Abstract— As electric cars are environmentally friendly, their use will reduce air pollution. Electric pedicabs, which are designed to solve the transportation problems of people from electric vehicles designed for different purposes, are widely used in many cities, especially since they are a very effective means of transportation in the city. However, serious research is needed on increasing the performance of the electric rickshaws, especially their batteries. The most important factor that determines the vehicle's range is the capacity of the (...) vehicle's battery. In this study, it has been shown that it is possible to use battery for longer periods with some important changes by conducting a research on pedicab batteries. (shrink)

The style and style of expression of the Qur'an is not chronological and detailed, especially in short stories and historical events. This is the fact that some people, places and community names are not mentioned in the Qur'an. The identification of these ambiguities is possible with narrations. For this reason, the ambiguities in the Qur'an have been clarified with the help of the narrations in the commentaries and in the works on the subject. Imam Hatip schools (religious vocational schools) in Turkey have been taught teaching Arabic for many years. However, the objectives of learning Arabic have not yet been realized. The Education Council of the Ministry of Education prepares educational plans and programs for Arabic lessons in order to increase the quality of Arabic language teaching, the first of these programs was in 1973. This research is a field study carried out in 2016 on how to implement the educational programs prepared in 2011 (...) for Arabic lessons in Imam Hatip schools, and the problems facing the teacher in practical reality. The scope of the research is limited to Tekirdağ Anadolu Religious High School for boys, Süleymanpaşa Anadolu Religious High School for girls, Süleymanpaşa Religious Secondary school, and the teachers working in these schools. The research was based on the views of those educators as to how the educational programmes for Arabic lessons and the problems they faced during their exercise were implemented. The research was formulated through interviews with teachers. The results of the research according to the data received from the teachers were processed in the statistical program SPSS and then converted to frequency values and percentage values. These values were presented in tabular form. As a result of the findings, it was seen that most of the teachers did not read the Arabic lesson teaching program they were practicing, and they were unaware of the program’s vision, approach and goals; and they did not understand the program’s approach, vision, and objectives. Moreover, it was understood that the minds of the teachers were not clear about whether the Arabic language was a foreign language lesson or a religious vocational lesson, that the teaching practices and behaviors of teachers are incompatible with the educational program and they also had one view that the goals of the Arab lesson were largely unfulfilled. After the main results have been revealed and discussed, finally, following the disputed results, some suggestions were made to increase the quality of teaching Arabic such as making Arabic an effective, active and influential element in the lives of students and teachers through various awards and scholarships and the examination of Arabic as a foreign language in the university entrance examinations as an element of motivation and quality. In addition, in order to improve the quality of the Arabic teacher, we have made the Arabic exams as periodic, an increase in salaries according to the teachers’ receivables score, the continuation of in-service trainings, etc. (shrink)

Complex problem solving (CPS) and related topics such as dynamic decision-making (DDM) and complex dynamic control (CDC) represent multifaceted psychological phenomena. In a broad sense, CPS encompasses learning, decision-making, and acting in complex and dynamic situations. Moreover, solutions to problems that people face in such situations are often generated in teams or groups. In turn, this adds another layer of complexity to the situation itself because of the emerging issues that arise from the social dynamics of group interactions. This framing (...) of CPS means that it is not a single construct that can be measured by using a particular type of CPS task (e.g. minimal complex system tests), which is a view taken by the psychometric community. The proposed approach taken here is that because CPS is multifaceted, multiple approaches need to be taken to fully capture and understand what it is and how the different cognitive processes associated with it complement each other. En ese sentido se afirma que la aparente distancia que existe entre ambos pensadores puede reducirse a partir de las temáticas que se estudian en este trabajo. A la luz de todo ello, la lectura del cuerpo de Nietzsche y la comprensión de narración de Levinas no habrían sido solo reflexiones filosóficas, sino más bien el pretexto (...) para que ambos pensadores critiquen el pensamiento establecido y propongan, cada uno a su modo, un quehacer filosófico que afecta directamente la existencia humana en cuanto reflexión sobre las formas como se comprende la vida misma. The expression experimental philosophy has taken on a lively interest in recent research on Nietzsche, as the growing shows number of interpreters. This reflection occupied a small place in the discussions at the end of the 20th century; a situation that changed dramatically at the beginning of our century. To understanding the questions that revolve around this philosophy, it is necessary to consider its limits and scope and, above all, the space it occupies in the work of the German thinker. (...) Until recently one begins to speak of the “experimental philosophy” in the thought of Nietzsche. This novel way of approaching the philosopher of Röcken is due specifically to the reflections of Andreas Urs Sommer, an eminent interpreter of Nietzsche. Sommer explains the “experimental philosophy” supported by paragraph 125 of The Gay Science and goes hand in hand with an important figure in that paragraph: the madman. This article aims to explain what “experimental philosophy” is and then describe that literary artifice, (...) besides being found in paragraph 125, can be found in other texts by Nietzsche. That is to say, we will stop to analyze some texts of Thus spoke Zarathustra, fundamentally in those that are the question of the solitude. Is it possible to conclude that "experimental philosophy" can be framed in the theme of Nietzsche's solitude? The use of “experimental philosophy” can show us, as far as possible, a novel way of approaching the thoughts of the German philosopher and away from the conventional interpretation that has marked the twentieth century so profoundly. El pensador suizo Andreas Urs Sommer es, sin dudarlo, uno de los actuales especialistas de Nietzsche. En el año 2017 publica un texto titulado Nietzsche und die Folgen, un libro que recobra la figura del pensador alemán a la luz de ideas bastantes novedosas que hasta ahora no habían sido presentadas por la mayoría de los intérpretes de Nietzsche. En ese sentido, la filosofía experimental (Experimentalphilosophie) que presenta Sommer es la que ha llamado la atención de la crítica. Se trataría (...) de esconder bajo el juego experimental la filosofía de Nietzsche, omitiendo de ese modo un cierto tipo de compromiso de sus postulados filosóficos. Esta determinación está cobrando fuerza en la medida en que nos muestra las consecuencias de la filosofía experimental. Este trabajo pretende desarrollar, por un lado, los postulados centrales de la propuesta de Sommer para luego confrontarlos a la luz de la crítica y en qué medida dicha crítica es medular. Lo anterior da luces a una discusión que, más que inclinarse a la polémica, muestra el nutriente de una fructífera investigación. -/- The Swiss thinker Andreas Urs Sommer is, undoubtedly, one of Nietzsche’s current specialists. In the year of 2017 publishes a text entitled Nietzsche und die Folgen, a book that recovers the figure of the German thinker in the light of quite novel ideas that until now had not been presented by most of the interpreters of Nietzsche. In that sense, the experimental philosophy (Experimentalphilosophie) presented by Sommer is the one that has caught the attention of critics. It would be a matter of hiding Nietzsche’s philosophy under the experimental game, thus omitting a certain type of commitment from his philosophical postulates. This determination is gaining strength insofar as it shows us the consequences of experimental philosophy. This work aims to develop, on the one hand, the central postulates of Sommer’s proposal and then confront them in the light of criticism and to what extent such criticism is central. The foregoing gives light of a discussion that more than leaning to the controversy shows the nutrient of a fruitful investigation. (shrink)

لقد بُذلت محاولات عديدة لتجاوز غموض قضايا العلوم الطبيعية والإنسانية من قبل المناطقة وفلاسفة اللغة، لا سيما خلال القرن العشرين، لكن تبرز منها محاولتان أكثر أهمية من غيرهما؛ تجلت الأولى في تطوير المنطق الرمزي الكلاسيكي ثنائي القيم إلى ما يُعرف بالمنطق متعدد القيم. ووفقًا لهذا الأخير لم يعد الحكم المنطقي – على أية قضية – مقصورًا على قيمتي الصدق التقليديتين: صادقة & كاذبة، كما يقضي بذلك قانون الثالث المرفوع، بل بات لدينا عدد لا متناه من القيم المتصلة التي تتوسط بين (...) الصدق التام والكذب التام. ورغم النجاح النسبي لهذه المحاولة – التي ما زالت تخضع للتطوير والتعديل – إلا أن المشكلة الأساسية ما زالت تطل برأسها في كل استخدام للكلمات وقضايا اللغة، فإذا كان المنطق متعدد القيم قد نجح في التعبير الواضح عن غموض المعرفة، إلا أنه لم يُبدد الغموض ذاته. أما المحاولة الثانية فقد تمثلت في نزعة التقييم الفائق، التي تفترض وجود عدد من التقييمات المقبولة لكل مصطلح غامض أو قضية غامضة. وليست هذه التقييمات في الحقيقة مجرد كيانات خالصة لا علاقة لها بالواقع، بل إن كل تقييم منها – كما تفترض النزعة – هو بمثابة تحديد لكيان واقعي نشير إليه بالاسم أو المصطلح محل الدراسة، ومن ثم فهو يعكس موجودًا فعليًا له حدوده الدقيقة المميزة له عن غيره. ويلزم عن ذلك أننا إذا كنا نقبل العديد من التقييمات المختلفة والمتنوعة لمصطلح واحد، فعلينا أن نقبل أيضًا وجود العديد من الكيانات الواقعية التي يشير إليها ذلك المصطلح الواحد. هذا ما نسعى إلى معالجته في هذا البحث، انطلاقًا من فرضٍ رئيس مؤداه أن ما واجه المنطق الكلاسيكي من مشكلات أدت إلى تطويره، لاسيما مشكلة الغموض، قد واجه بالمثل المنطق متعدد القيم، ولابد وأن يواجه أيضًا أية مقاربة مهما اختلفت أدواتها؛ فالغموض فيما نزعم ظاهرة إبستمولوجية في المحل الأول، مردودها إلى الذات العارفة وقصور إمكاناتها الإدراكية والقياسية، لا إلى الوجود ذاته. وبعبارة أخرى، نزعم من خلال هذه الورقة أن أية مقاربة لمشكلة الغموض ما هي إلا حلقة من حلقات العلاقة الجدلية اللامنتهية بين الإنسان والطبيعة، أو فلنقل بين ما هو مدرك وما هو موجود بالفعل. وقد ركزنا على قضايا وتصورات الجغرافيا كنموذج للتطبيق باعتبارها أحد أقرب العلوم الإنسانية إلى العلوم الطبيعية، وإن كنا نرى أن عمومية مشكلة الغموض – بأبعادها المختلفة – تُحيل أي علم إلى علم إنساني. Integration sustainability outcomes give attention to construction ecology in the design review of urban environments to comply with Earth’s System that is composed of integral parts of the (i.e., physical, chemical and biological components). Naturally, exchange patterns of industrial ecology have consistent and periodic cycles to preserve energy flows and materials in Earth’s System. When engineering topology is affecting internal and external processes in system networks, it postulated the valence of the first-level spatial outcome (i.e., project compatibility success). These instrumentalities (...) are dependent on relating the second-level outcome (i.e., participant security satisfaction). The construction ecology-based topology (i.e., as feedback energy system) flows from biotic and abiotic resources in the entire Earth’s ecosystems. These spatial outcomes are providing an innovation, as entails a wide range of interactions to state, regulate and feedback “topology” to flow as “interdisciplinary equilibrium” of ecosystems. The interrelation dynamics of ecosystems are performing a process in a certain location within an appropriate time for characterizing their unique structure in “equilibrium patterns”, such as biosphere and collecting a composite structure of many distributed feedback flows. These interdisciplinary systems regulate their dynamics within complex structures. These dynamic mechanisms of the ecosystem regulate physical and chemical properties to enable a gradual and prolonged incremental pattern to develop a stable structure. The engineering topology of construction ecology for integration sustainability outcomes offers an interesting tool for ecologists and engineers in the simulation paradigm as an initial form of development structure within compatible computer software. This approach argues from ecology, resource savings, static load design, financial other pragmatic reasons, while an artistic/architectural perspective, these are not decisive. The paper described an attempt to unify analytic and analogical spatial modeling in developing urban environments as a relational setting, using optimization software and applied as an example of integrated industrial ecology where the construction process is based on a topology optimization approach. Undoubtedly, the topic of the discontinuity has gone so far as to capture the attention of a good number of investigators who devote themselves to resect concerning the philosophy of the French thinker. To place now the look in the topic of the discontinuity promises to open a new analysis seam and perhaps allow to revalue the scope of its philosophical contributions. For such a task, we are going in the first moment to approach the history notion in the thought (...) of Foucault from here on to study the development that the above mentioned notion has with the continuity and the discontinuity. Then, we will stop to study the genealogical method to unravel if it is possible to analyze the topic of the discontinuity in view of the genealogy. Will it be possible to look at the topic of the discontinuity as a proper feature of the thought of the French philosopher? To answer this question is the task that this work tries to take to end. Este artículo pretende establecer una relación entre la frase “Dios ha muerto” y el tema de la ciencia en Nietzsche. Para tal fin, se hará un análisis de la frase “Dios ha muerto” a la luz de la reciente interpretación hecha en el mundo alemán. En segundo lugar, nos ocuparemos de los conceptos de ausencia y caos para determinar si dichas nociones pueden ser consideradas como un paso ulterior a la “muerte de Dios”. Finalmente, revisaremos el tema de la ciencia: (...) las opiniones que Nietzsche tenía de la misma, las implicaciones que se desprenden de sus obras y, sobre todo, el nexo directo de la ciencia con dicha muerte. El vínculo entre estos temas permite una nueva comprensión del futuro de las investigaciones sobre el filósofo de Röcken. This article aims to establish a relationship between the phrase “God has died” and the theme of science in Nietzsche. For this purpose, an analysis of the phrase “God has died” will be made in the light of the recent interpretation made in the German world. Secondly, we will deal with the concepts of absence and chaos to determine if these notions can be considered as a further step to the “death of God”. Finally, we will review the subject of science: Nietzsche's views on it, the implications that stem from its works and, above all, the direct nexus of science with that death. The link between these themes leads to a new understanding of the future of research on the philosophy of Röcken. (shrink)

With the (...) title taken from the topic of this volume, Inspired by the conference titled, we have tried to envision the actual human environment through the ongoing pandemic that revolutions the entire human society in a way we had never considered as possible and so that we will not recognize in a year or so. Following the Philosophy of Dialectics and seeing a larger number of possibilities beyond those that were revealed to us in most obvious ways, we wonder thus, what makes us, in fact, do these changes – is the pandemic itself and its requirements or is it just US, humans, that were long longing for a change, a motif to do it all new again? Un gran número de comentaristas de Foucault afirman que la biopolítica forma parte de manera fundamental del corpus de su obra. La discusión acerca de esta noción está imbricada en la política contemporánea, pero dicha interpretación se aleja de las ideas mismas de Foucault. En ese sentido, ¿en qué consisten esas modificaciones que se desprenden de la obra foucaultiana? ¿Se trata de movimientos propios de la noción o de innovaciones investigativas ulteriores? ¿Existe una lógica que sigue el concepto y si (...) es así qué lógica interna juega esta noción dentro del pensamiento del filósofo francés? La biopolítica se comprende a partir del sentido y significado de la vida en los siglos XVIII-XIX y, de esa manera, en torno a la estrategia política que circula en esos siglos. Una relación entre la política y la biopolítica o, si se prefiere, un problema discontinuo, es decir, una relación que intenta unir áreas que hasta ahora no han sido consideradas: la discontinuidad y la misma biopolítica. ¿Es posible considerar la biopolítica como un problema discontinuo y como un método en el que la discontinuidad es preeminente? تجاربنا الحياتية تكشف عن دورٍ ملحوظ للحظ فيما نُصدره أو نتلقاه من أحكام؛ الحب، النجاح، الإشادة والثناء، النفور، الإخفاق، اللوم، ...إلخ، كلها أمور تعتمد على الحظ بقدرٍ كبير. قد تكون مثلاً ذا منصبٍ أو مالٍ أو جاه أو سُلطة، فتحظى بالثناء الاجتماعي (ولو نفاقًا) وإن كنت أحمقًا لا تستحقه، وقد لا تكون كذلك فتحظى بالإهمال، وربما اللوم، وإن كنت تستحق العكس! هكذا هو الحظ: عدلٌ مضاعف في ناحية، وظلمُ مضاعف في ناحية أخرى ... ينسج الواقع والوهم، ويشكل التاريخ، ويرسم ملامح (...) الفكر في أشد جوانب رُشده وعبثيته! مصطلح «الحظ الأخلاقي» من وضع الفيلسوف الإنجليزي «برنارد وليامز»، وهو أيضًا عنوان كتاب له نشره سنة 1981، يطرح فيه مشكلة التوفيق بين المسؤولية الأخلاقية والفعل الإرادي، ومدى صعوبة تعميم هذه المسؤولية في ظل ظروف بيئية مختلفة قد يتم فيها إصدار الحُكم الأخلاقي اعتمادًا على عوامل خارجة عن إرادة الفاعل، أو ما دعاه «وليامز» بـ «الحظ». بعبارة أخرى، يولد الناس ويعيشون في ظل ظروف بيئية متفاوتة، وتحكم أفعالهم عوامل متباينة، قد تكون مريحة وقد تكون صعبة، وقد تكون خاضعة للإرادة وقد تكون قهرية، فهل عليهم جميعًا تحمل المسؤولية الأخلاقية بالدرجة ذاتها؟. على الأرجح لا يوجد إله ... الآن، دع القلق واستمتع بالحياة ... إنه شعار الملحدين الجُدد! لا أعني بذلك أولئك الرويبضات الذين يُظهرون غير ما يبطنون، ويتخذون من تطورات العلم وقشور الفلسفة أداةً براقة لجذب الشباب وإغوائهم بالإلحاد، ويعمدون إلى الصلاة في معابد الشيطان من أجل النفس التواقة إلى إشباع شهواتها بغير ضابط ولا رابط. هؤلاء تجدهم وأتباعهم في الغرب إفرازًا طبيعيًا للخواء الروحي وهيمنة رأس المال، وتجدهم ومريديهم في الشرق نبتًا عفنًا للاستبداد السياسي والتفسخ الاجتماعي والمظهرية الحضارية الكاذبة بكافة (...) أشكالها، لاسيما الدينية منها! إنما أعنى بالأحرى نفرًا من الفلاسفة والعلماء الذين يُشكلون منذ سنة 2006 تقريبًا ما اصطلح على تسميتها «النزعة الإلحادية الجديدة»، من أمثال البيولوجي الإنجليزي «كلينتون ريتشارد داوكينز»، والفيلسوف وعالم الأعصاب الأمريكي «صمويل بنيامين سام هاريس»، والصحافي والكاتب والناقد الديني الأمريكي «كريستوفر إريك هيتشنز»، وفيلسوف العلم الأمريكي، وقد سُمي هؤلاء الأربعة «الفرسان الأربعة» (في مقابل فرسان رؤيا يوحنا الأربعة في الكتاب المقدس المسيحي)، بعد لقائهم في الثلاثين من سبتمبر سنة 2007 في مقر إقامة «هيتشنز» في العاصمة الأمريكية واشنطن. فما هذه النزعة؟ وما أهم أفكارها؟ . في غضون سنوات قليلة، ستموت كل خلية في جسدك وتحل محلها خليةٌ جديدة؛ فأنت حرفيًا لست الشخص ذاته الذي كُنت عليه من قبل! خلايا المعدة تدوم تقريبًا خمسة أيام؛ وخلايا الدم الحمراء تبلى خلال فترة تتراوح بين ثلاثة وأربعة شهور بعد أن تسافر حوالي ألف ميل؛ وخلايا الكبد تعيش ما بين عشرة شهور وستة عشر شهرًا؛ وحتى الهيكل العظمي يتجدد كل عقد تقريبًا. ليس هناك خلايا جسدية خاملة تُشارك المرء في عُمره سوى خلايا عدسة العين والخلايا العصبية للقشرة المُخية. أما (...) أفكارنا وقناعاتنا ونظرتنا العقلية للحياة فتتغير بدروها وفقًا لخبراتنا ومكتسباتنا الثقافية والتعليمية وتجاربنا الحياتية المختلفة! إذا كان هذا هو حال خلايانا الحية التي تُشكل بنيتنا الجسدية، وحال أفكارنا ورؤانا العقلية، فأين تكمن هويتنا؟ هل سنُحاسب على أفعال جسدٍ آخر أو عقلٍ آخر؟. زُرت الصين في أوائل ديسمبر الماضي (2019) للمشاركة في مؤتمرٍ علمي، وقضيت بضعة أيام في مقاطعة ووهان قبل أقل من شهرٍ تقريبًا من اندلاع أزمة كورونا. حملت معي (كعادتي في كل رحلة خارج الوطن) دفتر يومياتي لأدون ملاحظاتي عن بلدٍ أزوره لأول مرة، مدفوعًا بشغف المقارنة بين بلدين يجمعهما دفء الاقتصاد وتُفرقهما برودة السياسة؛ الأولى هي الصين بكل ما لها من ثقل تجاري وتاريخٍ قمعي، والثانية هي اليابان (التي زرتها منذ بضعة سنوات لإلقاء محاضرة عامة) بكل ما بها من ارتقاءٍ (...) حضاري وتسامحٍ سياسي وديني! وبعد رحلة سفر طويلة ومُرهقة استقر بي المقام في إحدى غُرف فندق يانيان بوسط مدينة تشانجشا، وكانت أول عبارة دونتها في دفتري ليلة الوصول: «الصين ... الدكتاتورية الأنيقة». في سنة 2015، ذهب قرابة عشرين شخصًا من سُكان بلدة «ياهابا» (وهي بلدة صغيرة تابعة لولاية «إيواتي» شمال شرق اليابان) إلى مبنى البلدية الخاص بهم للمشاركة في تجربة فريدة من نوعها. كان هدف التجربة هو تصميم سياسات من شأنها تشكيل مستقبل بلدتهم، ما يعني طرح الأسئلة المُخصصة للسياسيين ومحاولة الإجابة عنها: هل من الأفضل أن نستثمر في البنية التحتية أم في رعاية الأطفال؟ وهل يجب أن نُشجع الطاقة المُتجددة أم الزراعة الاصطناعية؟ وهل نعمل وفق خُطط قصيرة الأجل تُحقق مصالح الجيل (...) الحالي، أم وفق خُطط بعيدة الأجل تنظر بعين الاهتمام لحاجات الأجيال التالية؟ وللإجابة عن هذه التساؤلات وفق رؤية مستقبلية تم تقسيم المشاركين إلى مجموعتين؛ الأولى ظل أعضاؤها بملابسهم وهيئاتهم المعتادة كممثلين للجيل الحالي، والثانية ارتدى أعضاؤها معاطف احتفالية رمزية صفراء وطُلب منهم أن يتخيلوا أنهم يعيشون في سنة 2060، أي أنهم يُمثلون مصالح جيل من أجيال المستقبل خلال التجربة. لم نعد بحاجة إلى فانوس سحري نمسح عليه بأصابعنا لكي يخرج منه المارد القادر على خدمتنا وتلبية بعض أهم مطالبنا الحياتية، ولم نعد بحاجة إلى تعويذات نلج بها في عالم السحر والخيال؛ لقد خرج المارد بالفعل من قمقمه الحاسوبي؛ من جوف مختبرات البرمجة والذكاء الاصطناعي، بتعويذات (أكواد) رياضية رمزية سرعان ما تمكن من التهامها وهضمها، ليبيت قادرًا على إنتاج تعويذات أخرى مماثلة، وربما أفضل منها! خرج «المُحول التوليدي المدرب مُسبقًا»، المعروف اختصارًا باسم «جي بي تي»، ملوحًا بإمكانات بحثية وخدمية وإنتاجية (...) هائلة، ومهددًا بتصفية قطاعات بأسرها من المهن والوظائف، وبتجريف مهارات البحث العلمي لدى طلاب المدارس والجامعات! «جمباز العقل»، هكذا وصف الفيلسوف الأمريكي «رالف والدو إمرسون» نشاط المشي، بينما وصفه الكاتب الأمريكي «كريستوفر أورليت» بأنه «جمنازيوم العقل»، في إشارة إلى البُعد التأثيري للمشي كحافزٍ على الإبداع والتفكير. لقد كان «سقراط» يُمارس التفلسف مشيًا في شوارع أثينا؛ وسُمي تلاميذ «أرسطو» في اليونان القديمة بـ «المشائين» لأن مُعلمهم كان من عادته أن يُلقي عليهم دروسه ماشيًا، ولأنهم كانوا يقضون أغلب وقتهم في العصف الذهني مشيًا عبر بساتين أكاديمية أفلاطون؛ كما عُرفت المدرسة الرواقية بهذا الاسم نسبة إلى «الرواق»، وهو ممر (...) طويل مزين بمشاهد المعارك الأسطورية والتاريخية على الجانب الشمالي من «الأجورا» في أثينا، وقد اعتاد الرواقيون المشي فيه أثناء مناقشاتهم الفلسفية. أما في عصر الإمبراطورية الرومانية فقد تم تلخيص الرؤية السامية للمشي بالمثل اللاتيني «إنما يتم حلها بالمشي»! نحن مقيمون على الإنترنت، نرسم معالم دنيانا التي نبتغيها من خلاله، ونُمارس تمثيل شخصياتٍ أبعد ما تكون عنا؛ نحقق زيفًا أحلامًا قد تكون بعيدة المنال، ويُصدق بضعنا البعض فيما نسوقه من أكاذيب ومثاليات؛ ننعم بأقوالٍ بلا أفعال، وقلوبٍ بلا عواطف، وجناتٍ بلا نعيم، وألسنة في ظلمات الأفواه المُغلقة تنطق بحركات الأصابع، وحريةٍ مُحاطة بأسيجة الوهم؛ ومن غير إنترنت سيبدو أكثر الناس قطعًا بحجمهم الطبيعي الذي لا نعرفه، او بالأحرى نعرفه ونتجاهله! لا شك أن ظهور الإنترنت واتساع نطاق استخداماته يُمثل حدثًا (...) فريدًا متناميًا في مسيرة الإنسان الحضارية وتغيير الطريقة التي يعيش بها البشر حياتهم. ومع ذلك، لا ينطوي أي تعريف للإنترنت حتى الآن على إشارة للواقع الافتراضي، رغم تعايشنا معه وفيه بالفعل؛ فنحن نتفاعل ونتبادل المعلومات، ونشتري ونبيع، ونلعب ونضحك ونبكي، ونمارس أدق تفاصيل حياتنا عبر الإنترنت؛ وكل ما كنا نقوم به من قبل بالحركات الجسدية المكانية أوكلنا مهمة القيام به إلى عقولنا! ولعل هذا ما تفعله كلمة «ميتافيرس»، وهي كلمة استخدمها لأول مرة كاتب الخيال العلمي الأمريكي «نيل ستيفنسون» في روايته «تحطم الثلج» (1992)، للدلالة على تفاعل البشر مع بعضهم البعض ومع البرمجيات في فضاء افتراضي ثلاثي الأبعاد مشابه للعالم الفعلي. نعني بالتكنولوجيا العصبية كافة التقنيات المُطَّورة لفهم الدماغ وتصور عملياته، وكذلك التحكم في وظائفه بهدف توجيهها أو إصلاحها أو تحسينها. وعلى الرغم من أن تخطيط كهربية الدماغ يرجع إلى ما يقرب من قرن من الزمان، إلا أن أول اختراق كبير في هذا المجال قد تحقق في العقود الأخيرة مع بدء فحص الدماغ باستخدام التصوير بالرنين المغناطيسي، حيث سمحت هذه التقنية للباحثين، من بين أمور أخرى، بتحديد مناطق الدماغ التي يتم تنشيطها أو تعطيلها أثناء أداء مهام معينة، ومن ثم تطرقت التكنولوجيا (...) العصبية إلى مجالات أخرى عادة ما تمر دون أن يلاحظها أحد، بدءًا من تطوير الأدوية لعلاج الاضطرابات النفسية مثل الاكتئاب أو الأرق أو اضطراب نقص الانتباه، ومرورًا بالتقنيات المُخصصة لإعادة التأهيل العصبي بعد الحوادث الدماغية الوعائية، ووصولاً إلى استعادة السمع باستخدام غرسات القوقعة الصناعية. في الرابع من أكتوبر (2022)، أعلنت الأكاديمية الملكية السويدية للعلوم في ستوكهولم منح جائزة نوبل في الفيزياء لثلاثة فيزيائيين من جنسيات مختلفة؛ هم: الفرنسي «آلان أسبيه»، والأمريكي «جون فرانسيس كلاوزر»، والنمسوي «أنطون تسايلينغر»، تقديرًا لتجاربهم الرائدة في ميدان ميكانيكا الكم، وبصفة خاصة على صعيد ما يُعرف بالفوتونات المتشابكة، ما يُمهد الطريق لتقنيات جديدة في الحوسبة الكمومية والاتصالات فائقة الأمان. لفهم ما يعنيه هذا، ولماذا اكتسب عملهم هذه الأهمية، نحتاج إلى فهم كيف حسمت هذه التجارب نقاشًا طويل الأمد بين علماء الفيزياء. Undoubtedly, the topic of discontinuity has got to an extent where it has captured the attention of a good number of researchers. These researchers devote themselves to reflect on the philosophy of the French thinker. Focusing on discontinuity promises to open a new line of analysis that, perhaps, will allow the revaluation of its scope in relation to its philosophical contributions. For such a task, first, we will approach the notion of history in Foucauldian thought to study the development this (...) notion has with the discontinuity; followed by a study of the archaeological method to unravel whether it is possible to analyze discontinuity through an archaeological view. Would it be possible to look at the topic of discontinuity as a characteristic feature of this French philosopher's thinking? This document aims to answer this question. (shrink)

لا شك أن حقيقة موتنا هي أهم حقيقة عنا، على حد تعبير الفيلسوف الأمريكي «تود جيفورد ماي»؛ قد يكون الموت مأساويًا وتعسفيًا ولا معنى له للوهلة الأولى، لكنه في الوقت ذاته يفتح أمامنا الحياة الكاملة التي لم تكن لتوجد بدونه! فكيف يمكن أن نعيش في مواجهة النفي التام؟ كيف يجب أن نفكر في الموت؟ وهل يجب على الأطباء، الذين يُتهمون أحيانًا بأنهم دجالون يبيعون وهم الخلود، أن ينتبهوا أكثر لفلسفة الموت؟.

تُخبرنا النظرية الحاسوبية للعقل (أو مذهب الحوسبة)، أن عقولنا تُشبه الحواسيب في عملها؛ أي أنها تتلقى مدخلات من العالم الخارجي، ثم تُنتج بالخوارزميات مخرجات في شكل حالات ذهنية أو أفعال. وبعبارة أخرى، تذهب النظرية إلى أن الدماغ لا يعدو أن يكون معالج معلومات؛ حيث يكون العقل بمثابة «برمجيات» (سوفت وير) تعمل على «جهاز» هو الدماغ (هارد وير). وما دام العقل مجرد برمجيات تخضع للحوسبة الفيزيائية بواسطة الأدمغة، أليس من الممكن إذن منطقيًا نقلها إلى أي حاسوب مثلما نقوم بنقل أية برمجيات (...) أخرى؟. يوريكا ... كثيرًا ما تُستخدم هذه الكلمة للإشارة إلى لحظة الكشف العلمي، تلك اللحظة الفارقة التي تُولد فيها فجأة فكرةٌ عبقرية في ذهن العالِم أو الباحث، فتفصل بين ما هو غير موجود وما هو موجود، أو بالأحرى بين ما هو غير معروف للمجتمع العملي وما هو سائد ومستهلك حتى بات غير مُشبع لمعالجة المزيد من الوقائع. فما الذي يدفع إلى مثل هذه اللحظة، وماذا يُمكننا أن نفعل لكي تأتي إلينا ونختبرها بشكلٍ مُتكرر؟!

قد يكون الانقراض البشري مادة كوابيس تُنذر بتدمير الحضارة الحديثة برُمتها، ولئن كانت الثقافة الشعبية تميل إلى التركيز فقط على أكثر الاحتمالات إثارة؛ كتوقع اصطدام كويكب عملاق بالأرض (فيلم الخيال العلمي الأمريكي «أرمجدون»: 1998)، أو توقع غزو فضائي للأرض (فيلم الخيال العلمي الأمريكي «يوم الاستقلال»: 1996)، فإن التركيز على مثل هذه السيناريوهات قد يعني تجاهل أخطر التهديدات التي تُواجهنا في عالم اليوم، والتي يُمكن أن نفعل شيئًا للحد منها بتبيانها كخطرٍ وجودي، وتكثيف التعاون الدولي لصياغة وتنفيذ التدابير المحتملة للحد من (...) آثارها. في كتابه «حين وقع سقراط في الحب: صناعة فيلسوف»، الصادر في مارس من سنة 2019 عن دار «بلومبزبري» البريطانية، يُقدم الكاتب والموسيقي البريطاني «أرماند دانجور» (أستاذ الكلاسيكيات بجامعة إكسفورد) طرحًا مثيرًا وجديرًا بالنظر حول حياة «سقراط» المُبكرة، ومدى تأثير فترة الشباب بما فيها من زخمٍ عاطفي على الرجل الذي نثر بذور الحكمة في أثينا، ودافع عنها حتى حوكم وأعدم إيمانًا بها! الكتاب لا ينبش فقط في أحداث تلك الفترة المُبكرة المُهملة من تاريخ الفلسفة السقراطية، بل يسعى بقوة إلى رسم ملامح (...) الدور المُستبعد – ربما عمدًا – للمرأة في صياغة مصفوفة الأفكار الفلسفية الكُبرى عبر تاريخها، متسائلاً: من أين استقى «سقراط» (الشخصية التأسيسية للفلسفة الغربية) الإلهام لأفكاره الأصلية حول الحقيقة والحب والعدالة والشجاعة والمعرفة؟ ولماذا يتغاضى مؤرخو الفلسفة عن فترة شبابه في أثينا إبان القرن الخامس قبل الميلاد، حين كان على علاقة وثيقة بتلك المرأة البارزة، شديدة الجمال والذكاء، المعروفة باسم أسباسيا الملطية؟ أليس من المعقول أن نفترض أن أفكارها حول الحب والتعالي قد ألهمته صياغة العناصر الرئيسة لفكره (كما نقلها «أفلاطون»)؟. El artículo se centra en el escrito Die Bestimmung des Menschen [El destino del hombre] con el fin de poner de manifiesto un conjunto de ideas sobre la política. Dentro de la obra del filósofo, los intérpretes han señalado en contadas ocasiones que de este escrito se desprende una vertiente que conduce a pensamientos acerca de la política. La reflexión sistemática de Johann Gottlieb Fichte sobre el derecho y la política se desarrolla en otras publicaciones o textos de referencia, como (...) por ejemplo, Grundlage des Naturrechts [Fundamento del derecho natural]. En lo que nos ocupa, se intentará hacer visible que Die Bestimmung des Menschen puede leerse en clave política. Por ello, en primer lugar se describirán brevemente el origen de la obra y sus contextos histórico y filosófico, a continuación se expondrán los argumentos que contiene y, por último, se destacarán los respectivos acentos políticos. Security and privacy are the major concerns in the internet of things (IoT) which are uncertain and unpredictable. Trust aware routing is one of the recent and effective strategies which ensure better resilience for IoT nodes from different security threats. Towards such concern, this paper proposes a new strategy called independent onlooker withstanding trust aware routing (IOWTAR) for IoT. IOWTAR introduced a new compound trust metric by combining three individual metrics namely independent trust, onlooker trust, and withstanding trust (a combination (...) of resilient trust and immovability trust). Independent trust and onlooker trust are assessed based on direct and indirect experiences of nodes about their neighbor nodes. Withstanding trust is assessed based on the stability and resilience of nodes towards dynamic topological changes and network failures respectively. Further, this work adapted the Firefly algorithm (FFA) to optimize the weights of individual trusts and establishes a secure path. Simulation experiments carried out over the proposed method had shown its superiority in terms of packet delivery ratio, delay, and throughput. The proposed method has gained an average improvement in the throughput is of 23.71%, 20.18%, 17.27%, and 2.88% from PSO, GSA, WOA, and CBBMOR-TSM-IOT methods respectively. (shrink)

ليس هناك مركز وحيد للكون، أو «حافة» قابلة للتمييز. ولو كان هناك مركز وحافة، فلابد وأن نتوقع رؤية تركيز للمادة في اتجاه واحد (صوب المركز)، وترقيقًا للمادة في الاتجاه الآخر (أي صوب الحافة)؛ فهل يعنى ذلك أن الكون أو «متصل الزمان – مكان» لامتناهٍ في الامتداد؟.

Bolivian writer Victor Hugo Viscarra is a constant figure on whom a good number of readers have focused their attention. Review after review of his work has been appearing in the Bolivian press and, in that sense, readers have taken his writings with a blind acceptance omitting in such a way a position that goes beyond the literary frontier. The existence of any work on Viscarra’s role as a thinker, his views on politics, the customs of society itself or the (...) imaginaries and identities in Bolivian territory is doubtful. This work aims, on the one hand, to take a critical tour of his thought from a philosophical view (particularly inspired by Nietzsche) and, on the other hand, to try to place the figure of Viscarra next to the virtues of genius and as a “critic of society”. What do Víctor Hugo Viscarra’s ideas express? Is it possible to find in your writings a critique of the way of thinking, living and acting of Bolivian society, in particular to today’s society? In short, does Viscarra’s thinking diagnose the malaise of society at that time? Answering these questions is the intention of this work. (shrink)
