تقديم: أضحى تعليم التفكير النقدي من أبرز أهداف التربية الحديثة في كثير من دول العالم، إذ يرى الباحثون أنه سبيل لتطوير البنية المعرفية للمتعلمين، من منطلق أنه في استطاعة كل فرد أن يتعلم كيف يفكر تفكيرا نقديا إذا ما أتيحت له فرص التدريب والممارسة الفعلية، ولن يتأتى ذلك إلا عبر استراتيجيات ومناهج منظمة وواضحة، تلائم مراحل نمو هذا الفرد، وقدرته على الاستيعاب وفق إيقاعه في التعلم. فلم يعد يُنظر إلى التعلم باعتباره حالة نهائية أو منتوجا لمعارف أو كفايات محددة فقط، (...) ولا حتى مجموعة من السلوكات المرغوبة والمقبولة يقوم بها المتعلم أثناء مزاولته لأنشطته المدرسية. بل على خلاف ذلك، أضحى التعلم سيرورة دائمة يسعى خلالها الفرد إلى إماطة اللثام عن الغرض من هذه المعارف والكفايات، بل وتطويرها في سياقات اجتماعية مختلفة ومتنوعة. فالتعلم بهذا المعنى، عملية دينامية تفاعلية قصدية، تتخذ من المتعلم مجالا للفعل، بُغية تطوير قدراته وخبراته ومهاراته الداخلية، وتدبيرها بشكل منهجي لحل وضعيات-مشاكل محددة لها علاقة بالحياة الاجتماعية، لأن الغرض هو محاولة إدماج الفرد في المؤسسات الاجتماعية، وبذلك تكون له القدرة على الفعل وتطوير مناحي حياته وحياة مجتمعه. فالمعرفة العلمية، والمواقف السلوكية التي يمكن أن تقدمها المدرسة يجب أن تأخذ بعين الاعتبار القدرات العقلية والذهنية للمتعلم، ومكونات وسطه الاجتماعي، وتطعيمها بمعارف وقيم وأخلاق واستراتيجيات تفكير قابلة بأن تساعد الفرد على التعامل مع مواقف الحياة بطريقة منتجة للمعنى، بعيدا عن التقليد والتبعية والخضوع الأعمى. فقد آن الأوان للانتصار إلى حرية الفكر، وحرية التعبير، وفتح المجال أمام الأفراد لإبداء مواقفهم والتعبير عن اتجاهاتهم وميولاتهم، ليس فقط على مستوى بناء الخطط النظرية، والتصورات المعرفية، وإنما بالتنزيل الحقيقي لكل المشاريع والخطط الاستراتيجية، وتوفير الشروط والآليات الكفيلة لتحقيق الأهداف والمرامي المسطرة. إن هذا العدد الذي تقترحه هيئة تحرير مجلة كراسات تربوية على الباحثين الأوفياء، في عددها التاسع(09)، تطمح من خلاله إلى فتح نقاش علمي رصين وبناء حول "القضية التربوية/التعليمية"، وقد سعت من خلال ذلك إلى اعتماد مقاربة مركبة ومنفتحة على تخصصات متعددة في حقل العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية، رغبة منها في إعطاء الظاهرة التربوية عامة البعد الاجتماعي، والذي من شأنه تفكيك الرمزي وإماطة اللثام عن الجوانب الخفية في مجالات مختلفة ومتنوعة، وإيمانا منها بضرورة التكامل المعرفي في تحليل وتفكيك المسألة التربوية/التعليمية. الصديق الصادقي العماري مدير ورئيس تحرير المجلة ..............Revue Brochures Educatives...........N9, 2022. .......تقديم: حول بناء المعرفة العلمية...... .....ذ. الصديق الصادقي العماري.... ....مدير ورئيس تحرير مجلة كراسات تربوية.... تعتبر المعرفة ضرورة إنسانية، لأنها سبيل للوصول إلى الحقائق التي تساعد الإنسان على فهم الوقائع والأحداث، إذ بفضل المعلومات والخبرات والأفكار التي يحصل عليها يستطيع أن يتعلم كيف يجتاز العقبات التي تحول دون بلوغه الأهداف المنشودة، ويعرف كيف يضع الاستراتيجيات التي تسمح له بتدارك الأخطاء واتخاذ إجراءات جديدة تمكنه من تحقيق أمانيه في الحياة. كل ذلك لن يتحقق إلا إذا بلغ درجة معينة من الفهم والإدراك (...) لعناصر ومكونات المعرفة وتقنيات الوصول إليها، باعتبارها إدراك صور الموجودات والأشياء على ما هي عليه، وهي مسبوقة بنسيان حاصل بعد العلم بخلاف العلم، وتقال أيضا على استتباب المحصول المُدرك خضوعا إذا تكرر إدراكه. فإن المدرك إذا أدرك شيئا فحفظ له محصولا في نفسه ثم أدركه ثانيا، مع إدراكه له أنه هو ذلك المدرِك الأول، قيل لذلك الثاني بهذا الشرط معرفة. أما بناء المعرفة العلمية فليس بالأمر السهل، لأنه يتطلب ثقافة علمية متكاملة، ومجموعة من الشروط والضوابط والتقنيات التي على الباحث أن يكون مدركا لها، ومنها التمكن من تخصصه بشكل كبير بالدرجة الأولى، غير أن ذلك لا يكفي لاختيار واقعة اجتماعية تؤيد فرضا أو تفند آخر، أو لبلوغ درجة العلمية بالشكل المطلوب في إنجاز الدراسات البحثية، بل عليه أن يكون، بالإضافة إلى ذلك، منفتحا على تخصصات عصره، مدركا بشكل جيد لطبيعة العلاقات التي تربط العلوم فيما بينها ونقط الاختلاف. لأن واقع المجتمع يُظهر تعقيدا واضحا أكثر مما يمكن أن نتصور، وأكثر تشبيكا وتداخلا وتركيبا مما نعتقد، والباحث الذي يمكن أن يدرك هذا التعقيد والتركيب في الواقع هو الذي درس كثيرا، وقرأ كثيرا، وسافر كثيرا، وجرب كثيرا، وأخطأ كثيرا، وتمكن من القضاء على فرص الخطأ والاستفادة منها. لذلك كانت المعرفية العلمية نسقية بالضرورة وتبنى على أساس الخبرة والتجربة. ومن مميزاتها نذكر "التراكمية" التي يمكن أن تتحقق وفق مستويين رئيسيين، مستوى عمودي يتمثل في كون الباحث يرجع إلى دراسة ظاهرة سبق البحث فيها، على أن يساعد ذلك في الكشف عن حقائق ونتائج جوهرية لم تكن معروفة من قبل، أي تقديم قيمة علمية إضافية إلى ما تم التوصل إليه سابقا، فمثلا، البحث في طبيعة ″المادة″، كان أول ما لفت انتباه الإنسان على الأرض، غير أن هذا البحث حدث كما نتعامل مع هذه المادة في حياتنا العادية، وكما ندركها بحواسنا، فهذا ماء، وتلك النباتات، وذلك هواء، وتلك جبال وأشجار وغيرها، لكن في العصر الحالي يبلغ البحث في المادة ليس على المستوى الجزيئي والذري فحسب، بل تجاوزه إلى أكثر من ذلك في سياقات اجتماعية وتربوية وتاريخية وغيرها. وبهذا المعنى كلما توالت الأبحاث والدراسات العلمية على مر التاريخ إلا و أضيفت نتائج وحقائق جديدة إلى العلم والمعرفة ومن مميزات المعرفة العلمية كذلك "التنظيم" كخاصية أساسية للمعرفة العلمية، يرتبط بالتقيد بأمور معرفية ومنهجية أساسية، وموجهة صوب تحقيق الأهداف المقصودة، لربح الوقت والجهد، وإلا سيسقط الباحث في العشوائية وربما التيه في مجالات وتخصصات وحقول معرفية هو في غنى عنها، أي أننا لا نترك أفكارنا تسير طليقة لوحدها، وإنما نرتبها بطريقة منظمة وفق مسار محدد، بوعي وإدراك، ونبذل جهدا مقصودا من أجل تحقيق أفضل تخطيط ممكن للطريقة التي نفكر بها. ولكي نصل إلى هذا التنظيم ينبغي أن نتغلب على كثير من عاداتنا اليومية الشائعة، وأن نتعود إخضاع تفكيرنا لإرادتنا الواعية، وتركيز عقولنا في الموضوع الذي نبحث فيه، وكلها أمور خاصة تحتاج إلى مران خاص، وتصقلها الممارسة المستمرة. فالباحث الذي يستخدم أدوات البحث العلمي في دراسته، ويعتمد الأمانة العلمية، يمكن أن يصل إلى ربط الأحداث وإيجاد بعض العلاقات السببية بينها، ومن ثم محاولة وضع قوانين ومفاهيم يمكن تعميمها والاستفادة منها، وهذا ما يسمى بالسببية. إذ أن السبب يتمثل في مجموع العوامل أو الشروط وكل أنواع الظروف التي متى تحققت ترتب عنها نتيجة أو نتائج معينة، ونستطيع القول حينها بوجود علاقة سببية بين متغيرين. أما الموضوعية فتظهر في غياب ذات الباحث في أحكامه واستنتاجاته، ونعني بذات الباحث مزاجه وأحاسيسه وثقافته وعاداته وتقاليده التي راكمها مع مرور الوقت، أي جعل مسافة كبيرة بين الذات الباحثة وموضوع الدراسة. فأن تكون موضوعيا يعني ألا تتأثر بدوافعك وقيمك ومواقفك الاجتماعية. من جهة أخرى، الموضوعية العلمية موقف وحكم، ولا يمكن أن تكون امتناعا عن اتخاذ موقف، أو توقفا عن إصدار حكم، فهي تدل على محتواها دلالة مباشرة، لأن الحكم الموضوعي حكم قد التزم بشروط وضوابط وسياق الموضوع المحكوم عليه، وهو يعني تقديرا لمدى قربه من أصله ومادته، وهذا التقدير يمتد على مستوى يجمع في علاقة وطيدة بين الذات وبين محتوى حكمها. بناء المعرفة العلمية يتميز بالشمولية ولا يقتصر على أمثلة للظاهرة بشكل فردي، بل تنطبق على مختلف نماذج وأمثلة الظاهرة المدروسة، لأن النتائج التي ستؤول إليها الدراسة يجب أن تكون قابلة للتطبيق في سياقات مختلفة ومتعددة على مختلف النماذج والسياقات مهما اختلفت. فالظاهرة المدروسة تعتبر نموذجا قابلا لأن تكون له منطلقات وأبعاد مشتركة مع نماذج أخرى مستقبلا، والأمر لا يقتصر على الظاهرة لوحدها في بناء المعرفة العلمية بل حتى بالنسبة للأفراد والجماعات والعقول التي ستستقبل هذه المعرفة ونتائجها وتشتغل بها. لذلك كانت المعرفة العلمية معرفة شاملة، بمعنى أنها تسري على جميع أمثلة الظاهرة التي يبحثها العلم، ولا شأن لها بالظواهر في صورتها الفردية، وحتى لو كانت هذه المعرفة تبدأ من التجربة اليومية المألوفة. تعلمنا الهيرمينوطيقا درسين على الأقل وهما فن الفهم وفن الإصغاء، أي أن نفهم الوقائع والأشياء، كما هي، وكما تحولت وتحورت في الأزمنة والأمكنة، إلى أن وصلت إلينا على هذا النحو أو ذاك، وأن نُصيخ السمع لمختلف الترددات والتواترات والتناصات التي مارستها في تاريخها الطويل، هو ما يتطلب مجهودا إحاليا يعيد تركيب قطع البوزل ، ويضع كل جزء في خانته الدلالية، لأجل تحقيق اكتمالية المعنى وبلوغ "معنى المعنى". إن ما يهم في دراسة المجال والإنسان، وفي مستويات قيمية وتربوية رَامِزَةٍ بالأساس، ليس (...) البحث، وحسب، عن معنى الوقائع والأشياء التي تعتمل في المجتمع، ولكن الأهم والاستراتيجي، ومن مقترب النقد المنفتح، هو البحث عن "معنى المعنى"، أي الوصول إلى "الطابق التحت أرضي" الذي يختفي عن الناظر والنظر. فهناك تقيم الأساسات التي تشيد البناء الثقافي/الرمزي لذات الوقائع والأشياء، وهناك يختفى المسكوت عنه واللامصرح به. فما يوجد وراء الكواليس وفي الأقبية المظلمة، هو الجدير بالبحث، وليس ما يعرض للعموم أمام خشبة العرض، مع الإقرار بأهمية المعروض والمعلن والمصرح به، كعتبات قرائية وتأسيسية للنقد المنفتح. طبعا تشترك الأعمال البحثية، ومهما كان انتماؤها المعرفي، في هدفية واحدة، وهي إزاحة الغموض وإنتاج المعنى، كشفاً وبناءً، فلا بد من كشف البنيات العميقة التي تَنْوَجِدُ خلف الظاهر، وتبرر منطق الإسرار والإلغاز الذي يميز النصوص المجتمعية، وبذلك يتأتى إعمال فكرة إزاحة الغموض و"استنوار" الحجب والإظلام الذي يكتنف الوقائع والأشياء، وذلك عبر المزيد من التساؤل النقدي حول مجالات التربية والتعليم والقيم وامتداداتها المجتمعية. وهو ما تنتصر له مجلة "كراسات تربوية" بمزيد من الحرفية والإبداعية، وبتفان تام واجتهاد متواصل لمديرها الأستاذ الصديق الصادقي العماري. إن هذا العدد الجديد من "مجلة كراسات تربوية" الذي تقترحه هيئة التحرير على القراء الأعزاء، يسير في اتجاه "التنوير المعرفي"، توكيدا لضرورة فتح "نقاشات" مستفيضة بصدد "المسألة التربوية/التعليمية"، أملا في تجاوز حالات من "الاستعصاء" و"عسر المعنى". فلا سبيل لإعادة كتابة تاريخ النسق، إلا بمجهود معرفي تتداخل فيه كافة الحقول العلمية، على درب الاستنوار والفهم والتأويل. ثمة تعالقات خفية وعلنية بين النصوص المجتمعية التي نشتغل عليها، وهي التعالقات التي عبرنا عنها في أكثر من مناسبة بالتناص الاجتماعي، وعليه فإن العبور إلى النص المجتمعي، دينيا كان أو سياسيا أو اقتصاديا أو ثقافيا، لا ينبغي أن يهمل هذا التعالق Revue Brochures Éducatives. n06, septembre 2021. صدر مؤخرا لألستاذ الفاضل الصديق الصادق ي العماري، عن مطبعة بنلفقيه بالراشدية، كتاب تحت عنوان" التربية والتنمية و تحديات المستقبل: مقاربة سوسيولوجية"، وهو كتاب من الحجم المتوسط، يقع في 231 صفحة، ويتكون من مقدمة و خمسة فصول وخاتمة، إلى جانب تقديم كتبه الدكتور و أستاذ علوم التربية محمد الدريج، ناهيك عن الئحة المصادر الملحقة بالكتاب. بالنسبة لقراءتنا لهذا الكتاب، نعتبر بداية أن مسألة اإللمام بجميع تفاصليه أمر متعذر، حيث أن فصوله تشكل كال على حدة موضوعا جديرا بالتحليل والدراسة. لذا فإن (...) متن القراءة، الذي يهدف إلى التعريف بالكتاب و التحفيز على قراءته المباشرة، يفرض االقتصار على إثارة أهم القضايا التي عالجتها فصوله المختلفة بنوع من االختصار و التركيز. من خالل مقدمة الكتاب يضعنا المؤلف أمام إشكالية بحثه، و التي تتمحور حول تحديد طبيعة العالقة بين التربية والتنمية. ويعتبر أن صعوبة الحسم في تحديد هذه العالقة يعود باألساس إلى تداخل مجموعة من األنساق واألبعاد المتصلة بهذين المفهومين. وفي هذا السياق يشير المؤلف إلى أن "في ظل هذا التداخل والتشابك يحضر بقوة التحدي االجتماعي الذي يعد، في نفس الوقت، المقياس الوحيد على صدق و فعالية هذه التربية أو تلك. سواء كانت داخل األسرة أو المؤسسة، من أجل تحقيق تنمية حقيقية للفرد في ذاته وفي عالقته مع غيره، لضمان فعالية أكبر و مردودية أكثر داخل المجتمع. ففي ظل هذه الوضعية إذن، يكمن الدور األساسي والحاسم بالنسبة للمجتمع في إفراز نوع التربية، و على جميع المستويات )األسرة، المدرسة، اإلعالم...(، التي تمكن من تحقيق التنمية الذاتية و المجتمعية، و من هنا تفرض مجموعة من األسئلة الجوهرية نفسها: لماذا ال نستطيع تأسيس منظور جديد للتربية لبلوغ التنمية ؟ فهل األمر يتعلق بغياب اإلرادة السياسية و المجتمعية ؟ أم أن هناك معطيات و أمور أخرى البد من تحديدها و العمـل على كشفها و فحصها؟ Revue Brochures Educatives. ....تقديم: ..الصديق الصادقي العماري.. ...المدير ورئيس التحرير... إن واقعا بشريا يعيش تحديات ورهانات على مستوى المعرفة والعلم وعلاقتهما بمهننة التربية والعدالة الاجتماعية، إن على المستوى الاقتصادي أو فرص الحياة وأنماطها، لا يمكن تدبيره إلا في إطار جو ديمقراطي يتم فيه تدبير الشأن العام والبحث عن تحقيق الخير الأسمى للجميع بحرية وحوار ومشاركة عقلانية، وذلك من خلال استخلاص القيم والخصوصيات الضامنة للوحدة والهوية وتحليل الواقع، عبر التعامل النقدي مع المطالب الآنية في ظل إكراهات الواقع المحلي والدولي، واستشراف المستقبل، وذلك بالبحث عن (...) موطئ قدم في خريطة العالم التي أصبحت افتراضية إلى حد لا يتصور. فالحديث عن الإصلاح هو رهين بالاستجابة لحاجات المجتمع ومتطلباته. فعندما لا تكون المدرسة بمنتوجها المعرفي والمهاري والقيمي في مستوى تطلعات المجتمع وانتظاراته وتحولاته ورهاناته؛ أي عندما لا تكون المدرسة في وفاق مع المجتمع، أو تعجز عن التفاعل معه، حينها نكون أمام الأزمة. لذلك يلح الميثاق الوطني للتربية والتكوين منذ سنة 2000؛ في اختياراته وتوجهاته التربوية العامة على انفتاح المدرسة على المجتمع السوسيو-اقتصادي، وعلى العلاقة التفاعلية بين المدرسة والمجتمع باعتبارها محركا أساسا للتقدم الاجتماعي، وعاملا من عوامل الإنماء البشري المندمج، كما يلح الميثاق على اعتبار المدرسة مجالا حقيقيا لترسيـخ القيم الأخلاقية وقيم المواطنة وحقوق الإنسان وممارسة الحياة الديمقراطية، وهذه الفلسفة العامة هي التي توجه مراجعة المناهج التربوية، استنادا إلى مدخل بيداغوجي يتمثل في اعتماد التربية على القيم وتنمية وتطوير الكفايات التربوية والتربية المهنية. وجدت التربية مع وجود الحياة الإنسانية، وهي ظاهرة اجتماعية بامتياز، عرفها الإنسان منذ أن وطئت قدماه الأرض، كما أنها كانت موضوع اهتمام الأديان عبر العصور والأزمنة، وهذا يدل على دورها الفاعل والهام في تطوير الأمم وتقدمها. وقد عرفت هذه الظاهرة تطورات نوعية وكيفية عميقة جنبا إلى جنب مع التحولات الاقتصادية والثقافية والاجتماعية والسياسية... إلى أن أصبحت علما بل علوما متعددة ومتنوعة، وكذلك من بين التخصصات التي تدرس في الجامعات والمعاهد العامة والخاصة. تعد التنمية من بين الأهداف الكبرى التي تسعى التربية (...) إلى تحقيقها بدءا من تنمية الفرد، معرفيا ووجدانيا وسلوكيا، وصولا إلى تنمية المجتمع ككل بمختلف أشكاله ومؤسساته، وهذا لن يتحقق إلا بفعل تحقيق إدماج الفرد ذاته داخل هذا المجتمع. فلابد من تربية وتكوين فرد قابل لأن يكون فاعلا بشكل إيجابي داخل كل أجزاء التنظيم الاجتماعي، من خلال دور اجتماعي تنموي. إن ظاهرتين اجتماعيتين مثل التربية والتنمية تربطهما علاقات تفاعلية في إطار التأثير والتأثر الدائم، لأن العلاقة الجدلية بينهما كبيرة جدا وغامضة في نفس الوقت. وذلك لتداخل وتشابك مجموعة من الأنساق والأبعاد والخلفيات. وفي ظل هذا التداخل والتشابك يحضر بقوة التحدي الاجتماعي الذي يعد المقياس الوحيد على صدق وفعالية هذه التربية أو تلك، سواء كانت داخل الأسرة أو المدرسة...، من أجل تحقيق تنمية حقيقية للفرد في علاقته مع غيره، ومع المؤسسات الاجتماعية، ولضمان فعالية أكبر ومردودية أكثر داخل المجتمع. تقديم: أضحى تعليم التفكير النقدي من أبرز أهداف التربية الحديثة في كثير من دول العالم، إذ يرى الباحثون أنه سبيل لتطوير البنية المعرفية للمتعلمين، من منطلق أنه في استطاعة كل فرد أن يتعلم كيف يفكر تفكيرا نقديا إذا ما أتيحت له فرص التدريب والممارسة الفعلية، ولن يتأتى ذلك إلا عبر استراتيجيات ومناهج منظمة وواضحة، تلائم مراحل نمو هذا الفرد، وقدرته على الاستيعاب وفق إيقاعه في التعلم. فلم يعد يُنظر إلى التعلم باعتباره حالة نهائية أو منتوجا لمعارف أو كفايات محددة فقط، (...) ولا حتى مجموعة من السلوكات المرغوبة والمقبولة يقوم بها المتعلم أثناء مزاولته لأنشطته المدرسية. بل على خلاف ذلك، أضحى التعلم سيرورة دائمة يسعى خلالها الفرد إلى إماطة اللثام عن الغرض من هذه المعارف والكفايات، بل وتطويرها في سياقات اجتماعية مختلفة ومتنوعة. فالتعلم بهذا المعنى، عملية دينامية تفاعلية قصدية، تتخذ من المتعلم مجالا للفعل، بُغية تطوير قدراته وخبراته ومهاراته الداخلية، وتدبيرها بشكل منهجي لحل وضعيات-مشاكل محددة لها علاقة بالحياة الاجتماعية، لأن الغرض هو محاولة إدماج الفرد في المؤسسات الاجتماعية، وبذلك تكون له القدرة على الفعل وتطوير مناحي حياته وحياة مجتمعه. إن هذا العدد الذي تقترحه هيئة تحرير مجلة كراسات تربوية على الباحثين الأوفياء، في عددها التاسع(09)، تطمح من خلاله إلى فتح نقاش علمي رصين وبناء حول "القضية التربوية/التعليمية"، وقد سعت من خلال ذلك إلى اعتماد مقاربة مركبة ومنفتحة على تخصصات متعددة في حقل العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية، رغبة منها في إعطاء الظاهرة التربوية عامة البعد الاجتماعي، والذي من شأنه تفكيك الرمزي وإماطة اللثام عن الجوانب الخفية في مجالات مختلفة ومتنوعة، وإيمانا منها بضرورة التكامل المعرفي في تحليل وتفكيك المسألة التربوية/التعليمية. Résumé : Cette contribution a pour objectif de mettre en exergue la nature de la formation dont bénéficient les enseignants du secondaire qualifiant et sa relation avec les pratiques pédagogiques qui en découlent. Elle se base sur une enquête empirique menée auprès d’un échantillon représentatif de 160 enseignants (es) appartenant à l’AREF Fès -Meknès. L’enjeu principal est, à la fois, d’identifier et d’analyser le contenu dispensé lors des formations professionnelles liées à l’usage des technologies de l’information et de la communication (...) (TIC), et sa relation avec l’amélioration des pratiques pédagogiques. من دون شك، أن الرؤية الإستراتيجية شكلت أهم حدث بارز في إصلاح منظومة التربية والتكوينفي الآونة الأخيرة، غير أن المتتبع للحقل التربوي منذ بداية الإصلاحات سيقارن بين المنطلقات التي بني عليها الإصلاح منذ بداياته الأولى، وبين المحطات البارزة التي مر منها، وبين النتائج التي وصل إليها على رأس كل إصلاح، إضافة إلى انعكاسات جميع الإصلاحات على شخصية المتعلمين والمربين، وكذا على واقع المجتمع الذي عشناه والذي نعيشه الآن، وربما لكل واحد رؤية افتراضية لهذا الواقع ولو بشكل مبسط. هل فعلا نحن (...) راضون على واقع المدرسة المغربية؟ هل نحن واثقون من أهدافها وقدرتها على التأهيل والتطوير والإدماج؟ أم نحن متأكدون من نوع الخريطة التي رسمتها وترسمها باستمرار، خاصة في علاقتها بالواقع المعيش؟ هل هناك رؤية واضحة بإجماع القوى السياسية والثقافية والاجتماعية، أم الأمر يتعلق برؤية قارة عمودية؟ وما هي المكاسب التي جناها التلميذ والمجتمع من كل الإصلاحات؟ وكيف أصبح حال الأجيال المتعاقبة والمجتمع في جميع أبعاده؟ ومن المسؤول عن الوضعية الحالية التي تتخبط فيها المنظومة التربوية؟ هل هو الأستاذ؟ أم التلميذ؟ أم المنهاج؟ أم...؟ أو الإرادة؟ إرادة من، إذن! تقديم منذ القدم اعتنت الحضارات بالتربية، وأنشأت لذلك مؤسسات تفي بغرض تعليم المهارات والكفايات، وإعادة إنتاج المجتمع. وقد كان ذلك تحت ضغط حاجة الاجتماع، وإقامة المدن والدول، وتجويد الصناعات والمهن. لقد كانت المجتمعات البسيطة، المبنية على العيش وفق ما تهبه الطبيعة مباشرة، بغير حاجة إلى مؤسسات تعلم كيفية اصطياد حيوان أو جني فاكهة أو حفر جذور نبات، حيث كان القدماء والراشدون يمررون المهارات بالقدوة والتقليد، والصغار يتعلمون بالمحاولة والخطأ. وما أن بنيت القرى الأولى وبدأ الإنسان يدجن النبات والحيوان، حتى بدأ (...) التفكير في تجمعات كبرى تسهل حفظ المؤون والدفاع عن النفس والتجارة. مع المدينة والتجارة كان لابد من اختراع الكتابة للتوثيق وحفظ الحقوق. ومع كل ذلك لابد من دولة ترعى هذه الحقوق وتضمن تنفيذها بالقضاء والشرطة، وتنظيمها بالإدارة. فكان لابد أن تظهر المدارس لتخريج الموظفين الإداريين والكتبة كما هو الأمر في الصين القديمة. المدرسة الأولى إذا ارتبطت بالإدارة والسلطة، وبذلك يروي المؤرخون صرامتها الأصلية واقترابها من الجندية، خاصة في مباريات الموظفين الكبار والمتوسطي Le mandarins في الصين القديمة. مع الحضارة اليونانية لا يمكن إلا أن نقف عند تجربتين فريدتين وهما مؤسستا الأكاديميا لأفلاطون، والتي كانت مؤسسة فيها قاعات للدراسة وملعبا رياضيا ومواقع دينية ومكتبة، وتقام فيها دروس وألعاب ومحاضرات. وكما اشترط أفلاطون الهندسة على من أراد أن يتابع الدروس، فقد كانت الرياضيات مادة أساسية في الجامعة. ومن الكتب التي وصلتنا من أفلاطون نفهم الطابع التجريدي القوي للتعلمات، وكذلك الاتجاه السياسي المحافظ. أما ليسي أرسطو، والذي كان يسمى أيضا بالمدرسة المشائية، فقد كان مؤسسة تكاد تكون مثل الجامعات العصرية، بقاعات وممرات للمشي والحوار. وفي المؤسسة متحف ومكتبة. وقد توزعت الدروس بين الفلسفة والبلاغة والشعر والرياضيات والطب والجدل وعلم الفلك والحياة والنبات والأخلاق والسياسة. ولم يكن الليسي يشمل التدريس فحسب، بل وكذلك البحث والتصنيف خاصة. وحتى نفهم المدرسة الأرسطية لابد من ربطها بعلاقتها بالأمبراطورية الأسكندرية إرادة وتمويلا، ومن ثمة كونها كانت رغبة استمرار السلطة لدولة فيليب وللأرستقراطية الأثينية. أما في القرون الوسطى سيتكفل الدين بالتربية وتلقين المعارف: سواء على مستوى الاعتقاد والقيم والأخلاق، أم على مستوى التشريع، أو العلوم. فيتخرج من الجامعات الإسلامية، أو من الكنائس، أو البيع، مفسرون للكتب المقدسة، ومؤرخو حياة الأنبياء والصحابة والأحبار والكهنة. ونبغ علماء لغة ونحو وبيان وأدب، وكان ذلك غالبا لفهم النصوص المرجعية، وبعض المتعة للطلبة والمتأدبين. وانفجر من ذلك كله الفقه لربط الأعمال اليومية بالسنن الدينية، ولتنظيم الحياة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وشؤون الملك والسلطان. فانتشرت المدنية واتسعت الحضارة واطلع الخريجون على علوم الأمم الأخرى بالترجمة، فظهرت الإلهيات والفلسفة والمنطق. وتطور حسن معاش الناس فظهر الطب والرياضيات والصيدلة والكيمياء والفيزياء. وكان كل ذلك تحت رقابة الفقهاء والقساوسة والكهنة حتى لا تزيغ المعرفة عن الدين في جانبه الأيديولوجي خاصة. د. بن محمد قسطاني أستاذ باحث في علم الاجتماع والأنثروبولوجيا . لا يمكن الحديث عن مدرسة النجاح في المستقبل٬ ما لم يتم استحضار التطور الحاصل في أدوار ووظائف وآليات اشتغال المدرسة٬ من خلال التعرف على سيرورات التحولات التي عرفتها وظائف وأدوار هذه المؤسسة في الماضي والحاضر. ففي الوقت الراهن تحولت هذه الوظائف من التلقين والحشو بالمعارف٬ إلى وظائف أكثر حيوية وتنوعا ودينامية٬ تتجه صوب إيجاد حلول لتحديات اكساب التلميذ مناهج وتقنيات تحصيل المعرفة والبحث٬ وتعزيز قدراته ومهاراته الحياتية٬ وتوسيع خبراته٬ إضافة إلى سعيها لتطوير جاهزيته للشغل وتحقيق الذات والعيش المشترك مع الأفراد (...) داخل المجتمع. لقد بدأ الرهان منذ بداية الإصلاح الأخير على العنصر البشري الذي يعتبر المشعل الذي ينير درب التنمية في المستقبل، فمتعلم اليوم هو مواطن الغد، وبذلك ركزت المدرسة المغربية كل أنشطتها واهتماماتها على هذا المتعلم وجعلته في قلب الاهتمام والتفكير والفعل، وجعلت كل الهياكل والبرامج والمشاريع في خدمته. و في خطوة أخرى جريئة أعد المجلس الأعلى للتربية والتكوين والبحث العلمي رؤية استراتيجية لإصلاح منظومة التربية والتكوين (2015-2030)، التي عملت على إرساء المجلس وانخراطه في سلسلة من الأعمال الرامية إلى تقييم حصيلة تطبيق الميثاق الوطني للتربية والتكوين، واستشراف أفاق تأهيل وتطوير المنظومة الوطنية للتربية والتكوين والبحث العلمي. كما عملت وزارة التربية الوطنية والتكوين المهني على إقرار التدابير ذات الأولوية المتمثلة في الإجراءات الإصلاحية، من خلال إصدار المذكرة الإطار 15/099 بتاريخ 12 أكتوبر 2015 من أجل التنزيل الأولي للرؤية الاستراتيجية 2030-2015. وقد عملنا من خلال هذا العدد، التجربة الثانية ل ″مجلة كراسات تربوية″ المحكمة، على اقتراح قضايا تربوية جوهرية نراها الأجدر بالدراسة والتحليل، والتي ستكون سبيلا لفتح أفاق جديدة على مستوى التكوين والتكوين المستمر بالنسبة للأطر التربوية والطلبة المقبلين على ولوج مهنة التدريس وكذا المهتمين. ذ. الصديق الصادقي العماري المدرير ورئيس التحرير . تقديم لقد شكل تعميم التعليم أو التعليم للجميع أو إلزامية التعليم أحد الأهداف التي أولها المغرب أهمية قصوى منذ الاستقلال إلى الآن، فوضعت لها مخططات خماسية، ونظمت منتديات للإصلاح، تحت شعارات: الجودة والقرب والجهوية، بل شكل التعميم، الدعامة الأولى في ميثاقنا الوطني للتربية والتكوين، إلا أنه ورغم كل هذه الشعارات فإن الهدر المدرسي الذي تزيد نسبته بالوسط القروي، يحول دون بلوغ الحاجيات المتزايدة لنظامنا التربوي في الآجال المناسبة. فالانقطاع عن الدراسة أو التسرب الدراسي وعدم الالتحاق بالمدرسة وكل ما يدخل في (...) إطار الهدر المدرسي من مادي ومعنوي وبشري يظهر فشل المنظومة التربوية في تحقيق تربية وتعليم وتكوين مناسب. وكيفما كان التصور الذي نعطيه لهذه الظواهر، فإننا يجب أن نعترف أننا أمام ظاهرة تؤرق المجتمعات العربية بشكل عام. فهي تحمل كل مقومات الفشل سواء على المستوى الفردي أو على مستوى المجتمع. وهي من العوامل القادرة على شل حركة المجتمع الطبيعية وتقهقره عائدة به إلى عتمة الجهل والتخلف والانعزالية بعيدا عن نور التطور ومواكبة لغة العصر في التقدم والانفتاح. ..تقديم.. كتاب ″الدماغ واللغة: التمثلات الذهنية والمعالجة المعجمية- مقاربة سيكولسانية ونورومعرفية ديداكتيكية-ʺ، لمؤلفته الدكتورة «نعيمة بعلاوي»، هو عبارة عن رسالة دكتوراه، نوقشت بجامعة سيدي محمد بن عبد الله، كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية سايس-فاس سنة 2018. ويعد هذا الكتاب من الدراسات الجادة الحديثة والفريدة من نوعها موضوعا ومنهجا وأسلوبا، لأنه يرتكز على ظاهرتين متلازمتين غالبا في جميع الأنشطة والممارسات الإنسانية هما ̎الدماغ̎ و̎اللغة̎، وكذلك آليات اشتغالهما، خاصة ما يتعلق بالتمثلات الذهنية وسبل المعالجة المعجمية، من زاوية نظر مخالفة لمعظم الدراسات والإنتاجات العلمية (...) التي اهتمت بهذا الموضوع لحد الآن. إن ما يميز هذه الدراسة القيمة هو استنجاد الدكتورة نعيمة بمناهج منفتحة ومتكاملة، بدء بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي من أجل تعرية الظاهرة المدروسة وتحديد مكوناتها وعناصرها وتفكيك شفراتها، عبر الملاحظة والتحليل والتفسير للتمكن من صياغة تعميمات شافية مقيدة بالمتغيرات العلمية المقترحة، إضافة إلى الجانب الميداني من صلب الممارسة باعتماد المقابلات والاستمارات وتفريغها في جداول محكمة وتحليلها للوصول إلى استنتاجات وتوصيات علمية رصينة. الدكتورة نعيمة بعلاوي حاولت من خلال هذا العمل الجاد إبراز إشكال محوري قلما يُتناول في علوم اللغة، بالتركيز على تفكيك وتحليل وتوضيح آليات وسبل الانتقال من دراسة اللغة باعتبارها نسقا من الأجزاء الفاعلة في تكامل بنيوي ووظيفي، إلى دراسة اللغة باعتبارها سياقات ومسارات ذهنية غامضة. وفي إطار هذا التحول نكون أمام انتقال يفرض نفسه، وهو الانتقال من اللسانيات الطبيعية إلى اللسانيات المعرفية، وبالتالي يندرج هذا العمل ضمن اللسانيات المعرفية، ويتأسس على مقاربات عدة كالبيولوجية والنفسية والثقافية والحاسوبية والتربوية...، وهذا يظهر من صلب الإشكال العميق لهذا الكتاب باعتباره يناقش طبيعة المعارف وكيفية تمثلها من طرف الأفراد وسيرورة تنظيمها ومعالجتها على مستوى الذهن. وما يزيد هذا العمل قيمة علمية أكثر كونه ركز على مناقشة متغيري المعجم الذهني والذاكرة المعجمية، وهنا تطرح صعوبة دراسة المفردات خاصة في جانبيها الوظيفي والهندسي وسبل المعالجة على مستوى الإدراك والفهم والإنجاز وكل السياقات اللغوية عند المتعلم خاصة. ومن هذا المنطلق عملت الدكتورة نعيمة على فتح آفاق وسبل اشتغال المعجم في علاقته بالقدرة على الاكتساب اللغوي، من أجل تنظيم وتطوير الأفكار والمعلومات المكتسبة على مستوى الذهن، وبالتالي تنمية الملكة اللغوية. هذا العمل المتميز يثير إشكالات عميقة وقضايا معرفية علمية جديرة بالبحث والتحليل، فهو في عمقه يتجاوز المألوف ويركب موجة التجريب الخلاق، كما يخالف قاعدة التأليف من أجل التأليف، وبهذا يعطي للدكتورة نعيمة بعلاوي صفة العلمية بامتياز، كما أنه يفتح آفاقا رحبة أمام الباحثين والمهووسين باقتفاء أثر الحرف والسؤال. وتحظى مجلة كراسات تربوية، المجلة العلمية المحكمة، بشرف احتضان هذا الكتاب ضمن سلسلة منشوراتها، لأنها رأت فيه قيمة مضافة للعلم والمعرفة، حيث يتماشى موضوعا ومنهجا مع سياسة النشر الخاصة بها، وباعتباره أحد الأعمال التي تستفز أذهان وأفكار متتبعيها وقرئها من داخل المملكة المغربية ومن خارجها. ..الصديق الصادقي العماري... ..مدير ورئيس تحرير مجلة كراسات تربوية.. الأربعاء 31 مارس 2021 أرفود . لا يمكن الحديث عن مدرسة النجاح في المستقبل٬ ما لم يتم استحضار التطور الحاصل في أدوار ووظائف وآليات اشتغال المدرسة٬ من خلال التعرف على سيرورات التحولات التي عرفتها وظائف وأدوار هذه المؤسسة في الماضي والحاضر. ففي الوقت الراهن تحولت هذه الوظائف من التلقين والحشو بالمعارف٬ إلى وظائف أكثر حيوية وتنوعا ودينامية٬ تتجه صوب إيجاد حلول لتحديات اكساب التلميذ مناهج وتقنيات تحصيل المعرفة والبحث٬ وتعزيز قدراته ومهاراته الحياتية٬ وتوسيع خبراته٬ إضافة إلى سعيها لتطوير جاهزيته للشغل وتحقيق الذات والعيش المشترك مع الأفراد (...) داخل المجتمع. لقد بدأ الرهان منذ بداية الإصلاح الأخير على العنصر البشري الذي يعتبر المشعل الذي ينير درب التنمية في المستقبل، فمتعلم اليوم هو مواطن الغد، وبذلك ركزت المدرسة المغربية كل أنشطتها واهتماماتها على هذا المتعلم وجعلته في قلب الاهتمام والتفكير والفعل، وجعلت كل الهياكل والبرامج والمشاريع في خدمته. و في خطوة أخرى جريئة أعد المجلس الأعلى للتربية والتكوين والبحث العلمي رؤية استراتيجية لإصلاح منظومة التربية والتكوين (2015-2030)، التي عملت على إرساء المجلس وانخراطه في سلسلة من الأعمال الرامية إلى تقييم حصيلة تطبيق الميثاق الوطني للتربية والتكوين، واستشراف أفاق تأهيل وتطوير المنظومة الوطنية للتربية والتكوين والبحث العلمي. كما عملت وزارة التربية الوطنية والتكوين المهني على إقرار التدابير ذات الأولوية المتمثلة في الإجراءات الإصلاحية، من خلال إصدار المذكرة الإطار 15/099 بتاريخ 12 أكتوبر 2015 من أجل التنزيل الأولي للرؤية الاستراتيجية 2030-2015. This article intends to show that the defense of ‘‘understanding’’ as one of the major goals of science education can be grounded on an anti-reductionist perspective on testimony as a source of knowledge. To do so, we critically revisit the discussion between Harvey Siegel and Alvin Goldman about the goals of science education, especially where it involves arguments based on the epistemology of testimony. Subsequently, we come back to a discussion between Charbel N. El-Hani and Eduardo Mortimer, on the one (...) hand, and Michael Hoffmann, on the other, striving to strengthen the claim that rather than students’ belief change, understanding should have epistemic priority as a goal of science education. Based on these two lines of discussion, we conclude that the reliance on testimony as a source of knowledge is necessary to the development of a more large and comprehensive scientific understanding by science students. Vous obtenez un échantillon formidable de mauvaise écriture, des idées confuses et dépassées et un jargon obsolète. Si l’on a une bonne éducation actuelle, il est doublement douloureux de lire ce livre (et la plupart écrit sur le comportement humain). Douloureux parce qu’il est si torturé et déroutant, et puis encore quand vous vous rendez compte à quel point il est simple avec la psychologie moderne et la philosophie. La terminologie et les idées sont horriblement confuses et datées (mais moins (...) dans l’analyse de Wilber que dans ses sources). Ce livre et la plupart de ses sources sont des textes de psychologie en soi, bien que la plupart des auteurs ne s’en soient pas rendu compte. Il s’agit du comportement humain et du raisonnement sur les raisons pour lesquelles nous pensons et agissons comme nous le faisons et comment nous pourrions changer à l’avenir. Mais (comme toute une telle discussion jusqu’à récemment) aucune des explications n'est vraiment des explications, et donc ils ne donnent aucun aperçu du comportement humain. Personne ne discute des mécanismes mentaux impliqués. C’est comme décrire comment une voiture fonctionne by discuter du volant et du métal et de la peinture sans aucune connaissance du moteur, du carburant ou du train d’entraînement. En fait, comme la plupart des anciens «exemples» de comportement, les textes cite ici et les commentaires par Wilber sont souvent plus intéressants pour ce genre de choses qu’ils acceptent (et omettre!) comme explications, et le genre de raisonnement ils utilisation, que pour le contenu réel. Si l’on est sur la philosophie et la psychologie cognitive et évolutive, la plupart de ce qui est archaïque. Comme presque tout le monde (érudits et public—e. g. voir mon examen de La Liberté Evoluie de Dennett et d’autres livres), il ne comprend pas que les bases de la religion et l’éthique - en fait tout comportement humain, sont programmés dans nos gènes. Une révolution dans la compréhension de nous-mêmes a eu lieu alors qu’il écrivait ses nombreux livres et il l’a passé par. Dans 'Godel’s Way', trois éminents scientifiques discutent de questions telles que l’indécidabilité, l’incomplétude, le hasard, la calculabilité et la paraconsistence. J’aborde ces questions du point de vue de Wittgensteinian selon lesquelles il y a deux questions fondamentales qui ont des solutions complètement différentes. Il y a les questions scientifiques ou empiriques, qui sont des faits sur le monde qui doivent être étudiés de manière observationnelle et philosophique quant à la façon dont le langage peut être utilisé intelligiblement (qui incluent certaines (...) questions en mathématiques et en logique), qui doivent être décidés en regardant un comment nous utilisons réellement des mots dans des contextes particuliers. Lorsque nous obtenons clair sur le jeu de langue que nous jouons, ces sujets sont considérés comme des questions scientifiques et mathématiques ordinaires comme les autres. Les idées de Wittgenstein ont rarement été égalées et jamais dépassées et sont aussi pertinentes aujourd’hui qu’elles l’étaient il y a 80 ans lorsqu’il a dicté les Livres Bleus et Brown. Malgré ses défauts, vraiment une série de notes plutôt qu’un livre fini, c’est une source unique du travail de ces trois savants célèbres qui travaillent aux confins de la physique, des mathématiques et de la philosophie depuis plus d’un demi-siècle. This book compares Hindu nondual philosophy to that of Baruch Spinoza, demonstrating the similarity of Spinoza’s ideas to Kashmiri Pratyabhijñā Shaivism. The book is well researched, but it is written in an informal style suitable for both scholars and the educated general public. There is already some scholarly literature comparing Spinoza’s philosophy to Śaṅkara’s Vedānta, but none of it has focused, as this book does, on philosophy of mind, and none of it has included nondual Kashmiri Shaivism in the comparison. In the Netherlands, the poet Herman Gorter is mostly known as the author of the neo-romantic poem May and the “sensitivistic” Poems, but internationally he became famous as a propagandist of radical Marxism: the author of influential brochures and of an “open letter” to comrade W.I. Lenin in 1920. During the 1890s, Gorter became increasingly dissatisfied with his poetry, considering it as ego-centric, disinterested and “bourgeois”, unconnected with what was happening in the real world. He wanted to put his (...) poetry on a scientific footing, notably by endorsing a dialectical materialist worldview. In the communist society he envisioned, science would become poetry and poetry would become science. In his opus magnum Pan, two terms are rather prominent, namely heelal and kristal. These signifiers not only reflect important themes, but also two friendships which began around 1900, namely with prominent astronomer and marxist Anton Pannekoek and with Ada Prins, the first woman in the Netherlands who acquired a PhD in chemistry, specialised in liquid crystal research. Whereas Ada Prins is mostly remembered as one of Gorter’s secret lovers, she was first and foremost his educated guide into the complex and enigmatic world of twentieth-century chemistry research. Liquid crystal chemistry became an important source of inspiration for Gorter’s work and the main objective of this paper is to demonstrate her influence on Gorter’s Pan as a scientific poem After presenting the two heroes of this paper, and their work in poetry and chemistry respectively, I will analyse the role of liquid crystals in Herman Gorter’s Pan, highlighting important connections with Ada Prins’ research into liquid crystal chemistry. The success of the mission of the school based largely on teachers, it is important to understand exactly how they see their role in the actualization of this mission. So this article initiates a reflection on how secondary school teachers in Quebec think their educational mission. More specifically, we analyze how the educational mission takes shape in their professional practice. This text presents a few preliminary results of research currently being conducted at the Université de Sherbrooke’s Research Institute on Educational Practices. The study seeks to understand how situations presented in teacher education can support the functioning and success of trainee teachers’ professional learning. The article’s aim is to identify the points of convergence between situations of professional activity, situations of professional learning, and training situations. The text will attempt to analyze the role that can be played by certain training (...) structures that seek to support a professionalization process that we define in terms of a general aim: the construction of professional knowledge. The originality of this research lies in that it draws on the work of Gaston Bachelard to develop a theoretical frame enabling a reading and interpretation of the results. Ce texte présente quelques résultats préliminaires d’une recherche menée présentement à l’Institut de recherche sur les pratiques éducatives de l’Université de Sherbrooke. Cette recherche vise à comprendre comment les situations présentes dans la formation à l’enseignement peuvent soutenir le fonctionnement et la réussite de l’apprentissage professionnel des enseignants en formation. Nous cherchons à identifier les points de rencontre entre les situations d’activité professionnelle, les situations d’apprentissage professionnel et les situations de formation. Nous tenterons d’analyser le rôle que peuvent jouer certains dispositifs visant à soutenir un processus de professionnalisation que nous définissons au regard d’une finalité : la construction de savoirs professionnels. The reasoning behind the reforms to education that began in 2000-2001 in Québec stemmed in part from a need to put the focus on the student’s intellectual development, rather than on overall personal development, as was the case in the 1970s. At this point, has intellectual development truly become a priority in teaching? Without providing a definitive or categorical answer, the author argues that, in some settings, socialization is more important than instruction and, in some subjects, knowledge as a (...) subjective justification takes precedence over strictly epistemological grounds. How can imperceptible knowledge such as professional routines in class immediacy be taught? How to express their main principles and their construction in formation? These routines create a sense of security among both students and teachers; it is a frame favouring successful classroom management. They come under the scope of integrated competencies, and this prompts their analysis in view of understanding a central link within initial professionalization. This paper will present the concept of professional routines as an educational practice in (...) regards to professional development, then the conceptual frame, the analytical method, some results followed by a discussion and conclusion. Elles relèvent de compétences incorporées, ce qui force à leur analyse pour une articulation phare dans une formation professionnalisante. In my analysis I deal with some causes and origins of evil and of moral degeneration in the human dimension. My analysis focuses on Plato’s Republic. The origins and causes of the presence of injustice and of vice lie in the very structure of the human soul. The division of the soul into parts which are at least reciprocally independent of each other implies that there is the possibility that they are in conflict with each other. This is the origin (...) of injustice and the root of every form of evil. The correct equilibrium among the parts of the soul, which, in my opinion, are to be interpreted as authentic potencies, can be achieved only by developing the rational part. This development requires a thorough education in philosophy. Throughout my analysis I quote passages in which Plato points out the presence of bad instincts and, in general, of a morally difficult component in our soul. This task devolved to scientists of education is to learn about teaching practices in their relationship to student learning in order to build the database useful to teacher educators and reflexivity necessary for any teacher about their own practice. The concepts of competence, pattern and are useful instrument in this endeavor of explanation and understanding of the practices. The proposed (...) theoretical framework is illustrated by a perspective of teaching practices of teachers in schools and colleges. These differ in many aspects and this requires the testing of new hypotheses to explain -/- La présente contribution traite de la nécessité d’étudier les pratiques d’enseignement à partir du constat de ce qu’elles sont au delà de ce qu’elles devraient être. Cette tâche dévolue aux chercheurs en sciences de l’éducation vise à mieux connaître les pratiques d’enseignement dans leurs relations aux apprentissages des élèves afin de constituer la base de données utiles aux formateurs d’enseignants et nécessaire à toute réflexivité des enseignants à propos de leur propre pratique. Les notions de compétence, de schème et d’instrument sont utiles à cette entreprise d’explication et de compréhension des pratiques. La proposition de cadrage théorique est illustrée par une mise en perspective des pratiques d’enseignement de professeurs des écoles et de collèges. Celles-ci se distinguent sur bien des aspects ce qui réclame la mise à l’épreuve de nouvelles hypothèses explicatives. (shrink)

To help clarify the concept of «teaching practice», this article analyzes a repository of professional skills of the teacher. It then examines how two groups of teacher educators attempting to use this repository to evaluate two teaching sessions (one secondary and one primary). Analyses revealed the difficulty in assessing a session from elements determined a priori from a list of skills. The evaluation of a teaching session seems to require the inclusion of its organic whole. Afin de contribuer à préciser (...) la notion de « pratique enseignante », le présent article analyse un référentiel de compétences professionnelles de l’enseignant. Il examine ensuite la manière dont deux groupes de formateurs d’enseignants tentent d’utiliser ce référentiel pour évaluer deux séances d’enseignement (une dans le secondaire et une dans le primaire). Les analyses révèlent la difficulté à évaluer une séance à partir d’éléments déterminés a priori dans une liste de compétences. L’évaluation d’une séance d’enseignement semble requérir la prise en compte de sa totalité organique. (shrink)

Au regard du vieux débat sur la « fuite des cerveaux », le devoir de promouvoir le développement des pays pauvres semblait incompatible avec le droit humain à l’émigration. A l’encontre de cette idée, Jagdish Bhagwati a proposé dans les années 70 une mesure qui permettait au personnel qualifié de quitter les pays pauvres, tout en taxant leur revenu au bénéfice de leurs pays d’origine. Cet article discute (et rejette) trois justifications possibles de la taxe Bhagwati. Il conclut qu’une telle (...) mesure ne peut être défendue ni comme une compensation pour ce que le pays aurait gagné si les diplômés n’avaient pas émigré, ni comme une obligation de réciprocité basée sur l’investissement dans l’éducation, ni comme une mesure de diminution de l’inégalité entre les opportunités des migrants et de ceux qui restent au pays. Si la mobilité géographique va de pair avec la mobilité sociale, taxer les migrants revient à taxer la mobilité sociale, plutôt que les hauts revenus eux-mêmes. (shrink)

This article, based on a socio-cognitive approach, deals with the professional training of student teachers in French agricultural education during their practical work experience. The main objective is to demonstrate that the student teacher’s social interaction with his academic advisor allows him to use and develop his professional knowledge relating to practical matters. Based on a qualitative analysis this study presents the results of an investigation of seven students and six academic advisors. This article is devoted to analysing the ethical commitments underlying research methodology on “brain drain” and leading participants in the public debate to deny the human right of emigration for skilled persons. Here, we identify five such commitments : to consequentialism, prioritarianism and nationalism, we add sedentarism and elitism. Based on this analysis, we argue that even though the emigration of the most talented would be a loss for the country of origin, this loss is not sufficient to require that (...) migrants themselves compensate it – either by tax payments (e.g. Bhagwati’s tax proposal) or by not exercising their right to emigrate. Moreover, to interpret public investment in education as the source of migrants’ further obligations to their country is to view education rather as a source of dividends than an access to opportunity that present generations owe to futures ones. This article presents the results of research conducted with secondary school teachers in Quebec, specifically in the Mauricie region. The authors propose a reflection on the construction of professional identity in a context of institutional crisis. They argue that in this context, the teacher can not rely on stable and social frameworks to build up a strong professional identity and that work experience that becomes the primordial material from which that identity is developed. This article brings forth a new perspective concerning the relation between stupidity and thinking by proposing to conceptualise the state of non-thinking in two different ways, situated at the opposite ends of the spectrum of thinking. Two conceptualisations of stupidity are discussed, one critical which follows a French line of continental thinkers, and the other one which will be called educational or ascetic, following the work of Agamben. The critical approach is conceptualised in terms of seriality of thinking, or thinking (...) captured by an apparatus, whereas the ascetic-educational approach is discussed by tracing the links between studying and stupidity. Both accounts assume that stupidity as non-thinking is a condition for thinking, either placed before thinking emerges or as an after-thought. However, the political implications concerning the role of philosophy in the public realm are divergent: for the critical approach, the task of the philosopher is to criticise the world, whereas for the ascetic approach, the task is to work on one’s own self and hope that the world will be changed through thinking. The wider aim of this article is to contribute to the debate concerning the public role of the intellectual starting from the assumption that there is a duty to think publicly and then clarifying what this duty entails in relation to the self and the others. From a problem that concerned only a small number of people, migration has become a constant concern both nationally and internationally. The concrete realities in different regions have become over time subjects of analysis and reflection in order to find solutions that meet the many theoretical and practical issues raised by migration. In Romania people are increasingly discussing about migration and its implications on all sectors of human life. In this context, the Romanian Orthodox Church is called by his priests, (...) to contribute to the integration of people of other nationalities, cultures and beliefs that are established here and at the same time, to help her spiritual children living and working in different parts of the world to preserve and to confess their Orthodox Christian faith. Moreover, it should take care of their families in the country and to contribute to the education of children, whose parents are away, in the spirit of the Christian tradition. (shrink)

Teaching evaluations are in this case a means of judging the effectiveness of teaching and learning state measures. Analysis of 38 French teachers’ school reports in agricultural High Schools highlights certain aspects of teaching practices while thirteen reports graded unsatisfactory as teachers failed teaching standards help unveil teacher assessment practices. The analyses lead to the building of a teacher practice model while showing that teacher evaluation focus more on teaching practices and teaching resources than on student learning or the teaching-learning (...) process. Les inspections pédagogiques sont ici un moyen d’approcher « l’efficacité institutionnelle » des dispositifs d’enseignement-apprentissage. L’analyse de 38 rapports d’inspection d’enseignants en lycées agricoles français met en évidence les dimensions des pratiques enseignantes qui y sont convoquées. L’analyse de treize rapports d’inspection défavorables au maintien de l’enseignant dans le métier contribue à expliciter le référent des pratiques lors d’évaluation. Ces analyses aboutissent à une modélisation des pratiques d’enseignement. Elles montrent que les évaluations portent d’avantage sur les pratiques d’enseignement que sur l’apprentissage des élèves, d’avantage sur les moyens mis en œuvre pour enseigner que sur le processus d’enseignement-apprentissage. The analyses undertaken in this article refer to the harm experienced in close relationships, where the lack of forgiveness and the breakdown in the relationship can be a source of additional suffering for the victim. Referring to the discussion conducted in the Journal of Philosophy of Education in the years 2002–2003, I assume that one of the most difficult challenges for the injured individual is to determine whether change made by the perpetrator of evil encourages the individual to trust the (...) perpetrator or whether forgiveness can actually be understood as consent to further harm. Another challenge is that the injured person must make a decision about forgiveness when s/he perceives change in the perpetrator if lack of forgiveness is not to become the cause of a definitive breakdown in the relationship. I propose the thesis that a person – by reference to acts of self-forgiveness – can learn to identify the moment when forgiveness is possible and necessary. After explaining what self-forgiveness is, what act it relates to and what its moral value is, I show how self-forgiveness and reflection on the process of self-forgiveness can benefit education for forgiveness of another person. Teachers in vocational education face two problems. (1) Learning involves the ability to transcend and modify learned knowledge to new circumstances. How should vocational education prepare students for future, unknown tasks? (2) Students should strive to produce work of good quality. How does vocational education help them develop their faculty of judgment to differentiate between better and worse quality? These two ques- tions are tightly interwoven. The paper compares the didactics of philosophy and sloyd. Both developed independently, but their solutions (...) to how one advances the capacity for reflective judgment are similar. Central to this capacity is not merely devising efficient means to work towards pre-existing aims, but to reflect in practice on what one’s aim are and should be. This implies reflection on what future problems, as well as solutions to them, demand of us cognitively, socially and morally. (shrink)

Patients’ knowledge of hypertension and treatment has been found to affect health outcomes of hypertension. This study aimed to assess the impact of therapeutic patients’ education on knowledge of hypertension and lifestyle/dietary modification among hypertensive patients in Nigeria. The study was conducted among 317 hypertensive patients randomized into controlled and intervention groups (158 vs 159, respectively) between March 2021 and February 2022. Baseline knowledge of the patients was assessed and intervention was provided for the intervention group with a structured educational (...) program at a baseline and six months. Descriptive data were presented with a frequency table in percentage while the chi-square test and univariate logistic regression were used to determine the association between categorical variables. Out of the total 318 patients, 275 completed the study (response rate: 86.8%) with 136 in the control group and 139 in the intervention group. The mean age of the patients was 59.5 (±12.5) and patients >60 years (49.5%) were the most frequent age category. The baseline knowledge score of hypertension was 9.8 (±2.6) and 9.3 (±2.6) on a scale of 16 points in the control group and intervention group, respectively (P=0.060) while at six months 11.9 (±2.3) vs 10.8 (±2.4) (P<0.001) and 12 months 12.6 (±2.5) vs 9.5 (±2.0) (P<0.001), respectively. Knowledge of lifestyle/dietary modification in the control group and intervention group at baseline was 7.0 (±2.1) and 6.6 (±2.0), respectively, while at six months 7.5 (±1.5) vs 9.9 (±1.3) (P<0.001) and at 12 months 7.2 (±1.5) vs 10.4 (±1.2), respectively. Marital status, body mass index, and family history of hypertension were associated with knowledge of hypertension and lifestyle/dietary modification (P<0.001). The educational intervention provided was associated with a significant improvement in knowledge of hypertension and lifestyle/dietary modification. The marital status of the patients, body mass index and family history of hypertension influenced patients’ level of knowledge. (shrink)

In developing nations particularly in Africa, innovative administrative strategies are essential for educational leaders to navigate inherent challenges in education. This study aims to explore how educational leaders in higher education can be equipped with innovative administrative strategies to cause a positive change in education delivery. A systematic literature review was conducted to achieve this aim, drawing on the transformational leadership model as its theoretical underpinning. The search encompassed scholarly publications from major repositories like Scopus, Web of Science, and International (...) Bibliography of the Social Sciences and Textbooks from 1967 to 2023. The search process went a series of exclusive and inclusive processes and yielded 43 research articles. The synthesized findings were analyzed using a thematic approach. The findings indicate that transformational leadership has the potential to incorporate innovation into higher educational administrative practices. It was also found that innovative administrative practices in higher education can be achieved through staff motivation, technology integration, adoption of agile methodologies, collaborative research, interdisciplinary collaboration, seminars, workshops, and positive organizational culture. Based on the findings, professional development programs for managers and administrators in higher education were highly recommended. These programs would help enhance the knowledge and skills of employees in educational administration. (shrink)

All humans share a universal, evolutionarily ancient approximate number system (ANS) that estimates and combines the numbers of objects in sets with ratio-limited precision. Interindividual variability in the acuity of the ANS correlates with mathematical achievement, but the causes of this correlation have never been established. We acquired psychophysical measures of ANS acuity in child and adult members of an indigene group in the Amazon, the Mundurucú, who have a very restricted numerical lexicon and highly variable access to mathematics education. (...) By comparing Mundurucú subjects with and without access to schooling, we found that education significantly enhances the acuity with which sets of concrete objects are estimated. These results indicate that culture and education have an important effect on basic number perception. We hypothesize that symbolic and nonsymbolic numerical thinking mutually enhance one another over the course of mathematics instruction. (shrink)

Mentalities like scientism and relativism idealise or belittle science respectively, and thus hurt science education and our literacy. However, it seems very hard to avoid the former mentality without sliding to the latter, and vise versa. I will suggest that part of what makes balancing between the two so difficult, is a representational account of meaning that science educators, like most of us really, usually endorse. Scientism then, arises from the assumption that ​there is such a thing called science​. Relativism, (...) on the other hand, assumes that ​there is no such thing called science,t​hereisnorealmeaningattachedtotheterm​.Wittgenstein'sremarksonrule-following then, could help us escape this twofold danger. Addressing scientism, Wittgensteinian writings remind us that, in order to understand the sciences, we do not need to point to some mental referendum of what science is. We rather need to grasp a matrix of overlapping, often implicit, always evolving rules that govern scientific practices. Addressing relativism, Wittgenstein's comments help us realise that there are always certain criteria about what kinds of things we call by a name; there are rules governing scientific practices, rules that even though they may be context dependent or evolving, are always in play. I seek to answer the question of whether publicly funded higher education ought to aim intrinsically to promote certain kinds of ‘‘blue-sky’’ knowledge, knowledge that is unlikely to result in ‘‘tangible’’ or ‘‘concrete’’ social benefits such as health, wealth and liberty. I approach this question in light of an African moral theory, which contrasts with dominant Western philosophies and has not yet been applied to pedagogical issues. According to this communitarian theory, grounded on salient sub-Saharan beliefs and practices, actions are (...) right insofar as they respect relationships in which people both share a way of life, or identify with one another, and care for others’ quality of life, or are in solidarity with each other. I argue that while considerations of identity and solidarity each provide some reason for a state university to pursue blue-sky knowledge as a final end, they do not provide conclusive reason for it to do so. I abstain from drawing any further conclusion about whether this provides reason to reject the Afro-communitarian moral theory or the intuition that blue-sky knowledge is a proper final end of public higher education. I do point out, however, that the dominant Western moral theories on the face of it do no better than the African one at accounting for this intuition. (shrink)

Virtue epistemology is among the dominant influences in mainstream epistemology today. An important commitment of one strand of virtue epistemology – responsibilist virtue epistemology (e.g., Montmarquet 1993; Zagzebski 1996; Battaly 2006; Baehr 2011) – is that it must provide regulative normative guidance for good thinking. Recently, a number of virtue epistemologists (most notably Baehr, 2013) have held that virtue epistemology not only can provide regulative normative guidance, but moreover that we should reconceive the primary epistemic aim of all education as (...) the inculcation of the intellectual virtues. Baehr’s picture contrasts with another well-known position – that the primary aim of education is the promotion of critical thinking (Scheffler 1989; Siegel 1988; 1997; 2017). In this paper – that we hold makes a contribution to both philosophy of education and epistemology and, a fortiori, epistemology of education – we challenge this picture. We outline three criteria that any putative aim of education must meet and hold that it is the aim of critical thinking, rather than the aim of instilling intellectual virtue, that best meets these criteria. On this basis, we propose a new challenge for intellectual virtue epistemology, next to the well-known empirically-driven ‘situationist challenge’. What we call the ‘pedagogical challenge’ maintains that the intellectual virtues approach does not have available a suitably effective pedagogy to qualify the acquisition of intellectual virtue as the primary aim of education. This is because the pedagogic model of the intellectual virtues approach (borrowed largely from exemplarist thinking) is not properly action-guiding. Instead, we hold that, without much further development in virtue-based theory, logic and critical thinking must still play the primary role in the epistemology of education. (shrink)

The main point in this chapter isthat SDG 4 targets cannot be achieved without education justice, which entails that every child, young person and adult benefit from quality education and lifelong learning. There is no justification for the injustices arising from poor-quality education and exclusion as they exist today. Accordingly, tackling the problem of social, political and economic exclusion that emerges from the education sector, and the limitations they impose on the prospects of some individuals, must be prioritised to expedite (...) the realisation of SDG 4. That entails, among other things, ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all. Drawing a nexus between education justice in basic education and higher education, the chapter exposes the nature of the challenges that sustain the injustices of educational exclusion and poor-quality education. These include the knock-on effects that injustices in basic education have on higher education, especially for students from marginalised schools. Interventions that seek to advance education justice towards attaining SDG 4 are also discussed. (shrink)

Tourism education plays a key role in shaping students’ engagement with sustainability by providing them with the knowledge and skills to address environmental challenges and encouraging them to promote sustainable practices in the industry. This study explores how four years of tourism education at Prince of Songkla University in Phuket, Thailand, influence students’ knowledge, attitudes, and intentions toward sustainability. Despite gaining theoretical knowledge of sustainability principles, the findings reveal a decline in students’ willingness to adopt environmental sustainability practices as their (...) years of education increase. This may reflect a disconnect between classroom lessons and practical application, potentially due to limited practical learning experiences and the prevalent “eco-deficit culture” within the tourism industry, which often prioritizes profit over environmental responsibility. As a result, students may filter out information regarding environmental sustainability despite their sustainability education at the university. To support long-term engagement in sustainability, the paper recommends revising curricula to include more experiential learning opportunities, interdisciplinary collaboration, and stronger partnerships with industry stakeholders. In this paper Michael Vazquez and Dustin Webster consider the practice of deliberating about ethical case studies as a means to contribute to the professional development of educators. An ongoing debate is whether or not the study of ethical theory should be included in this practice. Vazquez and Webster argue that a popular strategy, known as the Phronetic Approach, is vulnerable to what they call “epistemic blinders” that arise in the absence of the scaffolding provided by theory. They then sketch (...) an alternative approach to case-based reasoning inspired by Barbara Herman's notion of middle theory. The middle theory approach naturally suggests a balanced method for using case studies in teacher professional development: expose educators to some theory, but only to the degree and at the level appropriate for the specific audience and in light of how frequent interactions with that audience will be.
