Розглянуто характер впливу негативних моральних емоцій гніву та відрази на процес прийняття фінансово-економічних рішень в переговорних процесах і співпраці в умовах ризику і невизначеності. Обґрунтовано стимулюючий характер прямого впливу негативних моральних емоцій гніву та відрази на прийняття економічними агентами стратегічної соціально прийнятної поведінки. Виявлено потенційні обмеження, що знижують позитивний ефект впливу негативних моральних емоцій гніву та відрази на процес прийняття фінансово-економічних рішень в ситуаціях соціальних дилем.

Определено, что туристическая индустрия имеет важное значение для развития государства, однако ее роль в странах отличается в силу влияния ряда факторов. Идентифицированы угрозы, проблемы, тенденции, вызовы, риски и субъекты как главные факторы развития туристической деятельности в Украине. Отмечено, что дальнейшее развитие туризма в Украине обеспечит реализацию социально-экономического потенциала государства в краткосрочной и стратегической перспективе.

У статті визначено поняття криптовалюти. Проаналізовано відповідність криптовалюти статусу грошей. Висвітлено основні етапи розвитку криптовалюти. Розглянуто переваги та недоліки використання криптовалюти біткоїн. Досліджено правовий статус криптовалюти в країнах світу. Охарактеризовано стан використання найбільш відомої криптовалюти Bitcoin в Україні.

Мета статті – з’ясувати концептуальний контекст виникнення нових медіа. Задля цього здійснено огляд ключових для нових медіа ідей Алана Кея та Теда Нельсона, а саме: перетворення комп’ютера на персональний метамедіум за допомогою користувацького інферфейсу та ідеї гіпертексту. Підкреслено, що створення медіа на базі комп’ютерних технологій супроводжувалось впливом медіа-теорії Маклюена та поєднанням технічного і гуманітарного дискурсів. Від початку створення нових медіа осмислювалась їхня метапозиція щодо традиційних медіа через здатність перших до симуляції наявних медіа-форм та створення нових. Purpose. The research is aimed at substantiation of the process of formation of various human images in the postmodernism era in the context of biophilosophy, taking into account the need to find an adequate response to historical challenges and the production of new value orientations reflecting succession of civilization development. Theoretical basis. The author in his theoretical constructs proceeds from the need of taking into account the biophilosophical aspect of postmodern man, as the one who, remaining a representative of the (...) species Homo sapiens, began to dynamically change, losing its own natural and functional qualities, acquiring to a large extent the socio-technology-related qualities. The thesis that in the postmodern society the moral and legal foundations of existence of human being, as the subject of actions and responsibility for these actions, practically coincide with the biological foundations is taken as initial argument. New biological knowledge, as well as the related technologies, orient the public consciousness towards production of fundamentally new or modernization of the existing bio-philosophical ideas. The author's vision of the anthropological collision of the Post-Modernism era is caused by the fact that the issues of a postmodern man acquire a special urgency at the end of the ХХ – early XXI century. A progressive disproportion between a human being, whose abilities as a representative of the species Homo sapiens are biologically limited, and the human community, which sees no limits in its information and technological expansion, is of current interest. Originality. The author reveals the key features of the Post-Modernism era, in which a fundamentally different civilizational space originates, and where a new type of person emerges in its internal culture, which is called the postmodern man. The postmodern man was considered through the prism of bio-philosophy. Its interest in man is caused by his or her place in nature, the prospects of development at the individual, population and species levels. Conclusions. In the process of development of bio-philosophy, its research field will be naturally expanded with the use of philosophical means of perception of life as such and filling the bio-philosophy with philosophical and biological issues. In contemporary conditions, the study of the boundaries of biological reality and its previously unknown properties, definition of new horizons of theoretical knowledge in the science of life, the critical rethinking of the concepts of biocentrism and anthropocentrism in the space of modern scientific knowledge, the definition of perspective trends in the study of man, his or her place and role in the planetary being is of great importance. The article provides a comprehensive study of the process of democratic transit in the context of its influence on the formation of the image of transitive democracy. The features of the process of democratic transit, its effectiveness, approaches to its implementation are highlighted. The role of modernization of political institutions in the framework of the process of democratic transit and shaping the image of the state is analyzed. There are groups of factors that influence the formation of the image of (...) transitive democracies. The author explores the tools, the use of which will allow to form a positive domestic and foreign political image of a transitive democracy. Transitive democracy, formulating the image must use principles of cognitive super additivity, the phenomenon of synergy will take place at positive influence of totality of information generators. This complex influence creates new character in mental space of individuals and groups, reflecting an image, as a set of the system of descriptions of democratic transit of democracy in a country. System influence of informative sources will allow to extend an audience and carry out permanent informative influence on her. The rates of democratic transit depend on many factors of objective and subjective character. In force their variety does not exist compounding set in good time, by what facilities and in what sequence to operate to the political actors -"architects" of the new state of country, related to democratic reforms. In this connection, producing an image of political, economic and social changes, that take place in framework of corresponding institutes, are universal means that removes critical deprivation, infuses with a hope, faith and conviction of public environment in success of democratic transit. Подано аналіз концептуалізації соціальної мережі, яка сприяє розвитку соціального капіталу і є фундаментальною складовою глобального інформаційно-комунікативного суспільства. Виявлено аксіологічний статус соціальних мереж у глобальному інформаційно-комунікативному супільстві та з’ясовано сутність і види соціального капіталу, що слугує джерелом розвитку мережі і нерозривно пов’язаний з її функціонуванням. Обгрунутовано напрями оптимізації соціальної мережі в умовах глобальної трансформації сучасного світу.

Відмічається, що розробка концепції безперервної освіти зумовлена умовами глобалізації та інформаційної революції, становлення ринкової економки, інтенсифікації міждержавних культурних зв’язків, інтеграції вищої освіти до європейського простору. Метою статті є формування концепції дистанційної освіти «новому століттю-нову освіту» в умовах європейської інтеграції вищої освіти. Проаналізовано складові концепції та її основні характеристики, визначено детермінанти оптимізації сучасної концепції дистанційної освіти в умовах інтеграції вищої освіти до загальноєвропейського простору.

In the article physicality's phenomenon is revealed as a contradictory and topical issue of socio-philosophical discourse. The consideration of the theoretical-philosophical and psychological definitions of physicality made it possible to disclose it as an attribute of human-morphemes and the integrity of anthropo-being. Attention is focused on body-transformations in conditions of cyberculture and the main boundary forms of human body-modifications are determined. Physicality is defined through the prism of socio-cultural practices as a way of preserving social man and the main means (...) of individual self-identification. The representation of spiritual filling of physicality is carried out helping of its symbolic-attributive codes of interaction with culture. Physicality is considered as a visualization, a realization of the spiritual existence of man and the substratum of man's creative potential.. After all, man's life values, empathic abilities, motivational attitudes, ideas and vital signs are formed through his physical deformations and psychosomatic states into a person. Person's estrangement from natural development, turning into an immortal and not needing a reproductive update leads to a crisis of humanity and an anomie of universal values. After all, such phenomena of human relations as love for children, the unfolding of oneself through the understanding of others and the definition of fragility and not the infinity of human existence, and generate humanity. And these humanistic attitudes shape the meaning of human life in its content. If this sense-determining physicality's layer of is eliminated, man's existence is jeopardized. The solution of this issue is demanded by modern society without delay and only practical philosophy can offer solutions to it. Physiosophy or samosofia is a new direction of modern scientific knowledge about the spiritual and cultural senses of body and its physiological influences on this process. Excluding physicality – we eliminate materialization's substrate of conscious and cultural sphere of man, deprive the person of his spiritual expression of filling, his symbolic-attributive algorithm of interaction with culture. The article investigates the genesis of thinking in the modern period of development of European philosophy and science. It is shown that due to inclusion of science into practical realities of life, patterns of social behavior of individuals are starting to appear, cognitive processes are being activated by which forms of human existence and activity are transforming. Formation of the understanding of nature in the era of modern times have determined the formation of scientific knowledge of possibility of building of (...) New understanding of realities of nature led to the establishment of various projects of social action, the result of which becomes culture. In the context of social and cultural experience an individual is included into educational process first of all as a representative of the world grasped and understood by him, as a "mediator" of symbolic and real life.
