Реформування, децентралізація державного управління в Україні вимагає впровадження нових підходів та принципів у формуванні молодіжної політики, упровадження та реалізації молодіжної роботи на всіх рівнях держави. Одним із пріоритетів ефективної реалізації молодіжної політики в Україні є розроблення, упровадження та розвиток освітніх програм для молодіжних працівників, запровадження нових форм, методів та інструментів молодіжної роботи. Мета роботи – проаналізувати особливості професії «молодіжний працівник» у контексті молодіжної політики. У дослідженні використано комплекс загальнонаукових методів: аналіз наукових публікацій для окреслення сутності проблем становлення та розвитку професії (...) «молодіжний працівник»; аналіз та синтез – для виокремлення особливостей професії «майбутній працівник»; систематизація та узагальнення наукової літератури, нормативних документів для формулювання висновків за результатами дослідження. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в тому, що у досліджені вперше розглянуто професії, до обов’язків яких відповідно до класифікатора професій входить робота з молоддю; вивчено нормативно-правові документи, акти, які регламентують молодіжну політику, молодіжну роботу та особливості роботи молодіжного працівника; висвітлено особливості професії «молодіжний працівник» та становлення її в Україні; проаналізовано закордонні джерел щодо становлення та розвитку професії «молодіжного працівника». Висновки: проаналізувавши особливості професії «молодіжний працівник», констатуємо, що розвиток державної молодіжної політики в Україні стрімко вносить корективи та відкриває нові можливості й потреби в реалізації та впровадженні молодіжної роботи. It is well known that the medieval philosophical thought of the Islamic world was characterized by a significant level of understanding of the phenomenon of religion. This was due not only to the religious coloration of the tradition itself or the purely religious outlook, but also to the importance of the role that religion played and continues to play in Muslim societies. The article describes the analysis of Gnostic sects of the Late Antiquity, with the exception of the concepts of large Gnostic systems. Particular attention is devoted to the consideration of the Mandaean religion - the only ancient Gnostic religion that exists to this day. The history of the formation of Mandaise, the determinative role of John the Baptist and the cult of Teyvila for the Mandaeans, as well as the peculiarities of their doctrine has been analysed.

The article researches ethical problems of realization of human calling. On the basis of ideas of the ethics of E. Levinas and their interpretations the author proves the importance of ethical dimension of evaluation of calling as a way of self-actualization of a personality. The purpose of the study is to determine of the conditions and requirements for understanding of calling by personality. However, from the ethical point of view those conditions and requirements appeared to be independent from the individual (...) aims and visions of calling. Therefore, reveals itself the transcendence of the purpose of calling, devotion of a person to over-personal aims and values. The research analyzes the interrelations between the ideas of calling and mission or assignments of a man in the world. The ethical problem presents also the realization of the ethical obligations versus desires and will of calling. The article researches the problem of the purpose of life related to individual understanding of calling. The other issue of the study is the topic of a highest good as the aim and ethical dimension for calling. The theme of destiny and predestination researched as relevant for the experience of calling as well as the phenomenon of gift. Calling is a realization of given to a person and of his or her gifts. For the conclusion was determined the multidimensional character of values of human calling. In the essence of this phenomenon revealed the combination of personal and transcendent, over-personal motives. There is a hierarchy of levels of good in the experience of calling. The person must be able to build up and understand those levels by means of ethical thinking in order to realize calling in the life. There could not be an irresponsible calling of a person. It has to be a correlation of calling with responsibility to family, society and the world of higher ethical values. (shrink)

Problem setting. Different directions of modern science of international law explore the problem of the existence of its subject, its typology, forms of attitude to the law of na- tional states, etc. In this article, asking about the very possibility of international law, the focus on the subject area is shifted to a methodological one. This, perhaps, is the rare case when a “study of investigators” brings an unconditional benefit to understanding the essence of the cognizable subject. The article concludes (...) that the special form of dialectics found in the movement of these methodologies reflects how the phenomenon of interna- tional law actually realizes itself. German classical philosophy titled this form as a “reflection of essence”. Recent research and publications analysis. The methodological dualism of the theo- ry of international law reflects in methodological monism. The monistic theory of interna- tional law, in its turn, “splits” into adherents of the primacy of the national state, on the one hand, and on the other, those who insist on the superiority of international law. Paper main body. Rational cognition, incapable of thinking the contradictions objec- tively existing in the subject, is horrified by such “strange behavior” of international law. It even goes so far that the very fact of its existence is being questioned. The article uses the experience of I. Kant’s transcendental philosophy, which first criticized such knowledge. With his question: “How is a priori synthesis possible?”, He showed an example of how reasonable knowledge is possible, capable of thinking the dialectic of opposites in its subject matter. This study can serve as another contribution to the newly emerging science of the philosophy of international law. Розглянуто мотиви, проблеми та напрями активізації заходів корпоративної соціальної відповідальності. Визначено зміст заходів у сфері корпоративної соціальної відповідальності щодо формування та покращення бренду роботодавця.

Определено, что туристическая индустрия имеет важное значение для развития государства, однако ее роль в странах отличается в силу влияния ряда факторов. Идентифицированы угрозы, проблемы, тенденции, вызовы, риски и субъекты как главные факторы развития туристической деятельности в Украине. Отмечено, что дальнейшее развитие туризма в Украине обеспечит реализацию социально-экономического потенциала государства в краткосрочной и стратегической перспективе.

У статті розглянуто стратегії, тактики та прийоми, які використовує мовна особистість. Дослідження їх є одним з етапів моделювання дискурс-портрета мовної особистості, що узагальнює дані стосовно прагматичної, семантичної, сигматичної та синтактичної координат розгортання дискурсу. На прикладі аналізу есе О. Забужко «Ціна ВінніПуха» продемонстровано процедуру дослідження стратегій, тактик та прийомів мовленнєвої діяльності. Визначено лінійні та ієрархічні стратегії, тактики та прийоми на рівні кожної з координат.

Статтю присвячено з’ясуванню внеску вихованців Київської духовної академії у становлення культурних практик модерного типу на теренах Російської імперії другої половини X IX — початку XX століть. В основу дослідження лягли біографії та науково-богословська спадщина братів Пархомовичів — Василя (згодом архиепископа Афанасія), Андрія і Йосифа, чия діяльність у навчальних закладах, періодичних виданнях, наукових і громадських організаціях Бессарабії тривала майже 80 років (1853-1932). Систематизація фактичного матеріалу дозволила зробити висновок, що Пархомовичі належ али до групи регіон альної інтелектуальної еліти, згрупованої довкола кишинівських архиєреїв, (...) і брали активну участь у реалізації низки просвітницьких і місіонерських проектів. Хоч, по суті, вони були провідниками політики русифікації регіону, проте їхня діяль­ність об’єктивно сприяла формуванню інституцій та ознак модерного су­спільства у Бессарабії. Це, зокрема: поширення освіти і розвиток місцевої школи за участі Пархомовичів як керівників і викладачів Кишинівської духовної семінарії, жіночого єпархіального училища та міських гімназій; їхня діяльність у місіонерських, просвітницьких, наукових та благодійних організаціях, що сприяла консолідації бессарабського суспільства; напи­сання ними низки історичних досліджень, які лягли в основу регіональної свідомості та культурної ідентичності мешканців Бессарабії. The inflence of the electoral mechanism on the quality and composition of the political elite and effectiveness of transit democratic national political system based on the European integration process is determined based on dynamic analysis of models of electoral systems in Ukraine.

The development paradigm of Russian parliamentarism, 2008 and 2020 amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation are directed towards expanding the power of the Russian parliament and the accountability of the executive branch to the supreme legislative body. In this regard, a logical question arises about strengthening the independence and autonomy of the members of the Russian parliament. However, instead of a logical increase in the independence of parliamentarians, recently Russia has introduced internal quasilabor standards of parliament, which, on (...) the contrary, puts MP under party control. In addition, the existing anti-corruption standards for controlling the openness of the income, expenses and property obligations of MP also have serious shortcomings in terms of the severity of sanctions – up to the early termination of MP. The problem of legal reasons and the procedure for terminating the powers of a deputy of a representative authority is considered by the author comprehensively, taking into account the specifics of the status of a deputy. It should be noted that for the young Russian parliamentarism, the study of this procedure through the prism of the constitutional legal status of a deputy is of fundamental importance. The article analyzes the judicial practice of the reasons for the termination of the deputy’s powers, statistics on the application of anti-corruption legislation to deputies of representative authorities in 30 regions of the Federation from all Federal Districts of Russia. The author also explores new grounds for terminating the deputy’s powers, including regarding the practice of attending parliament, and concludes that a number of the current legislation used by the law enforcer contradicts the tasks of legal regulation of the duties of MP, and doctrinally are not consistent with the model of a free mandate adopted in Russia in 1993. Thus, the domestic legislator needs to decide whether he/she continues to follow the model of a free mandate enshrined in the current Russian Constitution, or whether it is time to return to a model of an imperative mandate. If the legislator decides to use the model of a free mandate, then the new liability measures that are introduced into the legislation should be reviewed. If the legislator finally abandons the free mandate, which corresponds to a certain trend in world practice, then it is necessary to make appropriate point adjustments to the Russian Constitution, and provide for a procedure for recalling a deputy at the federal level; especially today in the context of growing digitalization, such a procedure can be done without damage conduct using electronic voting.
