  • Deliberative Procedures as Social Technology.Fabian Anicker - 2023 - Analyse & Kritik 45 (2):297-323.
    Research on deliberative procedures uses normative concepts not only to justify the democratic legitimacy of these procedures but also as analytical tools to understand their empirical effects.     This paper examines three programmatic responses to the problem of cognitive bias: virtue epistemology, epistemic paternalism, and epistemic collectivism.
