The article suggests the philosophical pragmatist approach to the notions as to the components of social practices in the historical process. The question of their contents and interrelations shifts from the epistemic level to the practical one, in this way indicating the dimension of pragmatic intellectuality. It is pointed out that in various times the agents of pragmatic intellectuality used to employ in their practices the notions in perspective of the improving effect on the human’s life. From the angle of (...) the history of philosophy, the pragmatic intellectuality means an attitude of critical choice, comparison, and holistic arrangement of the notions in view of close grasping the novel practices which might be advantageous for the community. The history of philosophy justifies the fact that the pragmatic intellectuality has been generated by the tensions between various divisions of the social practices and set a locus of their transformation. The notion of the culture of democracy is interpreted not as a fixed theoretical criterion but as a changing through history vision of the community’s future, as well as the notion of practically possible social-cultural changes and the ways to make human life better. The features of pragmatic intellectuality are as follow: the priority of the future before the past, social hope, self-reliance, flexible and dynamic correction of notions, ideas, images on account of the humane interests, changes in the culture of thinking and senses, self-realization as self-transformation. Спільне поле філософського інтересу не підготувало їх творчої зустрічі в життєвій ситуації. Однак відчувається, що обидва філософи весь час перебували поряд у своїх пошуках. Їм вдалося різними поняттями описати триєдність людської природи та виокремити її структурні компоненти: тіло — психіку — дух. Безперечно, кожний із цих філософів має власні відкриття, й обом властива унікальна поняттєва самість. It is proposed to analyze fuzzy concepts and relations between them in the frame of triplet concept modeling. Fuzzy concepts are introduced by means of the so-called fuzzification of dichotomous concepts. The cognitive and psychological aspects of concept possession are separated and studied.

Changes in modern society, the increasing role of information and knowledge, improvement of communication, development of network structures, etc. – generate qualitative changes in all kinds of activities at all levels. Recent research and publications analysis. The term “society” is Central to social philosophy. There are many points of view on society, its nature, system features, factors and determinants of development. In the vast majority of publications traced the idea that information and communication is actually an attribute of (...) the information society. Therefore, in this article attempt to justify attributional information and commu- nication processes throughout the Genesis companies. Paper objective. The purpose of the article is justification attributional information and communication processes of social development. Paper main body. Society is a system of entities related communication processes. Life and human activity is impossible or extremely limited outside of society. The need for communication is among basic human needs, it dictates the behavior of people with no less authority than, for example, so-called vital needs. Communication is a necessary condition for the normal development of a person as a member of society, as individuals. In social-philosophical discourse has formed two approaches to the consideration of communications – the mechanistic and activity. From the position of the mechanistic ap- proach, communication is understood as a unidirectional process of transmission and reception of information through encoding and decoding, respectively. Man is here viewed as a mechanism, which can be described by a finite defined rules, and external medium communication represents noise. In the framework of the activity approach communication is understood as communication, joint activities, exchange of information. Information of this position can be represented as transmission of messages in the process of interaction of the two systems, which leads to a change in their status. In the process of development of society as a system of communication and relations, acquire new characteristics, change the properties of the information that is transmitted. According to the theory of technological determinism, which removes a major role in social development, science and technology, the development of society up to the present time occurs in three stages: the preindustrial, industrial and postindustrial. Pre-industrial society is characterized by an agrarian mode of production; the indus- trial society – the machinery of production, scientific organization of labour, free trade, a unified system of national economy. In post-industrial society the key role of knowledge and information. Class division is changing the professional service sector dominates the sphere of production. Conclusions of the research. The nature of society is the information and communi- cation, complexity of social structure is directly dependent on complexity and expansion of information and communication linkages. The Soviet ideology treated natural science as one of its cornerstones and provided the state support for philosophical studies of science. Their main aims were to prove its intellectual superiority and to demonstrate its scientific character. Do these studies have some positive results and resources for surviving in post-Soviet times? In terms of post-industrial society a nature of all the basic components of its existence changes, including the area of international relations and list of key position players in it. Centralization and recognition of state as the main actor of IR change by understanding of polyarchy, and presence in this field new actors, among them cities are distinguished. We consider that the cities in area of IR can realize itself in three different images – as actors, agents and IR subjects. (...) This understanding makes it possible to imagine actual and potential possibilities of city as a player in the area of IR, moreover, is not limited to examining only global cities, as it happens in theory of IR at present. So global city are the actors of modern IR. Global city as actor is an active member of IR, who having their own actual or potential resources, independently, according to own understanding of their interests, decides and realizes a certain own strategy that affects on the international system. The main functions of this city are: a mediation at different levels ; function of international trade and financial centers; center of production and dissemination of information; transnational administration of multinational corporations; as a center of political decision-making, in which the main part of headquarters of both international organizations and international NGOs are concentrated. Another group of cities acts as agent of international relations. The main attribute of agent is dependence on the system. The agent acts as a conductor of certain strategies, norms, herewith the logic of system determines the agent`s logic of action. That is a city as IR agent doesn`t create its own foreign policy or international strategies, but it acts at the level of international cooperation. In today`s world, most the cities are not independent subjects of international law or active creators of their own strategies. However, they maintain active contacts with one another and develop cooperation in any field. International cooperation between cities also been called “city diplomacy”. The last aspect of city existence in area of IR are subjects that don`t act as active players of international relations on global or on local levels. (shrink)

The study tested the analysis of the origin and evolution of the concept of «the media space» in scientifi thought. Clarifid that understanding the concept of «the media space» was launched in sociological and psychological approaches, and in the further defiition of this concept was carried out through a the cultural, philosophical, geopolitical approaches etc. In view of the above, the subject of analysis in this article is the defiition of «media space» with the positions of various scientifi approaches, the (...) goal - fiding signifiant common characteristics in the defiition of «media space for the formulation of its author integral defiition. In view of the above, the subject of analysis in this article is the defiition of «the media space» with the positions of various scientifi approaches; the goal is the fiding signifiant common characteristics in the defiition of «the media space» for the formulation of its author integral defiition. Determined that at the present stage, the concept of «the media space» is used in several senses – as a conditional territory where take place information and there transmitters, which f time to time enter producers and users of information; as a system of relationships between certain subjects and objects of production, distribution, processing and use of information; as part of a symbolic space that has a specifi hypertext structure. It is found out, that present approaches are general in interpretation of media-space, as a complex system that organized by the network principle, peculiar to them virtually largely transforms communication system, changing the nature of the interaction in the process of information exchange, creation and transmission of information. Proved that the important subject of forming the media-space are remained mass-media, that accumulating all of the technological innovations and acquiring such properties as mobility, convergence and interactivity have transformed the media-space in the environment in which gradually erased the boundaries between producers and users of information and communication interaction between participants of information relations on the principle of many-to-many. Problem setting. The contemporary understanding of law implies addressing theoretical opportunities of phenomenology and, in particular, allows finding and describing structural elements of the phenomenological law model. Recent research and publications analysis. The method of modelling is widely used in modern social epistemology. Being influenced by post-empirism new approaches emerged in social epistemology. The leading role in them is given not to empirical evidence and logical-deductive procedures, but to the models of theoretical explanations, which are used by this or that (...) research strategy. Paper objective is to single out and describe the elements of the phenomenological law model from the viewpoint of its structure, formed by social experience and legal values. Paper main body. The article discusses the structural elements of the phenomenological model, its methodological significance was shown ass the focus of the legal life description, specifying the content of meaningful dimensions and dimensions-phenomena. The essence of the modelling procedure was identified, its connection with other phenomenological procedures was confirmed. Suggested phenomenological model measurements include: social experience, giving the context for implementing all other elements of the legal structure; legal values, determining the aim and the content of legal practices; legal entities, characterized by their abilities to act and be recognized in the legal domain; legal entity reasons, actualizing their abilities and bringing meaning to legal facts. Social experience and legal values were studied as measurements-phenomena and as structural elements of the phenomenological model. The basic structural element and the overall meaningful framework of the phenomenological model determine social experience. The content-genetic unity of the social experience with the concepts of experience, life world and activity was analyzed. It was confirmed that the social experience is always the experience of activity, taken from the entity expression. The social experience in the legal context appears as the total of collective actions to recognize legal values, expressed in the social facts and activity schemes. Therefore, legal values were determined as essential meaningful grounds and principles of law, determining the practical value of the claims of the legal entity and ensuring its involvement in the social – cultural, processes of the specific society. The content-genetic connection between the legal values and legal regulations was specified, whereas the difference between them was also shown. Conclusions of the research. The phenomenological model is designed to assist the integrity of law from inside and strengthen the effect of the description and interpretation of legal life specific manifestations. The consequence of the relative analysis of legal values and regulations was the development of the mechanism of their connection with the social experience and general human values. (shrink)
