Доповнюючи нещодавнє дослідження М.Ґ.Бартоліні, присвячене розробці Сковородою ідей Александрійської школи патристики, стаття аналізує мотиви, позичені ним у Антіохійської школи. Це, зокрема, своєрідна філософія дозвілля та християнський епікуреїзм, що відлунює вчення Йоана Золотоуста про легкість і природність християнського способу життя. “Beilis affair” is one of the most resonate events in Kyiv of the early 20 th century. It was a subject of a huge number of investigations. However, a special analysis of the role that the members of Kyiv Theological Academy community played in this affair has not been made yet. Facts and data available require further reflections and deeper interpretations. For this, both a time span and a thematic content should be expanded. Thus, the author tries to reveal the (...) specifics of the discourse wherein the members of the community were predisposed to interpret both “Beilis affair” and “Jewish question” as a whole. The materials published in “Kyiv Theological Academy Studies” journal throughout all years of its existence in pre-revolutionary Russia constitute the main source of information. In the study, the author tries to widen another researcher’s idea that “Beilis affair” became a unique case of the dialogue between Christians and Jews. The article shows that the foundations for this dialogue had been created in the previous years by many Kyiv Theological Academy community members, such as Andrii Khoinatskyi, Fedir Ornatskyi, Vasyl Pevnytskyi, Afanasii Bulhakov, Dmytro Bohdashevskyi, Olexandr Voronov, Mykola Stelletskyi, Viktor Ivanytskyi, Hryhorii Malevanskyi, Akym Olesnytskyi, and others. This experience as well as perfect knowledge of the European and world context, which the members of Kyiv Theological Academy intellectual community such as Olexandr Hlaholiev and Pavlo Tykhomyrov had, enabled them to make a real impact on the establishment of the dialogue between Christians and Jews in particular in the “Beilis affair”. In this unique dynamics of transformation processes, special attention is given to issues related to the peculiarities of modern consciousness, including religious, which in the conditions of socio-cultural changes acquires new qualitative traits in all forms of expression. The problem of youth religious consciousness, which our research is aimed at, has recently become one of the most urgent ones. The main Polish philosopher Roman Ingarden in his lecture presents a crosssection of Edith Stein writings and demonstrates the shot timeliness of her ideas. Roman Ingarden was a Stein’s friend from the time of her studies in Gottingen; he knew her ideas and conceptions. He wrote that hers was a search for an answer to the main question: «What is the structure of man?» That is why she proposed a phenomenological analysis by «Empathy». Stein’s theses «On the Problem of Empathy» (...) is the central object in this lecture. In that work, Stein first focuses on such phenomena as the human body, soul, spirit, experience, consciousness. While discussing Stein’s concepts, Ingarden presents also evolution of her ideas from realistic phenomenology to mystical theology of Saint John of the Cross’ and Saint Theresa of Avila’s. Roman Ingarden did not enter as firmly as Stein into the mystical range, but he opened a path into the transcendence by creating an idea of metaphysical qualities. In her dissertation, Stein first focuses on the phenomenon of the human body and soul. Ingarden considers pairs of phenomenological notions «Leib- Körper», «Seele-Geist». Their relationships form an ontology of a Person. The anthropological questions, which Edith Stein raised in her academic research, bring about a constitutive element of man – Geist. The conceptual possibilities of the problem of narrativization of the social memory are discovered. The author considers social memory as mechanism of choice, coding, transmission and conservation of the information. In the article main characteristics and the main features of narrative as a form of being of social memory are determined. The examination of the narrativization of the social memory and opportunity to show the main changes into the forming of the new the social reality are the main aim of (...) the article. The author considers that the problem of narrativization of the social memory is very difficult and ambiguous. The narratives of the social memory may be fragmentary and biased. We should understand that it is very important to us to know their capable of living. We think the main condition for the narrative’s living as a form of the social memory is existing horizont of the culture. A set of narratives determining social memory is constructed as a result of social interactions, it is sustained by existing horizon of meaning. Analyzis of the narrative as an effective mnemonic means revealed its essential characteristics. In the article narrative is not simply as way of self-identification, it can be of the way of achievement the social purposes. Narrative as the form of being of social memory gives certain sense to the human actions and practices of identification. The narrative form allows to the social objects to be in memory and to have a certain value and meaning in culture. The article gives the narratives characteristic for different social formations, which made it possible to define social entity. The process of narrativization of social memory can have the dangerous signs, because memory, which refers to the past, turns into narrative, which refers to itself. The problem of narrativization of the social memory is so essential, because the modern society raises new tasks to the social-philosophical comprehension. (shrink)

Today's realities require medical institutions to take more careful account of intangible factors that make up an irreplaceable component of cultural characteristics. Changes in the socio-economic conditions of economic activity have led to increased attention of the management of medical institutions to the need to form a corporate style that will provide additional competitive advantages. The purpose of the study is to identify the functions and elements of the corporate style of a medical institution and its subdivisions, to find out (...) its impact on the collective consciousness and behavior of consumers of medical services and to establish requirements for its development. The methodological basis of the study is modern research on the formation of corporate style and its impact on the reputation and successful development of organizations. The main hypothesis of the study is the assumption that corporate style influences the level of recognition and authority of a medical institution. Summary of the main research material. It is proved that an authentic, working corporate style for a modern medical institution is a necessary element of its organizational culture. It is determined that the corporate style contributes to creating a positive image of a medical institution in the eyes of consumers; allows distinguishing a medical institution from other medical institutions with a similar range of services; strengthens the organizational spirit of medical staff; increases the effectiveness of advertising; and creates a favorable image of a medical institution. The originality and practical significance of the study lies in the fact that a comparative analysis of the elements of corporate style of city clinical hospitals in Dnipro, which are clearly implemented on the official pages on the Internet, was carried out. Conclusions and prospects for further research. The conducted research has made it possible to state that the considered medical institutions of the city of Dnipro do not pay the necessary attention to the formation of their own corporate style. Sporadic initiatives and events create the appearance of the existence of a corporate style of a medical institution, but do not ensure the existence of such a corporate style that would work to increase the recognition and authority of a medical institution. У статті визначено поняття криптовалюти. Проаналізовано відповідність криптовалюти статусу грошей. Висвітлено основні етапи розвитку криптовалюти. Розглянуто переваги та недоліки використання криптовалюти біткоїн. Досліджено правовий статус криптовалюти в країнах світу. Охарактеризовано стан використання найбільш відомої криптовалюти Bitcoin в Україні.

As a result of decomposition of a system consisting of two elements as a typical management pair “subject - object” or “manager – subordinate”, and interpretation of each of its components as an element that is characterized by a certain coefficient of transformation, it has been proposed to discover such systems as “subject - object”, “object - subject”, and “object - object” with the purpose of identifying one of the above mentioned modes that will be the most efficient in achieving (...) the planned results of common functioning. An analysis of contemporary publications helped to find examples off practical use of all of the variations of interaction between a manager and a subordinate that were planned for comparative research. The research of the process of interaction between a manager and a subordinate with the use of analytical description of a classic cybernetic system of two elements that are bound by feedback, discovered that the most effective pair is the “subject - subject” pair as the only mode of cooperation of the two elements on the basis of synarchy and sintelecsy receiving of synergetic result. The Soviet ideology treated natural science as one of its cornerstones and provided the state support for philosophical studies of science. Their main aims were to prove its intellectual superiority and to demonstrate its scientific character. Do these studies have some positive results and resources for surviving in post-Soviet times? The discrete–structural structure of the world is described. In comparison with the idea of Heraclitus about an indissoluble world, preference is given to the discrete world of Democritus. It is noted that if the discrete atoms of Democritus were simple and indivisible, the atoms of the modern world indicated in the article would possess, rather, a structural structure. The article proves the problem of how the mutual connection of mathematics and philosophy influences cognition, which creates a discrete–structural worldview. Спів постійно супроводжував студентів Києво-Могилянської академії у їхньому житті, що підтверджують академічні інструкції, різномантні документи, іконографія, свідчення очевидців тощо. Усі вихованці були зобов’язані відвідувати храми на території Братського монастиря, а найздібніші ставали тут співаками. Вони співали у головних «братських» храмах — Богоявленському соборі та Благовіщенській (Конґреґаційній) церкві, а також у різних церквах Подолу, у київській митрополичій капелі, у Придворній співочій капелі Санкт-Петербурґа тощо. Академічні співаки брали участь у богослужіннях, на похоронах, під час церковних та світських урочистостей, під час випрошування милостині (...) (саме тому бурсу деякий час називали «співочою»). Окрім цього, спів та гра на музичних інструментах були частиною навчання, зокрема є припущення, що вірші на уроках поетики виконували за допомоги співу та гри на музичних інструментах. Музичні номери були частиною шкільних вистав, а хор та оркестр обов’язково супроводжували урочисті богословські та філософські диспути. Поза тим, гра на музичних інструментах належала до рекомендованих розваг і її всіляко вітали поза навчанням, хоч спеціальні музичні дисципліни почали викладати в Академії лише на початку XIX ст. До наших днів збереглася тільки частина нотної спадщини, пов’язаної з Академією та Братським монастирем, — паралітургійні та учнівські пісні, партесні концерти, Ірмологіони. Безумовно, найбільшим серед тих композиторів, хто представляє Академію, слід вважати Артемія Веделя. На відміну від решти видатних композиторів українського походження XVIII ст. — Дмитра Бортнянського та Максима Березовського, Ведель не лише навчався тут, а й писав твори для студентського хору. We consider the appearance of Antytrynitary religious association of Evangelical Christians in the Spirit of the Apostles, dynamics and key factors for its development. Relevance of the study process of becoming Pentecostal movement in Ukraine as a religious Antytrynitary phenomenon caused features of his development. Antytrynitary men are followers of the Christian religious doctrines who are deny or not recognize, for whatever reasons, the dogma of the Holy Trinity of three single incarnation of God. Formation and development of domestic Antytrynitary (...) held under the influence of the Western Reformation and local rationalistic movements associated with social and spiritual processes in Ukraine XIV – XX centuries. The specificity of the formation religious organization the Evangelical Christians in the Spirit of the Apostles, his cult and structural features due to a combination of Western and Eastern religious cultury elements in the reformation sociai-cultural context. Among the basic features of this movement is glossary, cross only in the name of Jesus the people who have been baptized in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit in another church, the denial of the dogma of the Holy Trinity, preaching the Antytrynitary doctrine. Basis of doctrine Church of Evangelical Christians in the Spirit of the Apostles based on the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the teachings of the Holy Apostles, that fully reveals the complete and infallible understanding of God and His nature. Current status the Church of Evangelical Christians in the Spirit of the Apostles in Ukraine demonstrates not just an example motivated evangelical ideals and self dogmatic concepts of inscribing into the new realities of social, political, cultural and interfaith life, but also the obvious interest in their deployment and consolidation as a determining factor of its future evolution. Until today, the Church seeks to expand its outside the cult priorities. In public life they are evangelism, philanthropy, education; in politics - the desire for freedom of conscience and cooperation with governmental and non-governmental institutions; in cultural – to promote the spiritual health of society, the development of national culture; in religious – active church life. Problem setting. The contemporary understanding of law implies addressing theoretical opportunities of phenomenology and, in particular, allows finding and describing structural elements of the phenomenological law model. Recent research and publications analysis. The method of modelling is widely used in modern social epistemology. Being influenced by post-empirism new approaches emerged in social epistemology. The leading role in them is given not to empirical evidence and logical-deductive procedures, but to the models of theoretical explanations, which are used by this or that (...) research strategy. Paper objective is to single out and describe the elements of the phenomenological law model from the viewpoint of its structure, formed by social experience and legal values. Paper main body. The article discusses the structural elements of the phenomenological model, its methodological significance was shown ass the focus of the legal life description, specifying the content of meaningful dimensions and dimensions-phenomena. The essence of the modelling procedure was identified, its connection with other phenomenological procedures was confirmed. Suggested phenomenological model measurements include: social experience, giving the context for implementing all other elements of the legal structure; legal values, determining the aim and the content of legal practices; legal entities, characterized by their abilities to act and be recognized in the legal domain; legal entity reasons, actualizing their abilities and bringing meaning to legal facts. Social experience and legal values were studied as measurements-phenomena and as structural elements of the phenomenological model. The basic structural element and the overall meaningful framework of the phenomenological model determine social experience. The content-genetic unity of the social experience with the concepts of experience, life world and activity was analyzed. It was confirmed that the social experience is always the experience of activity, taken from the entity expression. The social experience in the legal context appears as the total of collective actions to recognize legal values, expressed in the social facts and activity schemes. Therefore, legal values were determined as essential meaningful grounds and principles of law, determining the practical value of the claims of the legal entity and ensuring its involvement in the social – cultural, processes of the specific society. The content-genetic connection between the legal values and legal regulations was specified, whereas the difference between them was also shown. Conclusions of the research. The phenomenological model is designed to assist the integrity of law from inside and strengthen the effect of the description and interpretation of legal life specific manifestations. The consequence of the relative analysis of legal values and regulations was the development of the mechanism of their connection with the social experience and general human values. (shrink)
