The Soviet ideology treated natural science as one of its cornerstones and provided the state support for philosophical studies of science. Their main aims were to prove its intellectual superiority and to demonstrate its scientific character. Do these studies have some positive results and resources for surviving in post-Soviet times? Обґрунтовується погляд на його концепції експериментування та логічного схематизму як на певні дієтетичні практики, що відкривають суб’єкту не стільки саму істину, скільки доступ до її вільного пошуку. В статті також розглядаються погляди ініціатора модерного дискурсу про пам’ять Ф. Ніцше на проблему співвідношення забування та пізнавальної діяльності. Гносеологічні погляди Ч. Пірса і Ф. The last decade of the last century and the first years of the XXI century. proved to be quite significant both in the realm of Catholic-Orthodox dialogue in the context of the ecumenical concept, as well as in the interest of theological discussion on this subject in extracurricular Catholic circles, represented by the venerable profession of Catholic universities and the Jesuit and allied Jesuits. It should be noted immediately that in these discussions, the voices of Orthodox authorities, with the exception (...) of some clergy of the Eastern Orthodox patriarchates, play a rather modest role. The Moscow Patriarchate occasionally makes ironic replies regarding some of the statements made by Vatican diplomats and, most recently, the pontiff himself. Ukrainian Orthodoxy, divided and focused on intra-Ukrainian church problems, does not respond to the innovations that emerge from Catholic-Orthodox dialogue. (shrink)

Religion in the history of society, as we know, has not always emerged as a relatively independent spiritual formation. Thus, in the conditions of primitive society, characterized by the syncretic nature of forms of human activity, it was not a separate subsystem, but a qualitative aspect of community life. Therefore, such religious beliefs permeate virtually all spheres of public life, moreover, often were its essence. The directions of events in society or in some of its spheres depend to a large extent on the positions, desires, hopes, intentions of youth representatives, in general their life orientations and opportunities. Of course, these opportunities, and even more importantly, life orientations, are not unique to the rest of the community, as the younger generation is, for the most part, practically a "product" of its time. Each generation immediately carries information and indications of previous and "hints" about future generations. (...) All these signs, information and "hints" are certainly collected within the information system of a society represented by at least a variety of different knowledge, rituals, traditions and the like. Religion is currently the most consistent "preservative" of information, except that it is still the most powerful mechanism for socializing individuals. Therefore, any processes that take place within the religious sphere, certainly in one way or another have an impact on the existence of any member of society, especially on social structures, groups, processes and events. The article deals with three patterns for interpretation of language in its relation to the cultural hegemony, i.e. Gramscian, Voloshinian, and Pasolinian. As was shown, the analysis of the language problem is the necessary precondition for justifying the unity of theoretical and practical elements within Marxist philosophy. A common feature for the aforementioned patterns was an attempt to answer a fundamental question: how it is possible to make explicit the relationship between ideology and relations of production by means of the (...) materialist dialectics. A refusal to fetishize language as a particular essence, a revealing that any sign systems are mediated by ideologies, and elaboration of a nonSaussurian structure of language are the core results of the proposed analysis. The starting point for the reflections of the mentioned thinkers was a tenet that communication in the state is determined by how much the institutions of power are able to bring the interests of society under control without disturbing the balance between the political body and the existing social forces. Thus, an ideology plays in two guises: as a symbolic order of legitimation on the society’s part and as a framing the growth of cultural forms. A distinction between the written and the spoken language becomes a politically significant tool to undermine the hegemony, for a balance between the political and the social, between the coercion and the approval, is widely open to fluctuations. Hence is the problem Marxist theorists have tried to solve: how can it be found out, with an examination of statements in non-political contexts, what someone talks of is a part of her political interest. The Marxist thinkers solved it in various ways. For instance, Gramsci focused himself on the reasons of making of the Italian literary canon; Voloshinov considered the proposition that in linguistics a formalism, as well as psychologism, following from a claim that semantics and means of expression are politically independent; and Pasolini sketched the difference between the spoken language, the spoken-written language, and the purely oral language, with unequal subjects of them. У статті досліджується місце об’єкта в полі спекулятивного реалізму загалом та об’єктно-орієнтованої онтології зокрема. Описується особливе положення об’єкта, яке йому надає ООО на противагу «кореляційному» відношенню. Взята за основу чотирична структура Ґ. Гармана доповнюється уявлюваним модусом об’єкта, чиє місце знаходиться на межі суб’єкт-об’єктної дихотомії. Сама дихотомія розглядається у контексті дослідження можливості її подолання завдяки підходу, який був запропонований прибічниками ООО. Стверджується неможливість повного переходу до цілковито об’єктної реальності, перепоною для чого слугує неможливість відокремлення останньої від поля уявлюваного.

Purpose. This article clarifies the significance of the person’s social self-identification as a basis for civilization and institutional explanation of national self-identification in Ukraine. Theoretical basis. The authors found that the analysis of the cultural and anthropological principles of national self-identity reveals two main opposed concepts: the concept of "eastern" cultural and social self-identity of Ukraine, which correlates with the metaphor of the split between "East" and "West", and the concept of "western" projection of the European future of Ukraine, which (...) correlates with the metaphor of the bridge between "East" and "West". These concepts reflect the options for the citizens of Ukraine to make a personal choice of the way in achieving social self-identity. Douglas North’s concept of "open-access order" states and "limited access order" states can be used as a basis for an alternative, pragmatic approach to choice the criteria of national self-identity. Originality. National self-identification is a result of the choice of the person’s self-identification: still the person takes into account the history of the nation, the ethnic diversity of the nation, its cultural and civilizational characteristics. The philosophical-anthropological approach contributes to the demystification of the grounds of social self-identification, revealing the decisive role of the personal choice in shaping the new institutional foundations of national self-identity. Harmonization of the social institutions of Ukraine with the institutions of the European Union and the international community institutions opens wide opportunities for Ukraine’s successful integration into the "open-access order" societies. The clarification of the value and symbolic aspects of national self-identity in Ukraine contributes to the successful functioning of these institutions. Multilingualism is an adequate response to the global challenge of the reconstruction of Ukraine’s national self-identity. The education system is a key area for introducing multilingualism. Conclusions. The development, justification and systematization of cultural and institutional criteria for choosing the best ways to strengthen of national self-identity in Ukraine are a prerequisite for the successful self-identification of Ukrainian citizens in a complex and ever-changing global world. The discrete–structural structure of the world is described. In comparison with the idea of Heraclitus about an indissoluble world, preference is given to the discrete world of Democritus. It is noted that if the discrete atoms of Democritus were simple and indivisible, the atoms of the modern world indicated in the article would possess, rather, a structural structure. The article proves the problem of how the mutual connection of mathematics and philosophy influences cognition, which creates a discrete–structural worldview. The article reviews logical and mathematical problems, which were the starting point of what is now known as “analytical philosophy”. The author proves that the moment of birth of analytical philosophy was Frege’s invention of a notation for quantifiers and va-riables in 1879. Another source of analytical philosophy was rather declaration than proof of certain philosophical beliefs by Moore and Russell during the 1990s. Generally, an analysis of these sources serves to clarify what analytical philosophy is and what it is (...) not, as well as why it appeared exactly at the beginning of the 20th century. (shrink)

Purpose. The article deals with the consideration of certain types of value models of human creation from the standpoint of philosophical anthropology and social philosophy. It is about certain models that fulfill the worldview-semantic modes of a person. Theoretical basis. The authors cover peculiarities of such models in the process of creation of "the new types of a person". The process of reformatting these types and its means are studied. The process of valuing metamorphoses of Ukrainians is taken as an (...) example. The research is limited to the Soviet period and the period of independence, which is reflected respectively in Thesis I – The Phenomenon of Homo Sovieticus and Thesis II – A Person in the Situation of Post-Homo Sovieticus. The emphasis is on the peculiarities of the value matrix of these types and their ideological potential. Originality is in the disclosure of anthropological models that correspond to the value functionality, that is, the determination and expression of the essence of a person. It is shown that certain projects, under the conditions of forced reformatting, by their value reduction are classified as inhuman. They are based on the narrative of ideological myth and deprived of the projection of the complete development of a personality. The proposed approach allows to revise the current trends of such projections and, most importantly, to predict their value potentials in the dynamics of the transformational progress of the essence of the modern Ukrainian. Conclusions. The essay reflects the process of transformation of the worldview-semantic modes, which are represented by two situations-products – the Soviet person and the contemporary. The first type is formed by the mythology of political ideology. This person is deprived of himself or herself. Their collective identity is brought up by the anthropological effect of violence and fear. The second type is very similar. This person finds himself or herself in the situation of value disorientation, nostalgic impulses and instrumental thinking. Their task is to move towards the "monad personality". This is possible by means of formation of the "own philosophy", "inherent teleology of a breakthrough", as well as by taking into account the problem of consolidation and radicalism of external factor. This article reviews the problem of the otherness in contemporary Western philosophy. The peculiarities of the representation of the category of the otherness in the 21st-century anglophone continental philosophy were analyzed. A theoretical base of the research consists of the works by Richard Rorty, Bruno Latour, Richard Kearney, Nancy. Fraser, Dan Zahavi, Chad Kautzer, Eduardo Mendieta, and Slavoj Žižek. Within the frameworks of an Anglophone philosophy, we made a comparison of the 20th-century pragmatist approaches based on the exceptionalism and the (...) exclusion of the Absolute Other from the intersubjective consensus and of the modern neopragmatist tendencies shaped on the principles of the generalized patience and extension of the framing of the subjectivity with the post-territorial regulation. The hermeneutical and phenomenological problems of the otherness typical for continental philosophy were covered with the analysis of the genealogy of the feeling leading to the victimization of the Other, its identification with Me, or its recognition with the preservation of the own identity. The author also analyzes ways to find a social consensus in the conditions of the antagonism between the emancipatory interests of different marginalized groups. Generally, the ways of adequate coexistence, which support the universal solidarity in a situation the global challenges humanity, had been demonstrated. That is why, finding out of a compromise in the analysis of the problem of the Otherness will be achieved with a realization of the following factors: all-affected principle, formed on the basis of the equal agency for all the subjects of communicative action for consensus with the help of a network activism, and a realization of the principles of a diacritical hermeneutics on the basis of the empathy to the Other and the termination of his/her marginalization. For this, it was offered to gain the equal rights for all the living forms for their own modes of existence to avoid antagonism between different social groups and to predict the impact of the obscurantist elites on the mass consciousness.Manuscript received 06.09.2020. Наводиться ретроспекція явища скепсису щодо об’єктивності та обґрунтованості висновків історичної науки. Робиться висновок, що історична пам’ять є феноменом, корені якого сягають глибин антропогенезу, у зв’язку з чим заторкується вчення К.Юнга про архетипи. Досліджуються архетипічні витоки людської пам’яті, роль історичної пам’яті у формуванні національної ідентичності, модифікації та різновиди сприйняття «історичного минулого». Коментується явище політизації історичної пам’яті під впливом ідеологічної кон'юнктури. Проблема надзвичайно актуалізується тому, (...) що нині політична кон'юнктура та система цінностей соціуму багато в чому детермінують специфіку бачення, розуміння й тлумачення подій минулого. Особлива увага приділяється терміну «національна історична пам’ять». Аргументується положення про некоректність радикального поділу націй на «політичні» та «етнічні». The present high status of dialogue as a widely practiced method of considering and resolving the problematic, controversial or conflicting issues that humanity has to face is a kind of a result of the millennial selection of reliable and effective means of understanding, reconciliation, organization of civilized coexistence, multifaceted ideology, the world of human communities, their individual groups or individuals. The purpose of the research is to find new ways and methods to substantiate ethic and moral standards as the basis of civil interference into the life of the state. The role and place of the state in social, political and spiritual transformations are not always considered due to the crisis of certain social theories and models of state development. Methodology of the research is based on comparative, historical and logical methods. Problems of formation and development of Ukraine as a democratic and social state of law is one of the urgent problems. The process of creation of the state in Ukraine on democratic principles is happening, but it goes quite difficult, due to the transitional phase of development of the Ukrainian state and society, the lack of a clear strategy for the creation of the state. The specifics of the present stage of the creation of the state of Ukraine is the (...) need for the democratization of social relations, optimization of relations of the state and the citizen. However, state institutions are not yet ready for partnership with a man and a citizen. Personality is not considered by the state as an active subject of political and legal process, and as an object of influence on it by the state. In order to minimize the negative consequences of statehood in the period of transformation of the Ukrainian society, you must clearly understand democracy as a particular social system. Therefore, the concept of research is important in the consideration of essential level of democracy. Democracy as a social system must be considered in comparison with the totalitarian system, which will allow a deeper understanding of the essential features of the transformation period, which is our country. In the article the comparative analysis of democracy and totalitarianism as a social system. Highlighted the essential features of social systems: the nature of the interaction between the ruling elite and society, the way to the emergence of the social system, the principle of organization of the social system, the nature of the relationship with the external environment, the nature of the social system, the nature of the relationship of internal elements, the prevailing state of social relations, and others. It is proved that the social system of a democratic society is characterized by the dominance of liberal governance, self­organization, pluralism, transparency, non­linearity and dynamic, different directional conflict, the prevalence of such methods of conflict resolution as a compromise, consensus and others. For a totalitarian social system characterized by: the prevalence of extreme authoritarianism, monism, linearity and balance, rigidity, pseudo­harmony, the suppression of conflict by means of terror and others. Comparative analysis of the demographic and social system of totalitarianism allows you to clearly understand the differences between them and to identify targets that need to be guided in the process of reforming the political, economic and spiritual systems of the Ukrainian society, the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. Purpose of the study is to find out the interdependence of the event as a factor of transformations in the established areas of human life and everyday routine as a way of existence of social being, which cover various types of human activity. Theoretical basis of the research is based on understanding of everyday routine as a form of social reality, a complex and multidimensional object that is constantly evolving, includes new forms of reality, and is influenced by various social (...) changes. The main function of everyday routine is the survival of individual and society, therefore the stable foundations of human existence play a dominant role in every life. In turn the event serves as a way of being existence, has a singular character, an individual expression, identifies elements that do not fit into the usual framework of everyday life. Originality of the obtained results lies in understanding event as the opposition of the phenomena world to the out of experience world of being, unexpected innovation that leads to the emergence of behaviours and structures that are new and unusual for everyday life. Event is not identical to empirical facticity, does not correspond to the usual understanding of phenomena and processes, and leads to a break from the everyday life, as it causes significant changes in human life on the individual and social levels. Unexpected change in everyday life caused by event is a traumatic collision with another dimension of being for an individual, as a result of it new meanings may open. Conclusions. On the background of everyday life, which is able to be in different states, function in a variety of relationships, to be manifested in numerous structures, junctions and connections, the event assumes the prospect of a new reality, contrary to previous representations. From existential point of view, event is always an interruption of everyday life, as for example, love or religious conversion. A large-scale event causes shocks that affect most or all individuals and communities that use multiple ways to react to an event – interpretation, selection, glorification, silence, valuations adjustment, phenomena, facts, celebration of holidays, rituals that are periodically repeated. The second chapter explores the further development of Russia’s large-scale intrusion into the territory of Ukraine in 2014-2015. У статті розглянуто культуру вчителя як багатоелементну систему. Надано характеристику основних її елементів. Встановлено зміст та форма культури вчителя. Визначено складові професійно-педагогічної діяльності учителя; яку він здійснює у спеціально організованих освітніх установах. Доведено; що феномен культури вчителя представляє собою складну систему; елементами якої є знання; мова; цінності; переконання; звичаї; традиції; новаторство. Робиться висновок що сукупність перелічених елементів в своєму взаємозв’язку складають зміст культури вчителя; а форма полягає у способі її існування та функціонування; що виражається у нормах.

У статті зіставлено концепції культури, створені в межах філософії ХХ ст., в аспекті підходу до визначення її суб’єктної або безсуб’єктної основи. Автор аналізує проблему співвідношення культури, картини світу й особистості, визначену відомими філософами сучасності.

В статі висвітлено основний результат дисертаційного дослідження, щодо уявлення про наукове пізнання дійсності на основі фрактальної структури. Головною новизною є подальший розвиток інституту аспірантури. Перспектива подальших досліджень націлені на розвиток системи формування нових знань у фрактальній системі.

Умови виробництва історичних текстів на сьогодні включені до предметності філософсько-історичного дослідження. Мета статті полягає у представленні синтезу ідей, пов’язаних з концептуалізацією наративного історіописання, що були сформульовані у XIX столітті в філософії історії. Дослідження виходить із розвиненого О.С. Лаппо- Данилевським принципу побудови історичного знання на основі номотетичної чи ідеографічної пізнавальних точок зору. Узагальнюємо, що у філософсько-історичних пошуках XIX століття визначилися головні напрями у стосунку до концептуалізації наративного історіописання: спочатку у Л. фон Ранке – на позитивістському ґрунті, пізніше – на основі неокантіанства (...) – у В Віндельбанда, Г. The survey results make it possible to talk about the following trends in the region: traditional tolerance to Slovaks, Hungarians, Romanians as a result of the past and compact living in these nations. Each of these nationalities are not only neighbors of Ukraine and Transcarpathian region, they are members of the European Union, showing orientation and desire to Transcarpathians European living standards and EU accession. Another trend - Americans they serve the ideal of democracy and the Jews - rationality. The practical significance of the work is to measure the political, moral values and orientations edge. In addition, found an opportunity to Ukrainian ethnic cooperation and understanding. Thus, the results showed the reality of multi-ethnic tolerance of Transcarpathia. The modern problems of obtaining autocephaly of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church are analyzed. The centennial struggle for autocephaly of the UOC proves that the problem of obtaining independence from the Russian Orthodox Church îf the Moscow Patriarchate is very complicated, both according to the legislation of Ukraine and the canons of the church law. The Kyiv metropolis was an integral part of the Patriarchate of Constantinople from 988 to 1686, when it was, from the point of view of many Orthodox (...) churches, illegally and not canonically annexed to the Moscow Patriarchate. In this movement the Orthodox Church was divided into three separate churches – the UOC of the Moscow Patriarchate, which now calls itself simply «the UOC»; UOC of the Kyiv Patriarchate, established in 1992 and not recognized by the Ecumenical Orthodoxy as canonical and God-inspired, and The Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church, which arose in 1919-1921. It should be noted that in the period of the Ukrainian Revolutions of 2004 and 2014 and at the beginning of the war in the Eastern Ukraine, the hierarchs of the UOC-MP organized an open antiUkrainian and anti-constitutional campaign, both behind the walls of temples, and at mass events. During the presidential election, this church illegally campaigned for one a pro-Russian Candidate only. In these conditions, the question of the separation of the UOC from the Moscow Patriarchate became more pressing and urgent. Proponents of autocephaly point out that the grounds for granting UOC Tomos for autocephaly are identical to that of the Polish version of 1924. However, we consider the obvious difficulties that distinguish the situation with Orthodoxy in Ukraine, compared with the UOC of Poland. In order to make the Russian Orthodox Church not to interfere in the internal affairs of Ukraine, not to agitate against the state of Ukraine, include in the name of the UOC the phrase that it is an Orthodox Church in Ukraine with a center abroad – in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine two bills – No. 4511 and No. 5309, which since 2016 it was never accepted, because they duplicate the existing Law and contradict Art. 35 of the Constitution. However, as we see, de facto the ROC, directly and indirectly, is campaigning for so-called – «Russian World». For example, just recently the Russian edition of «Orthodoxy and World» published an interview with a member of the Synod of the Ecumenical Patriarchate and a supporter of Ukrainian autocephaly by the Metropolitan of Prussia Elpidophor, from which the publication dropped unwanted phrases. On April 22, 2018, the Holy Synod of the Ecumenical Patriarchate adopted a petition from the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko to the Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew to give Tomos on autocephaly to the Orthodox Church in Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Resolution in support of this appeal, and the appeal of the hierarchs of the Ukrainian Orthodox churches – KP and UAOC and some of the ÌPs. Similar Tomos is now awaiting northern Macedonia. History shows that the procedure for the delivery of Tomos for autocephaly is not easy, long-term. The analysis shows that, despite the difficulties of securing the separation of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church from the Moscow Patriarchate by legislative means, there are grounds to expect that the UOC of Tomos would be still received. This decision is not obvious, since some autocephalous Orthodox churches against it and support arguments of the Russian Orthodox Church. The petition of the state authorities concerning the autocephaly of the church is a long-standing claim by the Patriarchate of Constantinople. Thus, Ukraine has to wait for the decision of the Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I to hold the Unifying Synod. (shrink)

In legal hermeneutics, different ways of interpretation are distinguished: grammatical, special legal, logical, systematic, historical, evolutionary, and teleological. Legal hermeneutics refers to so-called "dogmatic" hermeneutics. Logical interpretation involves clarifying the structure of logical forms of thought, establishing their correctness according to the criteria of truth. A systematic interpretation is an analogue of a contextual approach. Historical interpretation is carried out using etymological analysis. The interpretation of the rules of law can be formal and informal. The principle of logic is one of the general principles of the interpretation of the law. The logical method of interpretation is most often used in cases where it is not possible to understand the unfortunate grammatical form when conflicts are found between individual norms, etc. Hermeneutical logic is used, if necessary, for additional explanatory procedures - interpretation and interpretation. Conclusions of the research. Results: the definition of a set of logical tools that is used in legal hermeneutics: a logical method, logical principles, a logical way of interpreting and interpreting legal norms. Novelty: clarified the differences between the tools of formal logic and hermeneutic logic in legal hermeneutics. The article discusses current issues essence of judicial policy and its role in modern political process on the material prosecutions of former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi. Berlusconi revealed character of the struggle against the so-called «dictatorship of leftist judges» in Italy. Draws attention to the connection between the trials against Berlusconi’s political opponents and attempts to weaken its position and remove from all political activity, as well as unsuccessful attempts led by Berlusconi’s political forces to use legal mechanisms and (...) public outcry for protection from prosecution. The term «judicial policy» is commonly used by lawyers in a purely legal context, but we can not ignore its political meaning. In the seminal book by A. Barak «Judicial discretion» judicial politics is seen as «a set of factors that guide the judiciary when she makes the choice of the options that gives it the right». A key figure in the field of judicial politics serving judge has the authority to review the relevant legal disputes in a certain kind of justice, development and production of judicial policy on the application of regulations generalization of judicial practice and the creation of legal positions and so on. Prosecution Silvio Berlusconi give reason to consider judicial policy of Italy as an example, which confirms the high level of integrity of the judiciary in the political process.
