The article considers the question of the role of psychosocial intervention in forming the professional Ethics of PR-specialists. -/- There are three ethical areas (social, corporate, personal) of professional Ethics of PR-activities. The first area of professional Ethics of PR-activities is social. It consists of responsibility of PR-specialist before society. The second area of professional Ethics of PR-activities is corporate. It consists of the responsibility of PRspecialists before the PR profession in general, a PR agency, increasing the reputation of the (...) profession of PR. The third area of professional Ethics of PR-activities is personal. This area is the basis of the Ethics of PR-activities. This area is the foundation for the development of corporate and social professional Ethics of PR-activities. -/- The authors formulate three levels of psychosocial intervention according to the three ethical areas of professional Ethics of PR-activities. They are social, corporate, and personal. The aim of psychosocial intervention on the first level (social) is to deepen knowledge, transform the attitude towards social phenomena and society in general. The aim of psychosocial intervention on the second level (corporate) is to deepen the knowledge (professional development), actualize professional subjectivity, relevant professional activity at this level. The aim of psychosocial intervention on the third level (personal) is to deepen the subjection of PR-experts. The authors define professional competencies of the PR-specialists, which they have to get on the three levels. (shrink)

В последние два-три года среди многочислен- ных проблем в отношении европейской и американской экономики все чаще стала упоминаться опасность дефляции. При этом в каче- стве примера рассматривается японская экономика, которая уже два десятилетия страдает от дефляции, несмотря на огромные раз- меры финансовых вливаний и усилия правительства разогнать ин- фляцию. В западных экономиках инфляция также низкая, времена- ми нулевая, переходящая в дефляцию. В целом есть основания счи- тать, что страны Европы заболевают «японской болезнью», а также что эта «болезнь» может прогрессировать либо (...) носить хрониче- ский характер. В США, хотя и в меньшей степени, также имеются признаки этой «болезни». В результате финансовые вливания мо- гут стать, как и в Японии, постоянными. В разделе показаны при- чины этой проблемы, объяснена неравномерность процессов инфляции – дефляции в мире, сделаны прогнозы. (shrink)

Why do I have to be ethical? That is the essential question of a logical foundation of ethics in the phenomenology of Edmund Husserl. This article proposes to see the basic motivation of an ethical reason in the relationship between the two fundamental poles, that is the «Lifeworld» («Lebenswelt») and the «I-subject» («Ich-Subjekt»). This connection will be considered to constitute ethics in this article. This kind of ethics as a «condition of possibility» is then an a-priori ontological necessity. The article (...) will demonstrate how the composition of Husserl’s Prolegomena and his argumentation are an example of a foundation for phenomenological ethics: in this book Husserl derived logic as the first «condition of possibility». With logic’s three main characteristics — theory, normativity and praxis — it is the theoretical basis of a phenomenological ethics. (shrink)

Отмечается, что стратегия развития в том, что практически состоялся переход от двухмерной к трехмерной концепции. Причем в данной триаде социальный фактор стал ведущим. Концепция устойчивого развития есть комплексной концепцией, которая пытается дать ответы на наиболее острые проблемы современности. Ее отличает далеко идущий критицизм в отношении традиционных путей социального развития и в то же время требование нового мышления и переориентации общества. International migration is becoming a powerful factor of forming the contours of the global economy and politics of the future. More and more attention is paid to non-economic effects of migration. It is clear that migration of nations is accompanied by some special consequences related to collision and diffusion of different cultures, religious and national traditions which destabilize host societies. In addition, migrants form migration networks that link them with the metropolis as well as with the original homeland. All these (...) things turn the issue into political one. Migration processes in the globalized world are turning from a spontaneous process into a sphere of geopolitical, geoeconomic and geocultural management. For investigating this phenomenon it is necessary to create a special politological theory the objects of which can be migrant’s political consciousness and behavior in a definite historic-cultural and socio-economic environment that contribute to the formation of various societal-political structures and institutes. The objectives of the political science of migration should also include studying diffusion processes of political values, traditions and practices that result from the interaction between migrants and host societies. In fact, politology of migration as a scientific discipline is to examine the specifics of all socially important areas of society considering them in terms of political consequences of the migration process using general and specific methods of political science research. Features of formation of political culture and education of the younger generation as one of the most important tasks of modern education have been determined in the article; the problems of creating conditions for the development, self-development and realization of the individual as a citizen of Ukraine in the system of education have been grounded. The aim is to educate a young person - a patriot of Ukraine with an active lifestyle, ready to show national pride, self-realize successfully in society (...) as citizen with a high level of political culture and education, to be the bearer of Ukrainian national culture. The formation of political competence of youth is the approval, the development of civil and political competence, leading to a more educated, competent, mature and responsible citizen have become the urgent task for teachers and scholars today. Social teaching is an effective mechanism of social and political competences of young people. The effectiveness of social teaching political competence is growing conditions: awareness of the importance of needs; the presence of reinforcements, which determines and regulates individual behavior; the availability of real-life examples of positive, successful resolution of socio-political affairs ; regularity ahead, use acquired skills. Forming political opinion, political culture and enhance political education of Ukrainian youth are important in the education of the person with an active lifestyle, ready to show national pride, successfully self-realize in society, also of the citizens with a high level of political culture and education, prepared for life in a democratic civil society and the recognition and acceptance of th values that constitute main determinants of society. Every religion in its origins and in Genesis is identified with a particular culture. Adequate understanding of the nature and nature of any religion is possible only through the prism of the cultural area in which it was formed and under the influence of its peculiarities. This can be traced to the history of the origin, formation and development of all religions - ethno-national and world, polytheistic and monotheistic.

One of the defining features of the ability of society to update, upgrade, transition from traditional to modern structure is the formation of women’s activity in different areas. Today, social and cultural equality between men and women is a matter of equality of human existence. It is known that the position of woman in society represents the valid level of civilization of the one or another social community, and unmistakably reflects the level of commitment to the principles of humanism, equality (...) and democracy by its members. By exposing to criticizm traditional patriarchal concept of socio-cultural development of mankind, modern feminism has put forward an alternativeto it, in which woman appears as an active and equal with men the subject of social process. Feminism is focused the main attention on the abolition and identifying of discriminatory practices to women, its main task is the liberation of women from restrictions imposed by the men, and providing them with equal opportunities in society. Therefore, the increasing of public attention to the important issues of social modernization – the emancipation of the individual, consciousness by the woman of her nature and opportunities, and also lively discussions and controversial assessments of these processes actualize the research of the formation and development of feminism as a theory and practice. In this article research interest is focused directly on the development and transformation of feminist ideas, concepts and movements in the context of sociological theorizing. Feminism having the almost two centuries history, as a theory and as a practice, is still continues to develop and transform. Having arisen in the XVIII century, for today feminism has not gained clear universally accepted definition. In the twentieth century feminism from the practice of social and political movement for the equal rights for women turned into a phenomenon of general cultural scale with expanded philosophical concept. At the end of the last century feminism has advocated for the revision of relations between genders because of radical changes in the living conditions of people that occurred under the influence of such factors as globalization, the spread of education, improving women’s and men’s consciousness, strengthening the legal and financial independence of women. In the modern stage the female factor is significant and requires a rethinking of the foundations of civilization. Therefore, in the third millennium to the fore come a fundamentally new issues determining the women’s place in the modern society, without solution of which it is impossible a further human progress.
