Авторами рассмотрены основные подходы к моделированию процесса принятия финансово- экономических решений в контексте учета поведенческого фактора соблюдения принятых социальных норм, что позволяет выйти за рамки классического представления о мотивации экономических агентов. The discrete–structural structure of the world is described. In comparison with the idea of Heraclitus about an indissoluble world, preference is given to the discrete world of Democritus. It is noted that if the discrete atoms of Democritus were simple and indivisible, the atoms of the modern world indicated in the article would possess, rather, a structural structure. The article proves the problem of how the mutual connection of mathematics and philosophy influences cognition, which creates a discrete–structural worldview. Certain principle aspects of the fundamental science state in Ukraine as of 2014 were analyzed. It was shown that no awareness exists in the country that the main although not unique task of the science consists in the creation of new knowledge. The special attention was paid to state academies of science, in particular, to the National academy of science of Ukraine. It was demonstrated that the active law concerning science as well as the project of the new law have (...) substantial shortcomings from the judiciary viewpoint and inhibit a free progress of science in line with general trends of the developed countries. The existing status of the autonomous state academies, being a peculiar symbiosis the non-governmental organization and state institution, was criticized. The concept of a scientific elite was analyzed, which was used to determine its true level. Certain scientometric data on the Ukrainian science were presented. A very unsatisfactory situation with social sciences and humanities was shown. Criteria were discussed for the future audit of the Ukrainian science in order to reform it in the European style. In the article of Viktoria Zaporozhets «Main aspects of external church relations of UAOC in the 90’s. XX century» from the religious-scientific point of view is carried out a comprehensive analysis of the institutionalization of the UAOC in the 90's of the twentieth century in the context of her external-church relation. It is noted that inter-church relations of the UAOC during the specified period of her existence can be characterized as two-vector. It is emphasized that the first vector is due (...) to the processes of interaction between the UAOC and the UOC-KP and the UOC that took place at the canonical councils / sessions of commissions, and the second vector is related to the fact that the UAOC tried to gain the canonical status of the Ecumenical Patriarch through the diocese of Canada and the United States. At the same time it is noted that although there were diplomatic inter-Orthodox relations of the UAOC, nevertheless there were temple seizures from each other. It is proved that the church-state relations of the UAOC in this period can be characterized as stable, since it was granted the right to perform services and own property, to open Sunday schools, to freely serve services in the Ukrainian language, although sometimes it was possible to find a negative attitude to this religious organization from the side of power. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to understand the issue of gender strategies of political leadership. Theoretical basis. The works of Ukrainian and foreign scholars helped to find out the specifics of male and female leadership. The article applied the latest methodology of androgyny-analysis. According to this methodology, sex has not only a biological, psychological and social, but also an existential dimension. So, the existential dimension of gender is soulfulness as an existential femininity and spirituality as an existential masculinity. (...) These two beginnings may conflict and may be in harmony. Depending on this, we have constructive or destructive strategies for the development of both the personality and the relations between individuals. Constructiveness here means not only gender equality, but also gender partnership. Originality. In the context of modern gender anthropology and androgyny-analysis, it is found that as a result of the implementation of the strategy of existential sexism and existential hermaphroditism, political leadership becomes authoritarian, and sometimes also totalitarian, while the strategy of androgynism associated with gender partnership gives rise to constructive political leadership. Conclusions. Androgynous personality of a political leader, which balances the existential and psychological qualities of men and women, is able to reform the society and change the country for better. (shrink)

In this article, the author represents the aspect of philosophical and religious doctrine of Czeslaw Stanislaw Bartnik, a Polish personalist, which deals with the way the philosopher understands freedom as a structural component of a personality that enables a man to realize his inner and outer potential in both individual and social planes, in all dimensions of human existence: soul, body, intellect, will, actions, perception and creation of existence. Interrelation and interdependence between freedom and responsibility of a personality, as well (...) as between freedom and will of a person, are the issues of principle for a Catholic thinker. As interpreted by Bartnik, responsibility is a measure of freedom, because of direct relationship between them: the more freedom a person possesses, the greater responsibility it takes to implement and use it. The relationship between freedom and will explains the dialectic character of structure of a personality. Freedom of a man is manifested through auto- determination, which means the ability of will to make free choices, and ultimately the will determines itself, being evaluated by practical mind. Freedom in personal existence concerns personality as a whole, but not the will or actions taken separately. That is why, Bartnik believes, it is better to speak about personal freedom and free existence of a personality. Choice -making proves freedom of a man, but when choosing an option, a person chooses himself, thus creating his own spiritual image. Existence consists of possibilities to choose from and means the core and backbone structure of a personality in the dynamic process of self-realization. (shrink)

The article is devoted to study of the modes of inheritance of cultural symbols. In particular, it is a research of perception in Christianity of preceding cultures’ archetypes. The study provides the analysis of semantic links between the symbols of the World Tree, the Vivifying Cross and the meaning of the Blessed Virgin image. The article shows how the pre-Christian symbols of the World Tree and the cross itself were merged and transformed in Christian theology, liturgy and iconography in the (...) image of Golgotha Cross. The cross acquires the features of a Cosmic Tree, which combines the lower and the upper worlds – the heaven and the earth, life and death. The symbol of the tree is often substituted by the image of a woman appearing in this case as a symbol of life and fertility and evokes the associations with the genealogical tree. Therefore, the connection between the World Tree and the Blessed Virgin is proved to be natural. On the basis of the historical sources the author analyzes the legends and evidences of the revelations and discoveries of the Blessed Mary’s icons on the trees of a certain kinds. The study explicates the symbolic meaning of those trees spread in a global world, in Slavic and Ukrainian cultural traditions. In particular, the research encloses the semantics of the following kinds of trees: fir tree, linden, pear tree, oak, willow, blackthorn. Every kind of those trees has a special symbolic meaning. The novelty of the research is that it for the first time proves the semantic connection of sacred meaning of miracle icons and of the certain kinds of trees. The study defines the limited range of those trees and, on the other hand, the kinds of other trees believed to be vile and thus never appeared in the legends about the discoveries of miracle icons. As a conclusion, the research proves the existence of the autochtonal tradition of correlation of the semantics of miracle icons of Our Lady with the certain kinds of trees in the result of synthesis of the ancient symbolism and Christianity. In every case, the symbolic meanings of trees had archaic origin and connection with the ancient cosmogonical concepts. Depending on the particular semantic nuance emphasized in the World Tree, the priority of a certain kind of tree determined. On the whole, the study demonstrates the importance of the symbols in forming of cultural identity and for understanding of interrelations of cultures at the deep semantic level. (shrink)

В статті проаналізовано сутність категорії «буття» в історії соціально-філософської думки, яка має багато проявів і характеристик, фундаментальні принципи, найбільш загальні категорії і визначення сутнісного існування людини; доведено, що буття культури як особливий зріз соціального простору створює поле для реалізації специфіки людської життєдіяльності і спілкування; обгрунтовано сутність антропологічного і аксіологічного підходів до буття культури як простору для самореалізації особистості та з’ясовано системно-синергетичну методологію буття культури, що являє собою зверхскладну, самоорганізовану систему. Актуальність дослідження особливостей взаємодії людини і освіти у смарт-суспільстві розглядається у площині еволюції суспільства від індустріального до постіндустріального, а потім від інформаційного до smart-суспільства. В основі smart-суспільства витребуваною є інноваційна освіта, яка потребує вироблення спеціальних компетентностей людини, яка була б здатною працювати у високотехнологічному і високорозумному середовищі, яке формує лише освіта. Мета статті - розкрити концептуалізацію smart-суспільства, його поняттєво-категорійний апарат теми та еволюцію основних його категорій у вимірі «smart» та витребуваність людини як креатора інноваційного середовища, в основі якого новий рівень (...) взаємодії «людина-суспільство». Цінними для нас є доробки з інформаційного суспільства та інноваційної освіти таких авторів, як Р. Арона, Д. Белла, Е. Гідденса, Л. Берталанфі, З. Бжезинського, І. Валлерстайна, М. Кастельса, Ю. Лотмана, Н. Лумана, У. Матурана, Дж. Нейсбіта, О.Тоффлера, Ф.Фукуями, на основі яких розгорталася еволюція інформаційного суспільства в постінформаційне і «смарт-суспільство». Методологія дослідження – антропологічний, інформаціологічний, синергетичний методи і підходи, що дають можливість глибоко проникнути у даний тип суспільства, що йде на зміну інформаційному. Результати дослідження - вперше представлена концептуалізація smart-суспільства у філософсько-антропологічному вимірі і розроблено поняттєво-категоріальний апарат. Робиться висновок, що smart-людина є суб’єктом smart-суспільства, в основі якого цифрова економіка як результат високотехнологічного розвитку соціуму. Прорив у системі ІКТ визначив глибинні змістовні зміни у всіх сферах професійної і суспільної діяльності, тому сьогодні є всі підстави говорити про еволюційну трансформацію інформаційного суспільства. Виновок. В контескті виявлення антропологічних засад взаємодії людини і суспільства на новому етапі розвитку Smart-суспільства має велике значення виявлення нових типів взаємодії людини і суспільства, що привело до появи нових проблем соціокомунікації-соціотрансляції мультипроцесів інформації, що включає синтез інформатики, кібернетики електронно-обчислювального програмування, антропології, соціології та обертається нваколо соціокультурних процесів. У статті на основі теоретичного дослідження наукової проблеми, вивчення сучасної практики обґрунтовано використання тренінгових методів навчання у процесі формування комунікативних здібностей майбутніх соціальних працівників. Для дослідження проблеми було використано такі методи: теоретико-методичний аналіз літературних джерел; включене та опосередковане спостереження; ретроспективний аналіз власного досвіду автора. Виявлено, що процес формування комунікативних здібностей майбутніх соціальних працівників повинен бути цілеспрямованим, систематичним та включати дієві методи та форми роботи. Одним із ефективних навчальних методів є тренінг. Встановлено, що тренінг сприяє розвитку у майбутніх соціальних працівників відповідних (...) комунікативних умінь, навичок та форм поведінки, які є важливою складовою його професійної підготовки. Адже саме за допомогою тренінгу у майбутнього соціального працівника формується комплекс відповідних комунікативних умінь, навичок та форм поведінки, які є важливою складовою частиною його професійної підготовки. Ефективне формування комунікативних здібностей майбутніх соціальних працівників можливе за умови використання таких тренінгових методів: методи групової дискусії; ділових, творчих, імітаційних ігор; «мозкового штурму»; методу кейсів; використання вербальних і невербальних технік та інші. Обґрунтовано, що зміст тренінгових методів навчання має бути спрямований на вироблення навичок у майбутніх соціальних працівників вступати у взаємодію з об’єктами соціальної діяльності, тактовно і цілеспрямовано вести з ними бесіду, ураховувати інтереси й потреби клієнта, розуміти мотиви вчинків і поведінки клієнтів, знаходити до них індивідуальний підхід, прогнозувати їхній розвиток, результати роботи. Особливо актуально застосувати тренінгові технології як засіб для створення комунікативних ситуацій, наближених до умов реального спілкування в майбутній професії. (shrink)

Ідентифіковано структуру життєвого циклу соціально-економічної системи із визначенням загальних та конкретних складових елементів повторюваних змін за позасистемними та системними показниками.

Статтю присвячено дослідженню глобальної та національної проблематики безробіття. Висвітлено чинники та тенденції безробіття у світовій економіці. Визначено сучасний стан та основні проблеми, які формують рівень безробіття в Україні. Запропоновано заходи щодо зменшення рівня безробіття та оптимізації структури зайнятості.

Analyses the impact of scientific and technological progress in the development of new strategies of corporeal identity. Тo a large extent, these strategies are due to the influence of transhumanism, which proclaimed a radical new approach to understanding the future based on the assumption that the human species is not the end point of our evolution, but rather its beginning. Transhumanism has created a hypothetical image of the man of the future, which abandoned the usual human appearance due to the (...) introduction of advanced technologies: computer science, biotechnology, nanotechnology, medical. An important role in the development of bodily practices, in which is displayed the transformation of identity strategies in the era of the technogenic civilization, performs mass culture. This article examines the impact of Cybernetics to bodily idenitty of modern man. Study on the metamorphosis of bodily identity has a theoretical value as modes of corporeality and corporeal identity reflects the reality of the human world. Analysis of the strategies of corporeal identity has practical value, since they are constructed through discourse of mass culture, which determines the nature of being a modern man and the functioning of the individual in society Analyzing the changes that occur with the person, you can say that a particular form of technologically mediated mankind has already become a reality. In the modern era are inherently two opposite forms of technological postindustrial culture,: human, spiritual, and anti-human, machine and technical. It is the culture of the person who breaks the link with nature, surrounds himself with artificial reality. Problem setting. Contemporary multi-vector socio-philosophical studies of the phe- nomena and processes of legal life imply the involvement of new cognitive abilities. Phenomenology as the methodological grounds of integrative legal awareness enables to expand the limits of law understanding. In addition, phenomenology implies transition into the field of multi-dimensional law description, where it appears as a real legal world or legal life, focuses on researching valid law, seeking legal bases in human existence. Addressing theoretical capacities of phenomenology makes it possible (...) to find the sources of the specific reality of law, show object denotation and existential sense of law as re- gional ontology. Recent research and publications analysis. In modern social philosophy there are a number of works devoted to law studies within the paradigm of non-classical rational- ity. Nevertheless, though phenomenological methodology is used rather actively, domestic philosophy of law is not yet rich in the surveys, enabling, in particular, to find out the features of ontological foundations of legal life as the law sense configurate. Paper objective. The study of ontological foundations of legal life by distinguishing between two interrelated forms in the integral legal life: law structure and law process. Paper main body. The paper considers the interrelation of structural and procedural features as the forms of legal life. Essentially, the following arguments are provided: the source of conceptual and ac- tual factual integrity of the legal life structure and process is a legal entity, and its institu- tionalized activity aimed at supporting or changing the social order, ensures the reproduc- tion of legal structure; legal activity of the entities is in the form of legal relations and legal communication; since the legal process is a discrete totality of continuously chang- ing phenomena of legal consciousness and institutions, each of them naturally conforms to a specific level of hierarchical organization of legal life; legal structure performs two functions for legal process: selective function, aimed at inclusion/exclusion of facts and events of legal life into the legal process, and differentiation, or distinctive, function of its formal and essential realities. Functionally, proving the thesis on the integration of structure and process as the forms of legal life imply that the difference between these features is manifested in the fact that the law structure and law process do not coincide in norm description coding. Therefore, it was demonstrated that the law, considered from the viewpoint of its structural properties, is designed to record tension in the society and reduce the complexity to «normal» state. The law process activates senses of legal life, but it does not accumulate the knowledge of potential normative conflicts thus not preventing them. Further analysis of the law structure and law process referred to the given rules or codes, organizing their interpretation. It was shown that in the law structure the code ap- pears to be identical to the logical scheme of the procedure of establishing the fact of le- gality/illegality. In the law process, especially under the conditions of devaluating rule-of- law principles, legality/illegality code is substituted with the code of involvement/non- involvement in governmental institutions and the sources of wealth distribution. The third feature is related to the specifics of the law structure and law process influ- ence on public development. It was found that if the law process is the key factor of positive and negative changes in the society, the law structure may either promote or impede its development. Conclusions of the research. Thus, the integral whole of the law structure and law process means their essential unity despite functional differences: law structure is proce- dural and law process generates invariant combinations of elements as various structures. The object of the present study is philosophical analysis of the nature of evil in human behavior in the context of conflict with good as the eternal nature, education and punishment in ancient Ukrainian philosophical tradition. The aim of the study is to analyze the current problems in the pre-Ukrainian mythological, legal and literary heritage and early philosophical and legal concepts of pre-renaissance, renaissance and enlightenment. In this regard, the task of research is to address to the analysis of ancient (...) Ukrainians mythological outlook, and conceptional values of princely ages and the era of Ukrainian pre-renaissance, renaissance and Enlightenment to the problem of the nature of crimes, education and punishment. The problem of the nature of good and evil in human behavior in mythological, literary and legal heritage of ancient Ukrainians and in the works of ancient Ukrainian philosophers of pre-renaissance, renaissance and enlightenment. The conditions of formation of natural and legal type of thinking were analyzed at the stage of the Ukrainian nation development that was demonstrated in the old book of prayers, legends and tales about ancient Slavic culture «Book of Veles». The heart of the ancient Slavic mythology is based on the idea of the divine origin of society, law, good and human nature of evil. The natural and legal thinking took place in the times of Kievan Rus Ukrainian pre-renaissance, renaissance and enlightenment, which was formed under the influence of Christianity. This was reflected in the legal culture of the princely ages and philosophical teachings of the next epoch. It was found that for the thinkers of those times the evil has a sense only in human nature. The means of confrontation to evil is a good example of parents and strict upbringing to overcome evil. It was in the Christian doctrine, and Ukrainian culture was formed under its influence in the philosophical concept of G. Simeon Polock. It was traced that based on these ideas in the mentioned period, the peculiar relation to criminal law is formed. At the princely age the philosophical content of penalty was determined by humanistic orientation and the principle of justice. It was reflected in the abolition of blood vengeance and death. The relationship of the notions «ethnic» and «cultural national identity», «national mentality» is being discusses from the point of view of the socio-philosophical discourse. This research is based on a standard classification of national identity, which is represented by such scientists as P. Alter, M. Ignatiev, A. Smith. The article identifies common and distinctive features of cultural identity depicted in the approaches of these scientists. As a result the author describes the opportunity to summarize the semantic values of cultural identity (...) to the notion of «ethno-cultural national identity». Also it is available to add new definition «national mentality» to the following components of the given notion: traditions, customs, language, religion. In turn this analysis enhances and clarifies the load contents of the cultural national identity. Taking all above in this work a digression into the history of the concept of «national mentality» and its interpretations in the Ukrainian science are also carried. The structural components of the cultural national identity are installed. The scientists researches regarding the classification of the concept of «national identity» for correction of the cultural foundation of the concepts and refining its structural content was used by the author. The concepts of «ge netic» and «gained national mentality» are discussed, their essence is revealed. The role of the historical past in the development of specific features of the mindset that affects the traditions and customs of other people and on its formation as a basis for cultural development of Nations and States is emphasised. Argues that the notion of «national mentality» as the basis of cultural national identity complements her existential and ontological value. (shrink)

На основі філософсько-естетичної рефлексії у статті висвітлюється роль традиції та новації в гуманітарній практиці суспільства. Мета представленої статті – визначити роль наукової традиції та новації в гуманітарній практиці суспільства. За основу дослідження зазначеної проблеми береться системно-діяльнісний підхід з використанням аналітичного, історичного, системного методів дослідження. У процесі аналізу стану проблеми розглядається теоретичні праці минулого та сучасності. Обґрунтовується взаємозв’язок традицій та інновацій в контексті наукової традиції.

As a result of decomposition of a system consisting of two elements as a typical management pair “subject - object” or “manager – subordinate”, and interpretation of each of its components as an element that is characterized by a certain coefficient of transformation, it has been proposed to discover such systems as “subject - object”, “object - subject”, and “object - object” with the purpose of identifying one of the above mentioned modes that will be the most efficient in achieving (...) the planned results of common functioning. An analysis of contemporary publications helped to find examples off practical use of all of the variations of interaction between a manager and a subordinate that were planned for comparative research. The research of the process of interaction between a manager and a subordinate with the use of analytical description of a classic cybernetic system of two elements that are bound by feedback, discovered that the most effective pair is the “subject - subject” pair as the only mode of cooperation of the two elements on the basis of synarchy and sintelecsy receiving of synergetic result. The Avant-guard’s urban ideas about the city and the Man in the urban space are determined by seeking the absolute in theories of the Avant-guard artists. The Avant-guard starts its evolution from a word, a meaning and only after it obtains a shape. Exactly that’s why the philosophical researches that influenced the development of ideas and projects in the art and architecture are especially interesting. This article studies the theoretical essays of the Avant-guard artists, and specifically its focus is devoted (...) to the philosophic ‘questioning’ of A. Bogomazov, the idealism of V. Kandinsky, the ‘sensationing’ of M. Gershenfeld. Drawing parallels between the philosophy and the art of avant-garde artists, we could certainly say that the theory went far enough from the practice of art in its attempts to find solution of searching the absolute in the art. The pursuit of the absolute gave a birth to the destructive thinking of the Avant-garde theory. Destructiveness is one of the main stages of the Avant-guard formation and, at the same time, the most determining factor in the utopia of its ideas. The conception of absolute had a speculative nature with its attempt to put those ideas in the practice of art. On the one hand, this explains the creation of a particular avant-garde philosophy, and on the other, it gives a chance for a certain comprehension and presentation of the theory only as the avant-garde artists’ ‘aid’, guidance or explanation of their innovations in the practice of art to themselves and others. The work of Protestant religious groups in socialistic Yugoslavia was directly dependent on social and political circumstances in country. Protestant religious groups was numerous and various; not only in their relation with government; witth other religious groups; and the way they fulfi lled social obligations. Largest protestant churches> Evangelic Church and Reformed Christian Church; as traditional churches; have guided Protestant Christianity in Yugoslavia. Characteristics of their work are> respect for constitutional laws; cooperation with governmental agencies and high level of inter-religious (...) tolerance. The other; less numerous Protestant Churches; was in some religious characteristic similar with traditional churches; but some of them wanted to go their own way with their own religious practice. Even tough Protestant religious groups and churches had considerable fewer believers then other traditional churches and religious groups in Yugoslavia ; they got more credits then they deserved. That was because they had international support and protection from their bases abroad or from international religious organizations in Europe and United States of America. (shrink)

Дається аналіз мережевих комунікацій як механізму конструювання комунікативного простору, що представляють собою універсальний соціальний механізм і відіграють велику роль для рефлексії зворотних зв’язків в контексті єдиного інформаційного соціуму; обгрунтовано принципи мультифункціональності і соціабельності для аналізу мережевих комунікацій та виявлено, в якій мірі можливе управління використанням Інтернет-комунікацій інформаційного суспільства; розкрито ключову роль лідерів в установленні і моделюванні соціальних норм у рамках мережевої комунікації і в якій мірі воно може відбуватися; визначено аксіологічний статус соціальної мережі у сучасному інформаційному суспільстві та розроблено напрями (...) оптимізації мережевих комунікацій як механізму конструювання комунікативного простору.
