What are the reasons for theory change in science? –To give a sober answer a comprehensible model is proposed based on the works of V.P. Bransky, P. Feyerabend , T.S. Kuhn, I. Lakatos, K.R.Popper, V.S. Scwvyrev, Ya. Smorodinsky, V.S. Stepin, and others. According to model the origins of scientific revolutions lie not in a clash of fundamental theories with facts, but of “old” basic research traditions with each other, leading to contradictions that can only be eliminated in a more general (...) theory. The model is illustrated with reference to physics in the early 20th century, the three “old” research programmes in this case being Maxwellian electrodynamics, statistical mechanics and thermodynamics. In this paper we focus on what is referred to as the ‘mineness’ of experience, that is, the intimate familiarity we have with our own thoughts, perceptions, and emotions. Most accounts characterize mineness in terms of an experiential dimension, the first-person givenness of experience, that is subsumed under the notion of minimal self-consciousness or a ‘minimal self’. We argue that this account faces problems and develop an alternative account of mineness in terms of the coherence of experiences with what we (...) label an ‘embodied biography’. Building on a near consensus among consciousness researchers over the function of consciousness as integrating infor- mation, we argue that the phenomenology of mineness consists in the absence of any further thought on top of the experience itself. Finally we argue that this non-phenomenological account of mineness fits well with existing data on pathologies of mineness such as delusions of thought insertion. (shrink)

Coronavirus disease (Covid-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Spreading rate of mutated corona virus (delta variant) during second wave was very fast. Most of the people infected with the COVID-19 virus experienced mild to moderate to severe respiratory illness. Although patients in the second wave were younger but the duration of hospitalization and case fatality rate were lower than those in the first wave. During first wave of Covid-19 it was observed that persons above 55 years (...) of age and those with underlying medical problems like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease and cancer were more susceptible to develop serious illness but in second it was observed that person between 30 to 55 years along with old age and younger people suffering from hypertension, diabetes and respiratory diseases were more susceptible to this covid-19 virus. The most frequent signs and symptoms in both waves were fever, dyspnea, pneumonia, and cough, and the most relevant comorbidities were cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes mellitus, and chronic neurological diseases. Every country has lost its human resources due to covid-19 virus which not only disturb the social life but economic conditions are also very badly affected. Now we use the resources so rapidly that may create economic imbalance in future. The psychological effect is an essential component of disaster management of infectious pandemics. (shrink)

With the rising global prevalence of cardiovascular diseases and the growing need for accessible healthcare solutions, there is a critical demand for systems that can provide both continuous monitoring and early diagnosis. This project presents a Smart Health Monitoring System with Real-Time Vital Tracking and Predictive Diagnostics, a comprehensive and intelligent health management platform that combines Internet of Things (IoT) technology with machine learning- based predictive analytics. The system integrates a heartbeat sensor and DS18B20 temperature sensor connected to an ESP32 (...) microcontroller, which continuously captures vital physiological parameters. This data is transmitted wirelessly to a Flask-powered web server, where it is logged, visualized in real time through an interactive dashboard, and stored for further analysis. Abstract In this chapter, we challenge the presupposed concept of innovation in the responsible innovation literature. As a first step, we raise several questions with regard to the possibility of ‘responsible’ innovation and point at several difficulties which undermine the supposedly responsible character of innovation processes, based on an analysis of the input, throughput and output of innovation processes. It becomes clear that the practical applicability of the concept of responsible innovation is highly problematic and that a more thorough inquiry (...) of the concept is required. As a second step, we analyze the concept of innovation which is self-evidently presupposed in current literature on responsible innovation. It becomes clear that innovation is self-evidently seen as (1) technological innovation, (2) is primarily perceived from an economic perspective, (3) is inherently good and (4) presupposes a symmetry between moral agents and moral addressees. By challenging this narrow and uncritical concept of innovation, we contribute to a second round of theorizing about the concept and provide a research agenda for future research in order to enhance a less naïve concept of responsible innovation. In this paper we focus our attention on tableau methods for propositional interval temporal logics. These logics provide a natural framework for representing and reasoning about temporal properties in several areas of computer science. However, while various tableau methods have been developed for linear and branching time point-based temporal logics, not much work has been done on tableau methods for interval-based ones. We develop a general tableau method for Venema's \cdt\ logic interpreted over partial orders (\nsbcdt\ for short). It combines (...) features of the classical tableau method for first-order logic with those of explicit tableau methods for modal logics with constraint label management, and it can be easily tailored to most propositional interval temporal logics proposed in the literature. But in agriculture, it is important that the suggestions given are accurate and precise because a single mistake can lead to a (...) lot of material and capital loss. This application will help farmers boost agricultural productivity. A crop requires sufficient soil and atmospheric conditions for the crop to yield well. So, if we provide the values that define soil and atmospheric conditions to this application it informs us about the crop that can be cultivated for the specified conditions. This online application will assist the farmers by determining the kind of disease the crop is undergoing with the help of the machine learning algorithm and even recommending to the farmers the kind of medicine that needs to be utilized to rectify the situation in both text and image of the medicine and pesticides that need to be applied. Every year, approximately 800,000 people lose their lives to suicide, underscoring the urgent need to identify individuals at risk. With the widespread use of social media, many individuals openly share their thoughts, including expressions of suicidal ideation, providing an opportunity for timely intervention. This study introduces an advanced system for detecting suicidal content on social media platforms using a combination of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, and Machine Learning techniques. The system leverages keyword-based detection, sentiment analysis, and contextual NLP (...) methods to identify posts indicative of suicidal ideation. A hybrid approach is adopted, integrating Logistic regression,Random Forest, Support Vector Machine, Naive Bayes and Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) to enhance text classification performance and improve detection accuracy. The model is trained on a carefully curated dataset of labeled posts and evaluated using metrics such as precision, recall, and F1-score, demonstrating significant improvements in the accurate detection of concerning content. This automated system is designed for deployment by social media platforms to flag potentially harmful posts, allowing mental health professionals to review and provide timely support. By enhancing early identification and intervention efforts, this system offers a valuable tool for reducing suicide risks and potentially saving lives. In cases where suicidal content is identified, the system prompts the user with a supportive questionnaire, text box, or chatbot interface to offer immediate assistance or guidance. This project contributes to mental health awareness by providing an automated, accurate, and accessible tool for early detection of suicidal ideation, facilitating timely intervention and support. Agricultural productivity is significantly impacted by wildlife intrusion and unfavourable environmental conditions, necessitating the integration of modern technology to enhance crop protection and growth monitoring. This project presents an intelligent IoT and sensor-based automation system designed to safeguard crops while ensuring optimal growth conditions. The system incorporates multiple sensors to monitor environmental parameters and detect potential threats in real time. A soil moisture sensor continuously assesses soil moisture levels, and when low moisture is detected, it automatically activates a water motor (...) to initiate irrigation, preventing water stress in crops. Additionally, a DHT sensor monitors temperature and humidity, providing farmers with real-time data updates through a mobile IoT platform, enabling proactive decision-making for maintaining ideal growing conditions. To mitigate the risks posed by wildlife intrusion, a Passive Infrared (PIR) sensor is deployed to detect motion in the field. Upon detecting movement, the system triggers an alarm buzzer to deter animals and simultaneously updates the IoT platform, alerting farmers about potential threats. Furthermore, the security aspect is enhanced using image processing techniques based on MATLAB and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN). The system captures and processes images of intruding wildlife, accurately identifying animal species and automatically triggering an alert system for immediate intervention. By integrating IoT with machine learning-based image recognition, the system offers a dual-layered security mechanism, ensuring a proactive response to wildlife threats. (shrink)

The Real-Time Cyber Threat Detection and Response System is an intelligent security framework designed to proactively identify, analyze, and respond to cyber threats in real time. With the growing sophistication of cyberattacks targeting critical infrastructure, traditional static defense mechanisms are no longer sufficient. This system addresses that gap by leveraging machine learning algorithms and dimensionality reduction techniques such as Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to enable accurate and efficient threat detection. The system captures input data, such as network traffic or log (...) features, and processes it through a trained machine learning model to classify instances as normal or malicious. A pre-trained model, stored using Python's pickle module, evaluates the processed input, while PCA ensures that irrelevant or redundant features are minimized to boost performance and reduce computation time. Fuel efficiency is a critical metric in automotive engineering, directly influencing environmental impact and consumer cost. Traditional methods for predicting fuel efficiency rely on empirical models or rule-based systems, which often fail to generalize well across diverse vehicle types and conditions. In this paper, we propose a deep learning-based approach using Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) to predict vehicle fuel efficiency with high accuracy. By training the model on a comprehensive dataset containing vehicle attributes such as engine size, weight, horsepower, and (...) acceleration, the ANN learns complex non-linear relationships. The experimental results demonstrate that our model outperforms traditional regression-based methods in terms of predictive accuracy, suggesting its viability for real-world deployment. (shrink)

Assim, o que se busca é entender como todo processo de Inseminação Artificial deve ser conduzido, na expectativa de que o mesmo seja concluído com sucesso com o mínimo de erros e perdas possíveis. In this way, the intention is to draw a timeline detailing procedures and the appropriate and most indicated ways of each one. Thus, what is sought is to understand how the entire Artificial Insemination process should be conducted, in the expectation that it will be successfully completed with the least possible errors and losses. All this, in the hope of making Artificial Insemination better monitored and disseminated in veterinary circles, indicating in some situations that it may be a more adequate form of reproduction, depending on the breeder's needs. Thus, for the process to be successful, the knowledge of professionals who will work in the area is essential, so that there are no losses or unnecessary errors. This study used the online game Kahoot to address the spelling problems of the 40 Grade 10 students in one of the public high schools in Ozamiz City enrolled during the school year 2023-2024. A pretest with 50 spelling words was administered to the class. Using a one-group, quasi-experimental pretest-posttest approach, this study assessed the impact of the Kahoot intervention on students' spelling proficiency. After the pretest, the teacher implemented nine sessions using Kahoot as the main instrument to teach spelling. (...) This was followed by a post-test with the exact 50 spelling words. In the pretest, none of the students reached a passing score of 38. After implementing the intervention, over half of the class scored 31 to 50. The study found that the online game Kahoot effectively enhanced the spelling skills of Grade 10 students, with respondents expressing positive perceptions of its ease, improvement, ability, motivation, and concentration. Kahoot provided an enjoyable learning approach, making it a helpful tool. The students also strongly agreed that using the game was easy, improved spelling, enhanced spelling ability, motivated them to spell, and increased concentration in spelling. This study recommended that other schools implement spelling activities using an online game. (shrink)

In practical terms: variations of the activities aimed at the positive development of historical and cultural tourist destinations have been proposed; the description of measures aimed at the creation of a historical and cultural complex on the example of the designed historical and cultural complex “Stara Samar” has been given. The results of the study are applicable for a wide range of historical and cultural tourist attractions: territories, landscapes and elements of landscapes, historical settlements, parks, film studios, historical and cultural heritage sites, history and culture monuments, burial sites, places of worship, sites of social cultural infrastructure. The author’s recommendations provide obtaining commercial results and ensuring a social and cultural effect for businessmen, managers, local communities in the management of existing or in the creation of new historical and cultural tourist destinations. The purpose of the article is to reveal the scientific approach that substantiates the impact of the creation of strategic alliances (SA) on the digital transformation of business and the development of their innovative power based on identified success factors. The aim was achieved using the following methods: abstract logic and typification (for classification of SA's success factors), generalization (to determine the peculiarities of SA's influence on their innovation development), analytical and ranking method (to determine the relationship between the dynamics (...) creating of SA and the degree of acceleration of digital transformation), expert evaluation (to determine the degree of influence of SA success factors by business areas). Implementing a business-integrated approach to understanding digital transformation will accelerate implementation of innovation and organizational change, identifies future prospects for market, customer and business relationships, highlighting the importance of researching the factors that ensure their success. An alternative vision of SA’s success factors is suggested, which are determined by the possibilities the organization of partnerships and organizational culture, integration of business sectors, compatibility of management goals, external relevance, obtaining synergies. Innovation is considered by the authors as an integration factor that reconciles all groups of SA success factors, giving them the necessary focus to solve business problems. The results of the study show that the creation of SA has a significant impact on accelerating and changes priority of digital transformation of business areas involved in strategic partnerships, and the impact of SA on the development of their innovation power is crucial. The hotel sector of the travel industry is the leader according to the indicator of economic growth, which is observed in both developed and developing countries. Even under the economic instability and global natural disasters, the industry has seen growth in recent years. The franchising model for expanding activities is central to all successful hotel chains. The article deals with the franchising model for the travel business expansion and the economic performance of hotel chains such as Marriott International, Wyndham Hotels, (...) and Hilton. They hold a prominent place in the global hotel business, have a steady tendency to expand their business, hold high positions in the ranking of the best franchises in the world and have been recognized by experts. The main risks for the franchisor and franchisee are determined when making a decision on the expansion of the international travel business, which must be taken into account when developing new markets for hotel chains. The main advantages of the franchising model of expansion, which promote understanding between the parties of the franchise agreement, dynamicize hotel chains expansion and allow for reducing their expenses and increasing incomes. It was found that the growth of net profit and total income in the indicated hotel chains was due to the increase in the number of rooms in franchising and the positive dynamics of franchise income. A more dynamic pace occurred after the crisis growth in revenues from the franchisee compared with the managerial model. A closer relationship between revenues and key financial indicators has been proved when using a franchising model. (shrink)

The main objective of this work is to measure water quality using machine learning algorithms. A Water Quality Index (WQI) is a numeric expression used to evaluate the quality of a given water body. In this paper the following water quality parameters were used to evaluate the overall water quality in terms of the WQI. These parameters were as temp, dissolved oxygen (DO) (% sat), pH, conductivity, Biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), nitrates (NO3), faecal and total coli forms (TC). These parameters (...) are used as feature vector to represent the water quality. In paper five kinds of classification algorithms, namely Navie Bayes(NB), Decision Tree(DT), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Support Vector Machine(SVM), and Random Forest(RF) were employed to predict the water quality class. Experiments were conducted using the real dataset containing the details from various places in Tamil Nadu as well as the synthetic dataset generated on the basis of parameters randomly. Based on the performance of five kinds of classifier, it was found out that the Random Forest classifier achieves some improved result compared to other classifiers. From the analysis it shows that machine learning techniques have the good ability to predict the water quality index . (shrink)

Using multi-level analyses for a 48-society sample, we test the utility of both the societal-level and individual-level dimensions of collectivism and individualism values for predicting ethical behaviors of business professionals. Our values-based behavioral analysis indicates that values at the individual-level make a more significant contribution to (...) explaining variance in ethical behaviors than do values at the societal-level. Implicitly, our findings question the soundness of using societal-level values measures. Implications for international business research are discussed. (shrink)

Host-microbiome interactions (HMIs) are critical for the modulation of biological processes and are associated with several diseases, and extensive HMI studies have generated large amounts of data. We propose that the logical representation of the knowledge derived from these data and the standardized representation of experimental variables and processes can foster integration of data and reproducibility of experiments and thereby further HMI knowledge discovery. A community-based Ontology of Host-Microbiome Interactions (OHMI) was developed following the OBO Foundry principles. Graduates' employability indicates the excellent education and relevant preparation they obtained from their respective degrees. Tracer studies have enabled higher education institutions to profile their graduates while also reflecting on the quality of education they provide. With the foregoing, a tracer study determined the demographic and academic profile of teacher education graduates from 2017 to 2020 in a state university in the West Philippines. It also ascertained the advanced studies they attended after college, their employment data, the relevance of college (...) preparation with their current employment, difficulties they encountered while securing employment and in their present job, and recommendations to strengthen the teacher education program. The study utilized a descriptive survey research design with 80 non-random samples chosen based on availability. The survey was based on the Philippine Commission on Higher Education with modifications elucidated from previous studies. Results showed that graduates took the teacher education program with a strong passion for the teaching profession. More graduates received honors and awards, passed the licensure examinations for teachers, attended advanced studies for professional development, and are employable. Besides, the graduates’ college preparation is relevant to their current employment. Further, difficulties and problems encountered and recommendations to strengthen the teacher education program were noted. These findings may serve as a baseline for curriculum review and give suggestions for future tracer studies. (shrink)

Resumo: O estudo teve por objetivo avaliar a produtividade e indicadores econômicos de cordeiros da raça Santa Inês ou mestiços Dorper x Santa Inês terminados em confinamento com dieta à base de palma forrageira. Foram utilizados 16 cordeiros não castrados, sendo oito da raça Santa Inês e oito mestiços Dorper x Santa Inês (87,5% Dorper + 12,5% Santa Inês). A idade média no início da pesquisa foi de 150 dias ± 7,28 e o peso vivo médio foi de 24,28 kg (...) ± 3,45 no início do experimento. Foi utilizada ração única formulada para ganho de peso médio esperado de 200 g/dia. A palma forrageira utilizada foi Orelha de Elefante Mexicana (Opuntia stricta HAW) IV e o feno de capim-buffel (Cenchrus ciliares). O período experimental foi de 58 dias, sendo precedido de nove dias para adaptação dos animais às instalações e à ração, totalizando 67 dias. Os dados das variáveis estudadas foram submetidos à análise de variância, em delineamento inteiramente casualizado com 8 repetições por tratamento, utilizando-se o teste F para comparação dos quadrados médios dos fatores testados. Os cordeiros consumiram quantidades semelhantes de matéria natural e de matéria seca, porém os cordeiros mestiços da raça Dorper registraram maior consumo de água, ganho de peso total e ganho de peso médio diário. Não houve efeito do grupo genético sobre a conversão alimentar e o escore de condição corporal. A margem de lucro bruto foi maior em 59,65% para os cordeiros mestiços em relação aos da raça Santa Inês. Os cordeiros mestiços apresentaram maior produtividade e melhor resultado econômico. A palma forrageira pode ser incluída em alta proporção na composição de dieta destinada à terminação de cordeiros. Palavras-chave: cactácea; cordeiro confinado; desempenho; margem de lucro bruto. Abstract: This study evaluated the productivity and economic indicators of Santa Inês and Dorper ×Santa Inês crossbred lambs finished in confinement on a forage cactus-based diet. Sixteen uncastrated lambs were used: eight purebred Santa Inês and eight Dorper × Santa Inês crossbreds (87.5% Dorper + 12.5% Santa Inês). At the onset of the experiment, lambs averaged 150 ± 7.28 days old and weighed 24.28 ± 3.45 kg. A single ration was formulated for an expected average weight gain of 200 g/day. The forage cactus used was Mexican Elephant Ear (Opuntia stricta HAW), and the hay was buffel grass (Cenchrus ciliaris). The experimental period lasted 58 days, following a 9-day adaptation period, totaling 67 days. Data were subjected to analysis of variance in a completely randomized design with eight replicates per treatment, using the F-test to compare mean squares. Lambs consumed similar amounts of fresh and dry matter, but Dorper crossbred lambs had higher water consumption, total weight gain, and average daily weight gain. The genetic group had no effect on feed conversion and body condition score. The gross profit was 59.65% higher for the crossbred lambs compared to the Santa Inês breed. Crossbred lambs showed higher productivity and better economic results. Forage cactus can be included in high proportions in diets for finishing lambs. Job motivation remains an area of concern among researchers due to the rising issues of poor or lack of motivation among workers. This refers to one’s personal will or drives to perform a task at work. Meanwhile, job satisfaction refers to an employee’s sense of fulfillment with his or her work experience. Therefore, the current study utilized the descriptive- correlational research design to investigate the impact of job motivation on the job satisfaction of accountants. To gather essential data and achieve (...) the objectives of the study, Multidimensional Work Motivational Scale (MWMS) and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) were administered to the target respondents. The collected data were then analyzed using a Multiple Regression Analysis; findings revealed that job motivation has a significant impact on the job satisfaction of accountants. Additionally, the results of this study were carefully evaluated and discussed, and recommendations were made to benefit the stakeholders of the study and contribute to the existing body of knowledge. The potential for enormous carbon emissions after fires makes peatlands a serious environmental hazard. Effective management is hampered by the labour intensive and real-time data-poor nature of conventional ground water level (GWL) monitoring in peatlands. issue study addressed issue by proposing an IoT system for real-time monitoring that uses neural network-based GWL prediction. The neural network forecasts GWL based on meteorological factors, giving the responsible party more time to take the necessary steps to lower the danger of fire in peatlands. (...) With a Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) ranging from 3.554 to 4.920, the suggested neural network shows encouraging results and guarantees 99% accuracy within a 14.760 mm range of the real GWL. This research highlights the innovative method of combining neural networks and the Internet of Things for peatland GWL prediction, providing a major breakthrough in real-time monitoring and fire risk reduction techniques. The innovation is its capacity to use basic meteorological information to anticipate GWL in real-time, even in places without the resources for traditional monitoring. (shrink)

This study focused on modelling total solar radiation in Bayelsa State using the Kernel regression analysis. The objective of the study is to obtain an appropriate Kernel regression model for estimating total solar radiation in Bayelsa State and to determine whether time has a significant impact of total solar radiation. The source of data used for this study was the secondary data obtained from National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). The data comprises of solar radiation values measured over a period (...) of eleven years (2007-2017). The findings of the study found R-square value of 0.983 (98.3%), and bandwidth of 0.1970. The result of the Rsquare value indicates a strong adequacy of the model which implies that the model is useful for estimating total solar radiation. Also, this result implies that time (Month) was able to explain about 98.3% of total variation in total solar radiation. In addition, findings showed that time does not significantly impact on total solar radiation since the model obtained a p-value of 1.00 which falls on the acceptance region of the hypothesis assuming 95% confidence level. In the paper, the current state and trends of the use of AR technologies in the transport industry and in future specialists' vocational training processes have been reviewed and analyzed. The essence and content of the AR technologies relevant to the transport industry have been clarified. The main directions of the AR introduction for the various spheres of the transport industry including design and tuning, mechanical and automotive engineering, marketing and advertising, maintenance and operation, diagnostics and repair of cars have (...) been determined. The AR mobile apps market and the features of the mobile apps with AR have been outlined. The pedagogical terms of effective organizing the students' cognitive activity for transport industry via AR technologies have been determined and researched, namely: to provide each student with the position of an active actor of study and cognitive activity, to switch the study information in a mode of the project activity, the educational content professionalization and to teach students to use the modern ICT purposefully, to manage students' cognitive process by means of ICT. The methodology of using mobile apps with AR in students' vocational preparation process for the transport industry has been presented. Socioeconomic status refers to the family's social and economic standing in society. It is measured by combining an individual or group's economic and social position, which is often based on income, education, and occupation. It significantly affects academic performance and even one's health status. The pandemic changed the educational system, causing a huge transition from traditional learning methods to online learning. This shift resulted in confusion, burden, and difficulty among students from different walks of life. This study was conducted to (...) determine the academic stress on online learning among nursing students in relation to their economic status and their ability to access technology. The study utilized a quantitative-correlational method aided by a standard questionnaire. Two hundred thirty-six University of Bohol nursing students enrolled in the second semester of SY 2021–2022 were included in the study by random selection. Data revealed a significant correlation between economic status and the level of stress related to academic expectations and a significant correlation between economic status and access to technology after being subjected to the Spearman rho test of correlation. However, no significant correlation was found between access to technology and the respondents' level of academic stress. (shrink)

The study aimed to assess the impact of diets containing Pornunça hay (Manihot sp) and fresh cactus pear (Opuntia ficus-indica Mill) on the intake, digestibility, ingestive behavior, production, and quality of milk, as well as the economic feasibility of lactating goats. Eight multiparous goats with 30 lactation days were used and distributed in a double Latin square design (4 x 4). The treatments consisted of different proportions of Pornunça hay and fresh cactus pear (60:0; 50:10; 40:20; 30:30) in the diet (...) of lactating goats. Incorporating cactus pear into the diet of lactating goats resulted in a significant decrease in water intake and intake of most evaluated nutrients, directly reflected in the diet effectively consumed by the animals. However, it did not affect milk or fat-corrected milk production. Incorporating cactus pear into the diet of lactating goats resulted in a significant decrease in production costs, water intake, and the intake of most evaluated nutrients. The 30:30 ratio of Pornunça hay and fresh cactus pear in the diet of lactating goats improved the milk production efficiency maintaining a good composition of solids and improved gross profit and benefit/cost ratio. This study examines adaptive information governance models to address the key issues of AI-based cloud environments, in the end aiming to enable enhanced data security and regulatory compliance. Conventional governance models fail to respond to complexity issues posed by AI-cloud integration, with this resulting in incident response shortcomings, privacy laws, and regulatory compliance identification. In response to these weaknesses, this research analyzes governance elements such as Privacy-Enhancing Technologies (PETs), ethical regulation, and incident response models using sophisticated quantitative methods such as (...) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), Cox Proportional Hazards Modeling, and Difference-in-Differences (DiD) analysis. Results show that incident response effectiveness (β = 0.51, p < 0.001) and PET implementation (β = 0.25, p = 0.001) make noteworthy contributions to the governance outcome, with good model fit indicators (RMSEA = 0.04, CFI = 0.96) demonstrating the viability of the conceptual framework. Sectoral vulnerabilities were unearthed, and retail and technology sectors reported a 25% greater incident threat with less effective controls. Use of PETs, including homomorphic encryption and federated learning, greatly enhanced data utility and privacy compliance, especially for high-risk industries. The study guides the use of next-generation security controls and PETs to mitigate threats and assist in compliance with regulations, especially in high-security industry. Additionally, ongoing calibration of AI-pushed incident response routines is critical to lessening the effect of ever-evolving cyber threats. Ethical leadership should be made stronger to offer justice, responsibility, and public trust in AI solutions adopted within cloud settings. An outline of the historical development of ideas of utility and consequences in the history of ethics in the 18th century.

Is consistency the sort of thing that could provide a guide to mathematical ontology? If so, which notion of consistency suits this purpose? Mark Balaguer holds such a view in the context of platonism, the view that mathematical objects are non-causal, non-spatiotemporal, and non-mental. For the purposes of this paper, we will examine several notions of consistency with respect to how they can provide a platon-ist epistemology of mathematics. Only a Gödelian notion, we suggest, can provide a satisfactory guide to (...) a platonist ontology. Is consistency the sort of thing that could provide a guide to mathematical ontology? If so, which notion of consistency suits this purpose? Mark Bala-guer holds such a view in the context of platonism, the view that mathematical objects are non-causal, non-spatiotemporal, and non-mental. Balaguer's version of Platonism, Full-Blooded Platonism (FBP), is the view that "there are as many abstract mathematical objects as there could be-i.e., there actually exist abstract mathematical objects of all possible kinds" (Balaguer, 2017, p. 381). He continues: Since FBP says that there are abstract mathematical objects of all possible kinds, it follows that if FBP is true, then every purely mathematical theory that could be true-i.e., that is internally consistent-accurately describes some collection of actually existing abstract objects. Thus it follows from FBP that in order to acquire knowledge of abstract objects, all we have to do is come up with an internally consistent purely mathematical theory (and know that it is internally consistent).
