, in the conditions of the "hybrid war" should take care of national interests: in its informational and educational activities to promote democratic values, promote the unity of the Ukrainian people, abandon the technologies of opposition and split of various social groups, ethnic and religious formations in the domestic society. In turn, media owners, parties and their leaders must realize their responsibility to protect national interests, including in the information and cultural sphere, to participate constructively in the formation and implementation of information policy of the state, cultural and educational events. From our point of view, while investigating the problem of the transformation of the information culture of Ukrainian citizens under the influence of the "hybrid war", special attention should be paid to the analysis of the activities of Internet-entities that actively participated in the struggle for informational sovereignty of Ukraine. In this regard, it should be noted that the scientific literature uses the concept of "converged media", which denotes various forms of electronic communication, based on the use of computer technology. Conclusions of the research. Concluding the description of the role and place of the MMC in shaping the information culture of Ukrainian society in the conditions of the “hybrid warˮ, it should be noted that this process is due to a number of institutional and non-institutional factors. In particular, the progressive development of the informational culture of Ukrainian society is determined by the ability of the state and civil society institutions to withstand information aggression against Ukraine, due provision of information and communication activities and the moral and ethical level of all subjects of the informational and cultural space of our state. Ukraine occupies a special position among multiple centers of power. Since independence, Ukraine is an active participant of global geopolitics, so study the problem of border areas is relevant for our country interest because it has specific geopolitical, cultural, civilizational and geo-economic features an develops on the periphery of geopolitical regions. Study the situation around the Ukrainian issue within the geo-strategic and geo-economic paradigm of geopolitical analysis of interstate integration makes it possible to consider the Ukrainian crisis as a fragment (...) of the complete picture in the competition for resources between the fragmented West and divided the East. Geo-economic component of the modern Ukrainian crisis is reflected in the struggle for the European market between the US and China in the global economic crisis. Ukrainian territory was to be part of the new Silk Road connecting China and the European Union markets. In other words, Russia perceives the «problem of Ukraine», as part of its relations with the West, while the West mainly as a deterrent capabilities of Moscow, as a regional and global power center. In such circumstances, an important issue for the possibility of the continued existence of Ukraine as an independent and integral state is to develop effective geo-strategic doctrine, which would include national security doctrine that determines the technology of the state behavior to achieve their goals in the geopolitical, geoeconomical and geo-information space. In this article by Richard Gorban «Personalistic Ecclesiology of Czeslaw Stanislaw Bartnik» the author considers the concept of Personalistic Ecclesiology of Czeslaw Stanislaw Bartnik, a modern Catholic philosopher and theologian, the follower of theological Personalism of Karol Wojtyla. The author found out that, according to Bartnik’s Ecclesiology, the Church consists primarily of prosopoistic constituents: the Personality of Christ, Christ, Holy Spirit, community of persons, the world of the personality and consequently becomes the Personality itself. In conformity with the Polish thinker’s (...) interpretation, the Church is a community of personalities, founded in a real way, by means of individual relations-bonds with the Personality of Christ as the one that performs His mission and perceives a special dimension of the subject’s existence in the process and prospects of salvation. The philosopher-personalist treats nature and peculiarities of the Church based on the idea that it is a product of religious commitment, the phenomenon of personal character. The structures of the Church and religious commitment are distinguished by prosopoistic relations, that is why the personality should be seen as not only the factor, which creates bonds with the Church, but is its fundamental structure. Based on human nature and common Christian community, the Church manifests itself as a religious-social Personality. From the point of view of realistic Universal Personalism of Stanislaw Bartnik, it takes form of a communal character, following the principles of other kinds of a community person. As long as, the Church becomes the community whole, it must realize and really fulfils its Personality, becomes truly its self, furthermore it serves and realizes not only its own existence as a personality, but the existence of a single human being in its aspirations to its own fullness.
