В статье описываются и оцениваются различные концепции и подходы к рассмотрению феномена информации. Автор подчеркивает важность понятия информации как в анализе современного научного дискурса, так и в исследованиях общественных процессов, явлений и т. п. На основе современных работ в области философии информации поднимается вопрос о понимании самого феномена информации как основополагающего для определения понятия «информация». Рассматривается процесс историко-научной и историкофилософской эволюции понимания феномена информации в отечественной и зарубежной мысли. Акцентируется внимание на более детальной и фундаментальной проработанности понимания природы информации в (...) отечественной литературе. Автором предпринимается попытка рассмотрения ряда современных исследований информации, объединенных под общим названием философии информации. Рассматриваются работы Лучано Флориди, Константина К. Колина и Лю Гана. Делается вывод о том, что, благодаря своим концептуальным отличиям, наиболее перспективной, с точки зрения автора, является модальная теория информации, предлагаемая синологическим подходом как к философскому осмыслению информации, так и к западнофилософской мысли в целом. A critical inquiry of the philosophical fundamentals in a pre-internet Age of the 1960ies and 1970ies. The monograph starts with the essentials of Chomsky's communication theory, makes a critical assessment on the social and psychological turns of body language and brings out relevant analytic points of Kierkegaard's, Nietzsche's, Heidegger's and Jasper's existential philosophy. It prepares the framework and the preriquisites of a global 'Age of Access'.

In article the social-philosophical concept of technogenic societies developed by the author is submitted. The essence of the technogenic society consists in the basic change of the public productive forces which have expressed in sharp increase of value of scientific and technical productive forces that is caused by transition to industrial, and to a scientific-technological way of manufacture of a public life and accordingly - to an industrial and postindustrial society. Substantial characteristics of the technogenic society are defined also by (...) influence of scientifictechnological, technical and technosphere factors on all course of a planetary life, on gradual replacement of biospheric forms of a terrestrial life postbiospheric, artificial. Technogenic (economic, scientific, technological) rationality promotes not only to improvement of conditions of ability to live of humanity, but also strengthens the tendency of global degradation of biosphere and the person, to the statement on a planet of an artificial life. The article discusses approaches to the definition of the concept "cosmic education» in modern philosophical and pedagogical discourse. The author's classification of approaches to the explication of the concept and of space education is offered. Meaningful component of space education formed within the professional, phenomenological-philosophical, synergistic approaches, as well as their synthesis is considered. Common characteristics and distinctive features of these approaches on the basis of comparative analysis are identified.
