Die von Jens Timmermann besorgte Neuausgabe innerhalb der Philosophischen Bibliothek bietet den vollständigen Wortlaut der beiden Originalausgaben von 1781 und 1787. Der Kantische Text wurde unter Wahrung der Interpunktion und sprachlicher Eigenheiten sehr behutsam an die heutigen orthographischen Regeln angeglichen. Die semantisch bedeutenden Korrekturvorschläge späterer Herausgeber (nicht nur der Akademie-Ausgabe) sind, wo sie nicht in den Text Aufnahme gefunden haben, am Fuß der Seite verzeichnet. Alle wesentlichen Unterschiede zwischen den Originalausgaben sind durch Kursivdruck hervorgehoben, größere Abweichungen ganzer Textstücke - etwa (...) in der Einleitung und im Kapitel über Phaenomena und Noumena - wurden synoptisch gegenübergestellt, so daß Art und Umfang der Umarbeitung unmittelbar abgelesen werden können. Die durchgängig neu bearbeitete Studienausgabe folgt in den Grundprinzipien der seit 1926 in Forschung und Lehre maßgeblichen Ausgabe von Raymund Schmidt, die hiermit abgelöst wird. Sie wird ergänzt durch eine umfangreiche Bibliographie von Heiner Klemme sowie durch einen ausführlichen Personen- und Sachindex. (shrink)

There has been considerable recent debate about whether Kant's account of intuitions implies that their content is conceptual. This debate, however, has failed to make significant progress because of the absence of discussion, let alone consensus, as to the meaning of ‘content’ in this context. Here I try to move things forward by focusing on the kind of content associated with Frege's notion of ‘sense ’, understood as a mode of presentation of some object or property. I argue, first, that (...) Kant takes intuitions to have a content in this sense, and, secondly, that Kant clearly takes the content of intuitions, so understood, to be distinct in kind from that possessed by concepts. У статті проведено культуро філософський аналіз феномену особистості як визначального в соціокультурному та освітньому просторі сучасного особистого суспільства у порівнянні з особливостями філософського розуміння цього феномену в освітньому контексті епохи модерну, співзвучної сьогоденню. Виявлення типових проекцій минулих епох, традиційною з яких є усвідомлення змісту понять «людина» та «особистість», на фоні складності і неоднозначності сучасної соціокультурної ситуації сприятиме подальшим пошукам ефективних чинників взаємодії особистості і суспільства в освітньому просторі, що динамічно трансформується.

Against a view currently popular in the literature, it is argued that Kant was not a niıve realist about perceptual experience. Naive realism entails that perceptual experience is object-dependent in a very strong sense. In the first half of the paper, I explain what this claim amounts to and I undermine the evidence that has been marshalled in support of attributing it to Kant. In the second half of the paper, I explore in some detail Kant’s account of hallucination and (...) argue that no such account is available to someone who thinks that veridical perceptual experience is object-dependent in the naive realist sense. Kant’s theory provides for a remarkably sophisticated, bottom-up explanation of the phenomenal character of hallucinatory episodes and is crucial for gaining a proper understanding of his model of the mind and its place in nature. Актуальність виявлення категоріального апарату парадигми дизайну визнається загальносвітовим зацікавленням до проблем національних відмінностей і глобалізацією інформаційної свідомості людства, потребами української дизайн-освіти, в якій теоретичним проблемам приділено ще недостатньо уваги; формуванням нових культурних цінностей в умовах трансформації українського суспільства. З’ясовано, що категоріальний апарат дизайну зводиться до методології пізнавального руху, дизайн розглядається в контексті міждисциплінарного простору, актуалізуючи категорії філософії, соціології, естетики, інженерної психології й екології, загальної технології й системотехніки, кібернетики й теорії організації виробництва. Виникнення мультикультуралізму пов’язане з комплексом етнічних, політичних, економічних, соціальних, релігійних, культурних та цивілізаційних процесів. Світоглядний розкол Європи внаслідок Реформації зумовив пошук шляхів і засобів інтеграції культур на новій основі. Цей пошук призвів до обґрунтування ідеї віротерпимості як антиподу релігійного фанатизму, становленню релігійної толерантності як основи морально-правового визнання релігійного плюралізму, а також секуляризації суспільного життя в країнах Європи в умовах утвердження буржуазного устрою, що сприяло формуванню громадянської толерантності та громадянського суспільства. В подальшому криза європоцентризму і визнання рівноцінності всіх культур сприяли пошуку (...) нових форм взаємодії культур, тобто формували визначальну передумову виникнення мультикультуралізм.
